Globalist RINO New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan is listening to legal experts who support kicking Trump off the ballot. Scanlan believes the 14th Amendment could bar Trump from running. However, Trump has not been convicted of any crimes and the crimes Trump is charged with do not rise to the standards required in the 14th Amendment to remove a presidential candidate from the ballot. This is as the Michigan Secretary of State recently said she is working with other swing states to kick Trump off the ballot. It’s extremely likely these cases will reach the United States Supreme Court.
New Hampirsher GOP Chairman Chris Agers told Charlie Kirk that Scanlan’s potential efforts to kick Trump off the ballot will fail, saying, “We’re not going to stand for it in New Hampshire. We’re just not going to stand for it. I’ve talked to the Secretary of State. I’ve talked to the Attorney General. I’m very confident that all of the 14 current candidates who applied will be on our ballot.”

The 14th Amendment states those “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States” are disqualified from running for president. Donald Trump has not been convicted of any crimes and Trump’s charges do not rise to the level of rebellion against the United States. Even Trump hater Michael Mcconnell, who is a respected lawyer at Stanford, agrees with the legal opinion that Trump can’t be disqualified from the ballot

Despite this fact, Michigan’s Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has committed to work with other Secretarys of State to keep Trump off the ballot. It’s extremely likely one of these Secretary of States will attempt to remove Trump from the ballot, resulting in a major Supreme Court Case. SCOTUS will likely rule that Trump must remain on the ballot.
