Top Biden Apologist Philip Bump Freaks Out When Confronted With Hunter Biden Text Messages

When trying to pinpoint who the biggest hack at The Washington Post is, it’s a long list to consider. Jennifer Rubin was the obvious choice for many years running, penning some of the most slavishly pro-Democrat pieces in history while claiming to be a “conservative.” Then there’s Eugene Robinson, the noted race hustler who has never found a problem he won’t blame on systemic racism.

But I’d posit that while those two were once at the top of the heap, they’ve been recently supplanted by Philip Bump. Who doesn’t know who Bump is, he’s a former “reporter” turned columnist who has taken it upon himself to be Joe Biden’s top apologist. He’s that guy on the far left who is constantly churning out articles that there’s “no evidence” that the president was involved in his son’s business dealings. You know the one, even if you don’t know Bump specifically.

Bump recently went on a podcast hosted by Noam Dworman. During the interview, he was confronted by Dworman over what he thought of a now-infamous text message in which Hunter Biden complained to his adult daughter about having to give half his income to his father.

That’s when Bump freaked out, eventually walking off the set.

DWORMAN: What do you take from the text message to his adult daughter, Hunter’s text message, [saying] I have to give 50 percent of my income to pop?

BUMP: I have no idea what that means. I don’t. I have no idea what that means.

DWORMAN: Well, it’s…

BUMP: I know, it’s circumstantial evidence and you prefer that to direct evidence.

DWORMAN: But what could it be?

BUMP: I don’t know…(Cross talk)…I appreciate…(Cross talk)

DWORMAN: Has anybody asked her?

BUMP: I don’t know, I don’t know.

DWORMAN: Don’t you think somebody should ask her?

BUMP: Okay, I just said I don’t know and I don’t know what to make of it so I have nothing else to say about it. What do you want me to say?

DWORMAN: Yeah, but you say there’s no evidence, no evidence, but then there’s a text message where he says I give pop 50 percent of my money. That’s evidence.

BUMP: Okay, well what do you, okay fine, it’s evidence, I appreciate you having me on.

DWORMAN: Something like that…who do you think, I look at that and I’m saying…

BUMP: I feel you want me to leave and just walk out in the middle of this because that way (inaudible)

DWORMAN: Is this the standard, really, this is the way The Washington Post handled people who disagree with them?

Could Bump expose himself any more than he did in that one-minute exchange? He’s presented with evidence that Joe Biden did receive financial benefits from his son’s dealings, and he actually answers that he “has no idea what that means.” I’m not a genius, but I’m pretty sure it means exactly what it says, i.e. that Hunter Biden was funneling money to his father. Bump plays dumb as if it’s some complex cipher that may never be broken.

He then tries to suggest that it’s “circumstantial evidence.” One, that’s still evidence, and two, is it really when it’s a direct admission? That’d be like saying a confession is “circumstantial evidence.” By the next part of the exchange, Dworman has Bump admitting that evidence does exist despite him writing piece after piece asserting the opposite.

Dworman goes on to ask Bump a simple question that any political observer should be able to answer, which is whether questions should be asked about the text message. Still, the Post columnist insists that he doesn’t know. It’s absurd and illuminating, showing just how shallow some of the biggest names in mainstream media are. These aren’t impressive people. These are weak partisans who hide behind the reputations of their outlets, never having to answer any real questions.

Bump, having been thoroughly embarrassed then went on social media and accused Dworman of splicing together arguments to essentially frame him. After a tense email exchange, Bump deleted his claim.

It’s not just this clown; it’s every leftist that live in mortal fear of the return to government working for the people, not advancing a socialist leftist agenda. I have to say, every person I confront with clear evidence of Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden’s corruption denies it and/or attacks the source of the article. After 7 years of accusing Trump of any crime they can think of, no evidence necessary, they will NOT face the harsh fact that all along, the Democrats and Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden have been the criminals.

Greg still hasn’t addressed my question.

You can’t be a Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden defender and supporter without supporting corruption, bribery, lying, treason and, of course, pedophilia.

It’s only evidence of something a drug addict said to convince people he was peddling more than an illusion of influence.

Yeah, but you say there’s no evidence, no evidence, but then there’s a text message where he says I give pop 50 percent of my money. That’s evidence.

Shill much, Greggy?

Constantly, always and exclusively. Nothing but smoke.

And then there’s the 50/50 split of $10 million in bribes from Burisma. There is Hunter paying Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden’s bills. There’s Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden meeting with Hunter’s associates. There’s Burisma telling Hunter they need White House help with Shokin’s investigation and then, a short time later, Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden extorting Ukraine to fire Shokin, subverting official White House policy. The fact that Hunter was a useless crack head only reinforces the influence peddling enterprise accusation, as without the influence to be peddled, why else would any sensible person engage in business with him? As we have clearly seen, due to his addictions, he was a dangerous security risk. And you don’t keep selling the “illusion” of influence without delivering some influence.

Get a f**king clue. Wise the f**k up. I’m sure on all-lefty sites, the other morons eat that shit up with a great big spoon, but where the evidence has been discussed for MONTHS, do you have no idea how stupid that looks?

BULLSHIT.
