Joe Biden has never been under indictment in Ukraine, or anywhere else.
The Ukrainian investigation that named him was closed over two months ago without any findings suggesting possible wrongdoing. The only reason it was opened to begin with was because ousted Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin requested it as part of his court appeal. That was done at Rudy Giuliani’s behest. Typically, there was no credible evidence supporting the request.
