Under no theory of law EVER could this be a crime.
It is too tenuous between a written statement by one person and a crime by another person (who don’t even know one another.)

Even in her Bill is this:

Section 4702 of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act (18 U.S.C. 249 note) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(11) Mass shootings and other hate crimes motivated by white supremacy have been increasing in frequency and intensity. These heinous and virulent crimes are inspired by conspiracy theories, blatant bigotry, and mythical falsehoods such as “replacement theory”. All instances must be prevented and severe criminal penalties must be applied to their perpetrators.”

Recall that poor Matthew Shepard was left to die on a fence after, not a “hate crime,” but after he tried to trade sex for drugs from three men he personally knew.
Free speech means we can talk about racism, and demographic reality.
Only a few years ago, under President Trump, our age pyramid was lagging where young people (under 30) were concernedcomment image
And, although there has been no citizen’s baby boom a look at out age pyramid under (open borders) biden shows a complete change!comment image

Freedom of speech means we can talk about the “why” of all this.
Sorry, Sheila, but your idea is going nowhere.

I’m wondering where this epidemic of “white supremacist” crimes is? I’ve saw almost a year of black supremacist-committed hate crimes where police were assaulted and killed, businesses looted and cities burned. Apparently, based on the number of persons arrested and tried, that’s not even a crime.

She took an oath to defend the constitution, maybe she should read it. Have someone explain the big words to her, then the little words.

How about making it a crime to teach lies to the School kids like their doing today that would making the NEA cringe

Well, I guess someone should introduce a bill to make falsely claiming to be the victim of a “hate crime” a felony. Since a general law addressing crimes doesn’t seem to be good enough, but new laws addressing specific, politically-linked actions are the requirement.

I’m still wondering why (Stonewall) Jackson (Robert E.) Lee hasn’t changed her racist name.

She also asked NASA if the flag planted on mars by the Apollo astronauts was still there
