Senile people have “good days and bad days.”
Sometimes what a senile person’s handlers think is a “good day,” isn’t fully as good as the days before had been.
Like when the person can read well one day but not the next.
Biden is having partially good & bad days lately.
He can look OK, take a podium, even start out reading OK, but then comes the brain scramble.
I’ve said it before, but this is elder abuse.
Biden’s good/bad days sometimes prevent him from even understanding that all the words he’s getting thru an earpiece are not meant for repeating.
Thus we hear him say, “Salute the Marines,” and the answer he gave at the CNN townhall that started out one way, he paused a LONG time, then ended completely differently, after he parroted what was said into his earpiece.

“For the sixth consecutive month since President Joe Biden took office and followed through on campaign promises to dismantle his predecessor’s deterrence-based policies, the number of illegal immigrants encountered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection broke records, reaching 210,000 in July, the Associated Press reported Monday.”
To put this number in perspective, Patton’s 3rd Army consisted of 23 divisions(10,000 in each division). Patton, had he not been held back by the communist influenced FDR, would have overrun Berlin in three weeks. Instead, the russians took Berlin and Eastern Europe was communist for 44 years.
