Russia: Wrong Enemy in Wrong Place at Wrong Time

Loading

Hillary Clinton is banging the drums for the United States to get involved in a European war. In her trusty opinion, as a former crack Secretary of State, we should “arm an insurgency to repel Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.  Here is Hillary’s take on the subject:

So, I think we have to watch this carefully. We have to provide sufficient military armaments for the Ukraine military and volunteers.  And we have to keep tightening the screws.

Clinton is an expert on tightening the screws and screwing over Americans trapped in Benghazi.  Ringing any bells?  Sean Smith, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty died in 2012 defending Americans abandoned on her watch. When questioned about that debacle at a later date, Clinton said, “...At this point what difference does it make?” Ambassador Stevens, if he were still alive, might respond, “It makes a hell of a difference to me!”

I trust Hillary Clinton’s opinion about as much as eating Sushi, from a broken vending machine in an abandoned gas station in Mississippi in the middle of July.

We also “tightened the screws in Afghanistan.” That pointless war lasted 20 years and drained America of trillions of dollars and thousands of American lives.  When Biden skedaddled out of Afghanistan he abandoned 84 billion dollars of sensitive military equipment and left Americans behind, at the mercy of the Taliban. Thirteen brave US service members were sent on an ill-conceived mission to Kabul and returned in flag-draped transfer cases to Dover Air Force Base.  As their bodies were solemnly removed from the plane, President “houseplant” Joe Biden was observed checking his watch.

I recommend that we keep our valuable men and women soldiers out of foreign conflicts as long as possible. I am not anti-war, just anti-stupid wars which our feckless leaders seem to relish. Even the Bible states that, “There is a time to love and a time to hate; a time for war and a time for peace.”

Fighting Russia over Ukraine is the wrong war, at the wrong time in the wrong place.

Linda Goudsmit observed,

For me, the Russian/Ukraine events are staged political theater designed to deflect public attention away from Biden’s demented incompetence and the pandemic and refocus public attention on the fearsome specter of war…It is a shell game, and the con is to deflect attention from the shell with the pea.

The shell with the pea is China.  We should be extremely concerned with China’s military build-up and aggressive posture in the Pacific. We financed and built the Chinese war machine with cheap imports and exports of our invaluable stolen, sensitive, military technology secrets.

War is a necessary evil and we must be prepared to defend this great nation.  It is imperative that we expect the best from other countries and prepare for the worst. Navy Admiral, Philip S. Davidson, the commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee. He said,

The combination of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) military modernization program and willingness to intimidate its neighbors through the use, or threatened use of force, undermines peace, security, and prosperity in the region…War with China may be in our future if we lack a “combat-credible, conventional deterrent posture.

Revered Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu, who lived 2,500 years ago, agrees with Admiral Davidson’s assessment.  Tzu once said,

So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak.

We need to closely watch China and prepare our military to be strong enough to deter China from attacking Taiwan and courageous enough to defeat the Chinese dragon on the battlefield.

Really, at this point, what difference does it make listening to Hillary Clinton ever again about anything?

I would much rather eat the Sushi!

Forget the Bear beware of the Dragon

China does not actually have Russia’s back on Ukraine.

I guess the 80s finally called and wanted it’s foreign policy back.

Yes they do.

Jinping last week declared a “new era” in the global order and, at least in the short term, endorsed their respective territorial ambitions in Ukraine and Taiwan. The world’s two most powerful autocrats unveiled a sweeping long-term agreement that also challenges the United States as a global power, nato as a cornerstone of international security, and liberal democracy as a model for the world. “Friendship between the two States has no limits,” they vowed in the communiqué, released after the two leaders met on the eve of the Beijing Winter Olympics. “There are no ‘forbidden’ areas of cooperation.”

Every legitimate news source on the planet says so.

Actually, they do.

Hillary Clinton is banging the drums for the United States to get involved in a European war.

I guess completely destroying Libya was so much fun, Hillary wants to see if she can turn Ukraine into a hell hole, too. Of course, the Clinton Foundation is already trying to cash in on the misery in Ukraine. No doubt they will one day “rebuild” Ukraine just like they did Haiti.

Anyone heard from any of those people who used to bitch and complain about the US having all those carrier battle groups?
