Café 8 ½ in Honolulu, Hawaii, is facing harsh criticism for hanging a sign on its front door that tells voters who cast their ballot for President-elect Donald Trump to eat elsewhere.

“If you voted for Trump you cannot eat here! No Nazis,” reads the yellow sign, as reported by Fox News on Tuesday.

I hope they go bankrupt i hope their forced to close their doors and the owner/manager is forced to eat crow Darn stupid snowflakes are even falling in Hawaii our 50th state

I would love to wear a Make America Great Again hat and go into there and eat. I dare them to not serve me. That would be a civil rights violation. Wonder if the ACLU is unbiased enough to defend me?

@Randy:

How is it that the left goes apoplectic when a Christian bakery chooses to not make a cake for a faggot wedding, but thinks it just fine to selectively not serve Trump voters(as if they would know) or sell propane to customers because they may have voted for Trump?

@July 4th American: Did they say how they identify Trump voters? Did they stencil a T on their forehead when they left the poll? Even if they did, how did they identify who, leaving the poll, had voted for Trump? Wouldn’t these people have to ‘self identify’. maybe a Trump voter wouldn’t be caught dead in the place.

@RedTeam:

Of course they cannot identify a Trump voter, but stating publicly their ignorance does not promote a positive business plan. I would give second thought to patronizing an establishment that openingly told me they did not want my business.

As if we needed another example of how stupid liberals are.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: Displaying stupidity is a badge of honor to a liberal.

Recently there was an article that stated conservatives give more than liberals. Years ago I came across a book review about a liberal academic. His hypothesis was that liberals give more than conservatives. His findings were that it was the other way around in several ways, particularly money (I believe including relative to income), and I am thinking time, material and donating blood. Other educators harassed the guy to print the “truth,” i.e. lie. Eventually he was so disgusted with harassment from liberals he became a conservative but later went independent in his strive to be unbiased. (Sorry, I do not have the book title or the name of author. I tried years ago and the help desk clerk said there is no such thing in a irked tone of voice. He did not even look on his computer.)

SO, I wonder. If conservatives avoided the HI restaurant, and more liberals visited the restaurant in support, would tips per sales dollar go down. Might be a fun project for a student.

@NotinsomeGodforesakenplace: I like that story, especially in consideration of a story I also heard a long time ago. It was about an academic that set out with the thesis “My Thesis is that if I want to prove a thesis is true, that I can prove it” So he spent a couple of years of research and eventually, he proved that he could prove it. So I find it kinda humorous to read that a liberal set out to prove a liberal thing that all liberals consider to be the truth, and he couldn’t prove it. So if the liberal was right, when this restaurant owner is successful in eliminating Trump voters, the waiters will not be getting any more tips.
