President Trump shocks judge with game-changing document pulled from his pocket…

The ongoing “fraud” trial led by Letitia James in New York City continues to unfold, and to the anyone watching, it’s apparent that the highly biased TDS judge is already chomping at the bit to hand down a “guilty” verdict. This has always been the predetermined outcome for the first tragic act against Trump, and the rest will follow the same way. But President Trump understands this game, and isn’t just rolling over. He actually floored Judge Engoron by whipping out a bombshell document right there on the witness stand—a total game-changer for this sham trial. And the judge’s reaction? It was the kind of thing you’d only see in a politicized spectacle masquerading as justice.

The New York Post:

Donald Trump randomly pulled a piece of paper out of his suit jacket during testimony in Manhattan court Monday — claiming it would completely clear his name in the $250 million civil fraud case against him and asking to show it to the judge.

The former president, 77, was apparently requesting to show both the judge and a prosecutor a disclaimer clause from a financial statement that New York Attorney General Letitia James has accused him of lying on in her lawsuit.

As he testified at trial in the suit, Trump held the document up and asked if the judge would “like to have it.”

Later, the real estate tycoon said: “I would love to read this, Your Honor, if I could?”

“Not at this point, not at this point,” replied Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron — who is deciding the non-jury case that threatens Trump’s New York real estate empire.

Here’s what Collin Rugg, the co-founder of Trending Politics had to say in his X post:

REPORT: Donald Trump reportedly pulled out a piece of paper from his suit jacket in court, claiming it would clear him of all wrongdoing in the $250M fraud case.

Left-wing Judge Arthur Engoron refused to let him read it.

The paper in question reportedly was a disclaimer clause relating to a financial statement that AG Letitia James is using to go after him.

“I would love to read this, Your Honor, if I could?” Trump reportedly asked the judge.

“Not at this point, not at this point,” Engoron replied.

“I’m shocked,” Trump shot back.

The disclaimer clause, according to Trump, meant that he wasn’t liable for any inaccuracies on the documents.

“I think that the statements of financial conditions were very good, were actually somewhat conservative, and they were totally protected, and so was I, by the disclaimer clause,” Trump argued.

Kangaroo Court.

It’s so disheartening to witness the state of our judicial system under the Biden regime. It has been reduced to a farcical kangaroo court, used as a weapon to undermine and vilify political enemies. Thanks to the left, the United States is now the very definition of a third-world banana republic, and the scary part? Many Americans are literally cheering this Marxism on.

A case like this has never been brought against anyone. Ever. I guess it’s just a coincidence that it is first brought against someone that happens to be the Republican front-runner while the Democrat is falling in the polls due to his incompetence and corruption. No one has complained, no one has been harmed, no one has lost money, yet Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden directs the lawfare organization to take Trump out with frivolous and obviously political indictments.

Defendants have, since the inception of our Republic, been able to pull random pieces of paper out of their pockets in the middle of a trial and have them entered into evidence. Everyone knows this.

Have there been trials were there were no crimes and no victims?

“Have there been trials were there were no crimes and no victims? ”

I can’t say. Apparently, however, the people who actually decide whether crimes seem to have been committed disagree with your studied analysis that Trump did nothing wrong—odd, considering you were once a banker. Ex bankers are universally recognized as infallible legal geniuses. Maybe if you pulled a random piece of paper out of your pocket and started ranting at the judge, you could get the charges dropped.

Apparently, however, the people who actually decide whether crimes seem to have been committed disagree with your studied analysis that Trump did nothing wrong—odd, considering you were once a banker.

And by “people” you, of course, mean Letitia James. One thing you can use to identify a fascist is that they support fascism, such as lawfare and using the “justice” system to eliminate political opponents.

“And by ‘people’ you, of course, mean Letitia James.”

Among others. In case you haven’t noticed, Trump and the Trump Organization have been the targets of investigations and indictments at the city, state, and Federal levels.

Yes, I’ve noticed the coordinated lawfare effort. Only a fool wouldn’t notice and recognize the deterioration of our justice system and DOJ as it becomes nothing more than tool to use against political opponents, mirroring the degradation that took place in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.

Remember how Elliot Ness and the rest of the justice system kept going after Capone? Pure lawfare! Anti-Italian bias!

Capone was involved in crime. Trump is involved in politics. They went after Capone’s criminal activity. These fascists are going after Trump’s political activity.

The left has been investigating Trump since he announced his run for President in 2015. Finding nothing, they are now prosecuting nothing. It’s simply desperation. If Trump has committed some crime, why was this never prosecuted before?

Lawfare.

Trump IS involved in crime–hence 91 pending felony counts. New York is just a pregame warm up.

No, Trump is going to beat Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden in the next election (like he did in 2020). Thus, 91 phony charges by the fascist lawfare state.

House signs subpoenas for Hunter Biden, James Biden and business associate Rob Walker

The walls are closing in

Didn’t Trump previously establish that it’s perfectly OK to ignore congressional subpoenas? Maybe they should have some juggling clowns on speed-dial in case they don’t show up.

Their desperation to distract from Trump’s upcoming 2024 trials is pathetic.

But the Biden’s have nothing to fear. They’ve done nothing wrong… right? All that money that’s been raining on them is all from their hard work… and “loans”. Right? They should be clamoring to testify to clear their good names. I bet they have all the loan agreement papers, too.

Right
There is no evidence when there is an abundance of evidence implicating the biden crime family.

And, there is no evidence of a stolen election, biden did not receive 81 million legal votes, when the evidence is everywhere one looks except for the usual fraud deniers.

The only person that matters is Joe Biden, and the GOP’s House morons have yet to find ANYTHING proving he was complicit in James or Hunter’s activities.

