In this video, Biden seems to be communicating with an unseen party when he says, in a nonsequitor, “Okay, I lost that line.”
That statement only makes sense as a cue to an unseen party feeding him lines.

People like Biden, with cognitive disabilities and dementia, have good days and bad. It is clear that his handlers are trying to rewrite the rules because this is just another bad day for Bargain Basement Joe. If that is the case, no amount of drugs will prop him up.
