Smartmatic, the Venezuelan software that rigs elections in up to 28 USA states

How did the USA end up using Venezuelan software to rig elections?

Answer, not by accident, surely…

Read how the US Republic left a hole in their own state security so wide that no one can see the wall. Then ponder that neither the CIA nor the FBI stopped this software being used in 28 states, nor did they stop the election results being stored and counted in foreign countries. The Free Press forgot to investigate, and still don’t think it matters.

The program called Smartmatic counts votes, and changes them too. It was designed for Hugo Chavez to win in Venezuela, and to be undetectable, and it worked. Thanks to a whistleblower, the Trump team has a sworn testimony from a high ranking former Venezuelan military officer who saw it in action. He watched as the Chavez team followed the results on big screens and realized they were too far behind. They realized they needed drastic action so they … stopped the counting… spent two hours “adjusting” results, and then started counting again… and who would have guessed — but the election results swung the other way. Spooky eh?

Speaking of accidents, the Chairman of Smartmatic is already on the Biden Simulation of a Transition team.

Vice Admiral Peter Neffenger (USCG retired) is a member of the Homeland Security transition committee and was the head of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Obama Administration.

USA, Venezuela, What’s the Difference? — About twenty years.

The testimonial from the high ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked with Chavez is damning — the software was always intended to subvert the voters wishes.

Hugo Chavez wanted “undetectable” vote manipulation:

Chavez wanted electronic fraud that was undetectable.

From the Affadavit @SidneyPowell1

Do these software tricks work? Oh boy do they work…  In the 2004 “recall election” in Venezuela millions marched in the streets to get rid of Chavez, but it appears the voting software flipped a 40:60 exit poll result to a 60:40 “winning” result:

Monica Showalter, American Thinker: The last time we heard about that was in Venezuela’s 2004 fraud-plagued recall referendum on then-President Hugo Chavez. Millions and millions of Venezuelans marched in the streets against him , and then when the recall referendum was held, it failed hugely, something that seemed very strange given the size of the crowds. That was the fiasco that official election observer Jimmy Carter praised so highly as free and fair “despite what went on in the totalization room” according to the Carter Center report. After that, computer scientists from Amherst, Stanford, U.C. Santa Cruz, Johns Hopkins, and Harvard all found evidence of vote flipping statistically speaking. Besides their conclusions that it was a statistical impossibility, a well-known pollster, Penn, Schoen & Berland, taking exit polls at the same referendum found that 60% were in favor of throwing Chavez out, and 40% favored keeping him. Much to his surprise, the scorecard came out in almost the exact reverse, 58-42. Flipped.

In a crisis, stop counting?

According to the former Venezuelan Military whistleblower, Smartmatic allowed a team to watch the results come in live so they knew how many votes they needed to fake. In 2013, when the situation required really big cheating, they decided to “reset” the whole count, go offline for a couple of hours and “make the adjustments”:

After the Smartmatic Electoral Management System was put in place, I closely observed several elections where the results were manipulated using #Smartmatic software. One such election was in December 2006… [another was] On April 14, 2013,” In that election, Nicolás Maduro ran against Capriles Radonsky… Inside that location was a control room in which there were multiple digital display screens – TV screens – for results of voting in each state in Venezuela. The actual voting results were fed into that room and onto the displays over an internet feed, which was connected to a sophisticated computer system created by Smartmatic. People in that room were able to see in “real time” whether the vote that came through the electronic voting system was in their favor or against them.

By two o’clock in the afternoon on that election day Capriles Radonsky was ahead of Nicolás Maduro by two million votes. When Maduro and his supporters realized the size of Radonsky’s lead they were worried that they were in a crisis mode and would lose the election.

So, the decision was made to reset the entire system. Maduro’s and his supporters ordered the network controllers to take the internet itself offline in practically all parts in Venezuela and to change the results. It took the voting system operators approximately two hours to make the adjustments in the vote from Radonsky to Maduro… By the time the system operators finish, they had achieved a convincing, but narrow victory of 200,000 votes for Maduro.

Things must have been going very badly for the Biden team to have to stop the vote counts in so many states in the middle of the night to stop Trump winning there and then.

The founder of Smartmatic admitted electronic tampering can change “a million votes.”

For some reason the Smartmatic crew fell out with the Venezuelan government and in 2017, Antonio Mugica, Former Founder and CEO of Smartmatic, said previous elections were all reliable but the last one was manipulated in the order of one million votes. Furthermore he said it was possible because there were not election observers in the room from both parties.

If you haven’t already seen it,  Newsmax TV and Sidney Powell on the whistleblower:

The misinformation about misinformation

As word spreads about the travesty that is the US electoral system, the airwaves are filling up with fog. The aim here is to distract people with trivia that can be corrected so that the Biden fans can use the words “debunked” in the same sentence as “Dominion” and “Smartmatic”.

Snopes is already onto the link between Smartmatic and the Biden “team, telling us it’s mostly false that:

“A member of U.S. President-elect Joe Biden’s transition team, Peter Neffenger, served as chairman of Dominion Voting’s “subsidiary,” Smartmatic.”

Watch the pea. Smartmatic isn’t a subsidiary of Dominion (though Dominion once bought a subsidiary of Smartmatic), but it still makes software that is designed to rig elections and it counts many of the votes in the 2020 election. Maybe that matters? Snopes is bravely slaying strawmen in a fog. It just wants you to think it’s debunking stuff that matters.

President Trump received the most votes. Joe Biden received the most ballots.

Simply insane the software and machines are allowed.
Sell them for scrap.

Democrats are always so concerned when a non-rabid liberal is appointed to some important position. This is because no one knows better than they the effect prejudice and bias has on decisions.

#1 has it. Not votes, ballots. Votes come from voters. Ballots come from ???.
Vote counts must be adjusted. Just to be fair. Fair means Dems win.
