China reminds me of the big bad wolf. They bully Taiwan and threaten to huff and puff and to blow that amazing island nation down, “Taiwan, Taiwan, let us come in.” “Not by the hair on our chinny, chin, chin,” Taiwan responds. China wants the people of Taiwan to live in fear that when China invades their country, America will be too exhausted from Afghanistan to intercede. Jinping wants to be King of the East and China wants to rule the world. I never really understood the whole rule the world thing. Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler, and Josef Stalin all got the idea in their heads that they had what it takes to conquer the world. How hard could it be? Their empires are now rotting on the ash heap of history and their dreams died when they were poisoned, assassinated, or suicided. President Xi Jinping is next in line (now serving #6) but hey, I’m sure that he knows what he is doing.
China (like a vulture sitting in a tree) is also eyeballing Afghanistan, which is appropriately called the “graveyard of empires.” China thinks they are smarter than the United States, Russia, the British, and even Alexander the Great who once famously said, “It’s impossible to conquer the Afghans.” Yeah, what does he know? China lusts after the vast natural resources in Afghanistan including, copper, gold, uranium, and lithium. China appears overconfident as every other invading country felt thirty seconds before they stepped foot on Afghanistan soil. When the band music fades and the first shot is fired, things will change. As Yogi Berra once said, this will be “déjà vu all over again.”
America is a great and powerful nation filled with amazing people. We always wanted to help impoverished people in other countries but have made multiple mistakes along the way. Our hearts were always in the right place but reality smacked us in the face and kicked us when we were down. As the extremely wise philosopher Rocky Balboa once said:
The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life but it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.
America is going to keep on moving forward. It is obvious to anyone with a functioning brain that Biden/Harris is ill-equipped to deal with the myriad of problems facing the U.S.A. Their extremely toxic decisions have crippled and divided this nation. Eventually, the disastrous, UN-dynamic duo will be relegated to the dust bin of history and a true leader will emerge. He or she will be a courageous, God-loving, patriot who loves our magnificent country and has the vision to unite it once again. He/she will vow to:
- Support our amazing police
- Get tough on crime
- Close the southern border
- Guarantee fair elections
- Replace wimpy generals

Communists treat their slave states like crap.
I remember reading a research paper about Siberia after the fall of the USSR.
It had been Moscow’s slave state for 80 years.
Forests had been clear cut.
Fishing areas had been over fished to the point they needed years to make a comeback.
Nuclear missiles were deserted to rust and leak.
China has been worse.
It has treated its own land like crap!
The Chinese (but non-party member) population has seen their own land polluted, their own water fouled, their own air made dirtier than any on earth.
China has had to go to foreign lands just to farm!
China is now fouling land in Africa and Eastern Europe.
So, for the Chinese commies to plan to take Afghanistan’s rare earths is no surprise.
But I think China will fail in this.
The Taliban are Islamic fundamentalists and as such look down on ALL non-Muslims.
Who knows.
We might see yet another big strong country destroyed by that area of earth that swallows empires whole.
What does China have that the US doesn’t? A government that does not answer to the people and ruthlessness. What does China have that the Soviet Union didn’t have? Like the Muslim tenet that allows them to lie in the name of Allah, the Chinese have adopted capitalism in the name of propping up communism and they have become wealthy and powerful. We’ll see how it turns out.

A world media that micro scrutinizes every move they make.
A desire to bring Afghanistan into the 21st century as a civilized country.

China can take Taiwan anytime but they will lose 1/4 of their population in the Process….China can have Afghanistan and learn the lesson both Russia and the U.S. have experienced….
The problem there is that idiot Biden has already kneecapped our energy production. Now that he sees the damage that does (to his polls; he could not care less about people paying more for energy or anything moved by truck, plane or train), he wants to buy more oil from OPEC. Now, he has ceded all of Afghanistan’s rare earth minerals to China’s control. So, as he forces the nation to transition to electric vehicles, we are again dependent upon a hostile nation for our source of energy.
No one can exceed idiot Biden in stupidity.

Xi has told biden to stay out of this. He thanked biden for giving them the air base at Bagram along with 83-85 billion of military equipment.
