President Trump has been remaking the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, shifting further and further to the right. On Wednesday he got another victory with the confirmation of Kenneth Lee in a 52-45 vote. And Democrats are really miffed about this one….

Lee who had a unanimously “well qualified rating from the American Bar Association, is Trump’s 40th circuit judge to be confirmed, even though Democrats were hoping to block his nomination.

Democrats tried to “blue slip” the judge. That is a tradition increasingly ignored — it permits the Senator of a judge’s home state to exercise a one-woman veto over a nominee by refusing to return a “blue slip” regarding his nomination. Kamala “Stoney” Harris tried that, as did the decrepit Dianne Feinstein, and Lindsey Graham just said “Nah brah” and voted him out of committee anyway.

The courts are not supposed to be republican or democrat, either one. Nor does the fact that they frequently disagree with a right-wing political agenda necessarily mean that they are democrat. But try telling that to anyone who views the world through a right-wing political lens.

A clue here is that those who have hijacked the GOP can’t tolerate moderate opposing opinions, even from those within the republican party. They’ll proclaim such views anathema and those who hold them heretics.

So when they make a decision that Trump cannot restrict immigration of people from dangerous areas because THEY interpret it as a Muslim ban (which was NOT), it is clear ideology is driving the bus. There is no definition in this context except for the legal definition. The law does not define abortion is murder and does not treat it as such. It’s the right that is trying to change that legal definition using every means at their disposal, one being to conflate fetuses with babies. Another is to pretend late-term abortions are typical situations, and that people make this choice for purely arbitrary reasons. The fact of the matter is that most of your arguments are dishonest, as much of the anti-Planned Parenthood propaganda is dishonest. Which, of course, will be denied, no matter what evidence is offered.

You also deny what your intentions boil down to, with all that it entails: You want to empower the State to dictate what decisions women may and may not make with respect to their own bodies and reproductive functions. They would mandate that rape and incest victims be further victimized; that women who learn early that their pregnancies will eventually result severely disabled children be forced to allow that to happen; that doctors and women be spied on, and prevented from making decisions that somebody else disapproves of, and severely punished if they do.

This cannot be allowed to happen. The State simply has no business making such intrusive laws. Those who think it does must be removed from power. The actually understand the fundamental principles of the Constitution they claim to defend.

This is a false flag argument of the left. Take a look at the phrases they use:

Right to choose: That is nothing more than wordsmithing. It treats pregnancy as a choice. Pregnancy is not a choice; it is the result of a choice (to have unprotected sex) already made.

Reproductive health: Does the health of a woman’s reproductive organs cease after an abortion? No. She still needs to be checked for things like ovarian cancer, etc. PP claims to do that, but in the number of PP clinics I called (for a survey) none of them offered anything but abortions. No mammograms, no pap smears, no pregnancy counseling, nada. Just abortion. And no PP clinics offer “follow up” physical examinations, or counseling, after an abortion.

The truth of the matter is that in the ’70’s, women were sold a bill of goods that they could have sex with the same lack of accountability as men. Not so since men cannot get pregnant. Men supported that falsehood because abortion laws allowed them to skate from having to pay child support on a child that was the result, in many cases, of a one night stand.

Where are the rights of men in all of this? They don’t exist. A woman cannot get pregnant without a man’s reproductive system. But a woman can have their baby murdered without his permission although the child is just as much his as it is hers.

A fetus is not a baby: yes, yes it is. Just as a baby is not a toddler, a toddler is not an adult. It is human from the moment of conception. Its DNA is exclusive to that child and no other human will ever have the same DNA.

Reasons for abortion: again, look at the Guttmacher results. Almost all abortions are done for convenience; can’t afford a baby, interferes with education/career, not ready for parenthood, etc.

Once again, I would ask those like Greggie Goebbels; Do you want to live in a society where all life has value or no life has value?

And we are only beginning to see the scientific evidence that life begins at conception.

Even liberal Constitutional lawyers agree Roe is bad law. And unconstitutional. Blackmun’s premise was that making abortion illegal denied a woman her 14th Amendment rights of “life, liberty and property.” A legalistic stretch by any imagination. Also, if those who say it is based on the right to privacy, there is no guarantee of privacy in the Constitution that applies to reproductive rights and as we all know, HIPA has to be passed (done legislatively) to protect our medical records privacy rights.

Harvard Law School professor John Hart Ely, who supports legalized abortion, wrote that “Roe is bad because it is bad constitutional law, or rather because it is not constitutional law and gives almost no sense of an obligation to try to be.”

Murder is murder no matter how you want to change the dynamics or the explanation.

In such an event, I would want the girl to report it immediately to the police and have the perp arrested, tried and jailed for his crime. And how would a girl even know she was pregnant immediately proceeding the rape? FACT; she wouldn’t and the medical procedures that should follow immediately after a rape would prevent such a pregnancy. Fertilization is not immediate and can take up to five days, with only the strongest sperm cell living. Then comes the process of the egg implanting itself into the uterine wall.

Since rape/incest represents less than one percent of all abortions performed, you lefties really should stop using that as an excuse. If abortion was only limited to rape/incest, we would reduce the number of abortions by more than 99%.
