During each of the last two election cycles the Hunter Biden laptop corruption has been smothered. The case is ripe for prosecution but it has been smothered by David Weiss, the US ADA for Delaware. On top of that, Alvin Bragg, among others, is asserting that Donald Trump attempted to interfere with elections but it’s all been one way against Trump. Those 51 “security experts” who signed a the letter claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation truly interfered with the 2020 election along with Weiss. Members of the House Intelligence Committee appropriately feel that they should face consequences.
Current and former members of the House Intelligence Committee say the 51 security experts who signed a letter seeking to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation engaged in a “cover-up” that misled the American people and should face consequences, including a ban on serving in government or loss of their security clearances.
At the very least.
Congressman Jim Jordan has evidence of them coordinating with the Biden campaign.
Now an IRS whistleblower has come forward with solid evidence that the DOJ has actively blocked the prosecution of Hunter Bidden
A decorated supervisory IRS agent has reported to the Justice Department’s top watchdog that federal prosecutors appointed by Joe Biden have engaged in “preferential treatment and politics” to block criminal tax charges against presidential son Hunter Biden, providing evidence as a whistleblower that conflicts with Attorney General Merrick Garland’s recent testimony to Congress that the decision to bring charges against Biden was being left to the Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney for Delaware.
The lawyer for the highly decorated IRS agent sent a letter to oversight committees:
In a letter Wednesday to Republicans and Democrats overseeing multiple oversight committees in Congress, Lytle wrote: “The protected disclosures: (l) contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee, (2) involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case, and (3) detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected.”
James Comer came out and said the obvious
“It’s deeply concerning that the Biden Administration may be obstructing justice by blocking efforts to charge Hunter Biden for tax violations,” Comer said in a statement to Just the News. “The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability has been following the Bidens’ tangled web of complex corporate and financial records.”
The Bidens have already been paid off to the tune of $31 million and since that was uncovered it has been revealed that more than a million dollars in what is likely laundered Chinese money has been put in the pockets of several Biden family members.
Six more members of the Biden clan may have benefitted from the family’s various business schemes, bringing the total number of kin implicated up to nine, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed Monday.
The findings come after the Kentucky GOP congressman and other lawmakers on the panel examined suspicious activity reports sent by banks to the Treasury Department alerting of potential criminal activity in transactions involving President Biden’s family.
“Thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family, their companies, and associates’ business schemes were made available to members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, which confirm the importance of this investigation,” Comer said in a statement.
This is the killer
Specifically, the agent has provided evidence that at least two Biden DOJ political appointees in U.S. attorneys’ offices have declined to seek a tax indictment against Hunter Biden despite career investigators’ recommendations to do so and the blessing of career prosecutors in the DOJ tax division.
Hunter Biden has a lot of potential liabilities- his tax evasion, lying on a gun permit application, illegal disposal of said weapon and his violation of the FARA Act which the DOJ used to punish several Republican operatives. The Biden family is the beneficiary of laundered Chinese money.
There is clearly a two-tiered system of justice and the current DOJ is wholly corrupt. PTA moms are domestic terrorists yet Alvin Bragg has to fabricate a novel theory of crime out of the ether to prosecute Donald Trump and Letitia James, the AG of NY state, campaigned on a promise to prosecute one person- Trump. This is intolerable.
The Biden family is a subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party and justice has yet to lay a finger on them despite the tsunami of evidence of their guilt.
