I’m starting to think the teachers’ position here has nothing to do with the children or with health, but is simply further extortion of money from already-tapped taxpayers.

California teachers’ union president is blasted as a ‘hypocrite’ as he’s filmed dropping off his 2-year-old daughter at her private preschool for in-person lessons – despite leading the charge that it’s UNSAFE to open public schools

Matt Meyer, president of the Berkeley Federation of Teachers, has fought for what he called the ‘gold standard’ for educators in his union

He called for public schools in the district to remain closed until teachers are vaccinated, among a number of other requirements

However, parents of students in the district have no blasted him a ‘hypocrite’ after he was filmed dropping off his daughter, two, at her private pre-school

Meyer called the video ‘inappropriate’ and an intrusion on his daughter’s privacy

He also added that there were ‘no public options for kids her age’

All schools in the Berkeley Unified District have been closed since March 2020

I like how he immediately claimed that a story about his mercenary self-dealing was really about invading his tiny daughter’s privacy.

Just two more weeks.

She is 2 years old seems like more of an exclusive daycare center, unless she is special needs in that case its therapy.

What are the chances this REAL hypocrisy, which is harming children AND working parents, gets NONE of the media coverage Ted Cruz taking his kids on a trip AFTER he had lined up aid for Texans without power after a winter storm that should have been extinct? Over and over and over, the liberals that so staunchly propose and expect strict enforcement on onerous restrictions on citizens are caught flaunting their power and ignoring the rules. Those rules, of course, don’t apply to the elitists.