House GOP subpoenas Hunter Biden alongside suite of Biden family members

Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden have been subpoenaed Wednesday by the House Oversight Committee, which took the remarkable step of seeking depositions from family members of President Biden amid its impeachment inquiry.

As part of the request, the committee asked for James Biden’s wife, Sarah Biden, as well as Hunter Biden’s wife, Melissa Cohen, to sit for transcribed interviews. The panel also asks for interviews with Hallie Biden, the widow of Beau Biden, and her sister Elizabeth Secundy.

The subpoenas come weeks after the Oversight Committee demanded both Hunter and James Biden’s personal bank records, and also include a subpoena for Hunter Biden’s former business partner Rob Walker.

The panel is also requesting to speak with Tony Bobulinski, whom Hunter Biden’s attorney have accused of lying to the FBI.

The release from House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said he “plans to send additional subpoenas and transcribed interview requests later this week.”

The move to compel their testimony comes the day after special counsel David Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware who is investigating Hunter Biden, sat for a voluntary interview with lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee, another panel in the trio leading the investigation.

The subpoenas are the first major move since the election of Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), who has backed efforts to impeach President Biden even as he’s spoken of the need to use the congressional power sparingly.

The White House pointed to the challenge of electing Johnson and an impending government shutdown in dismissing the subpoenas as a “smear campaign” against the president.

“With just over a week to go until House Republicans may again thrust the country into a harmful and chaotic government shutdown, the most extreme voices in their party like James Comer are trying to distract from their repeated failures to govern,” Ian Sams, the White House’s oversight spokesperson, said in a memo.

“Despite spending millions of taxpayer dollars to conduct this probe, they have turned up no evidence to support their outlandish allegations of bribery and ‘high crimes and misdemeanors,’ which they claim are motivating their open-ended ‘impeachment inquiry.’”

And Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) noted that Republicans already had significant information on many of the figures they reached out to Wednesday.

“The Committee has already obtained the personal financial records of the three private citizens Chairman Comer has subpoenaed: the President’s brother, his son, and one of their business partners, Rob Walker. The Committee also has Mr. Walker’s interview with the FBI and the summary of his interview with the IRS, which Republicans have already released,” he said in a statement.

“These subpoenas and interview requests are yet further proof that this sham impeachment inquiry is driven only by the demands of the vengeful and prevaricating Donald Trump.”

The GOP investigation into the Bidens has multiple prongs, including claims the Bidens were engaged in influence peddling, as well as that some of that money flowed to President Biden himself during the vice presidency.

House Republicans have failed to demonstrate that President Biden took a bribe, and the White House has said his actions to topple a Ukrainian prosecutor for failure to address corruption had no connection with his son’s work on the board of a Ukrainian energy company. The White House has vigorously denied any wrongdoing.

And Weiss on Tuesday said he’s retained full control of the investigation into Hunter Biden, pushing back on GOP claims his prosecution was stymied by DOJ leadership.

The committee already has substantial information on Walker, who was previously interviewed by the FBI in 2020 and stated that President Biden had little insight on involvement into his son’s business practices.

“I certainly never was thinking at any time that the V. P. was a part of anything we were doing,” he told the bureau at the time.

That came in response to claims from Bobulinski, who Hunter Biden has said he was only briefly involved with, that the president’s son planned to hold money for a figure Bobulinski assumed to be his father.

Walker told the FBI it was “wishful thinking” President Biden would ever be involved in their business…

His criminal family are all involved and complicit. True, as far as Congress is concerned, only Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden, the corrupt, treasonous pedophile, matters. But the evidence runs through these criminals. It will be up to the DoJ to prosecute them, but Congress needs all the evidence to remove Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden from office.

So, who knew?
Almost every time anyone asks a bank for a loan the bank takes the word of the person asking for money?
Nope, never happens.
In fact, all loan applications contain fine print that points out how the bank reserves the right to run it’s own investigation into how much one’s collateral is really worth.
Seems the judge is willfully ignorant of this fact.

Trump’s magical “disclaimer” is already part of the court record. Engoron isn’t putting up with his rally audience bullshit.

Greg the Grump just another liberal with a low IQ and who reads the NYT, everyday and watches CNN Fake News Network

Do Mikey and Greggie poo make you wonder how many mental illness diagnosis they have?

They are the people Jonathan Gruber referred to.

So, either Engoron didn’t read it or he just chose to ignore it, since it rendered the entire accusation of “fraud” moot?

Judge Engoron posts naked selfies on HS Alumni page.Archived web photos. Scroll all the way down.

BREAKING: The judge presiding over Trump’s NYC trial appears to have a peculiar hobby of posting half-naked photos of himself on a high school alumni newsletter he controls as reported on by @MarcoPolo501c3

.

The 74-year-old judge Arthur Engoron appeared to even post a “Bonus-Torso-Photo” in what looks like the bathroom of a gym.

One set of images seems to be progress pictures. One picture of a frailer, malnourished male (assumed to be Judge Engoron) is labeled October 2020.

Another picture, labeled August 2021, shows the same body, flexing excessively to try and show off his muscle gains.

Judge Arthur Engoron is the editor of the Wheatley School Alumni Association Newsletter, according to a post on the website where the photos were posted.

This man is not well.

This man is deeply disturbed. He is very clearly all about the attention you can tell just by looking at him. That’s all any of this is about to most of these people. They know trying to drag Trump through the mud will bring them fame and fortune. Absolutely disgraceful. Everyone knows it.

Might not be a bad idea to check his laptop, democrats have a penchant for child porn.

There seems to be some sort of a trend here…

LOL

Nothing Trump pulls out of his pants could be of any possible interest to anyone.

Seems to interest you since no mention of him pulling anything out of his pants has been made, but for you.

He made Stormy Daniel’s peanut-of-the-year short list. That was what the $130,000 hush money was about.
