Columbia University socialists Richard Cloward and his wife, Francis Piven, first proposed in 1966 a strategy to hasten the end of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
Liberal organizations of late have tried to obscure this fact by claiming the only goal was the reduction of poverty by establishing a guaranteed income still let the cat out of the bag. From Wikipedia:

Redistribution of income, taking from one and giving it to another. As Joe the Plumber said, it sounds like Socialism to me. Well it is. Cloward and Piven were longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where today he has an honorary chair.
Well now its 2020. Has anything changed? Well, here is the presumed Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden’s proposal during our current pandemic.

And while Joe takes advantage of the crisis to push his society changing measures, the liberal media proved its double standards by ignoring CNN’s own evidence on Biden’s rape accuser. Anyone who is critical of the media has noticed this for a while now. But what most do not notice is the progressive/liberal pattern to intentionally degrade or allow to degrade institutions and thus society itself so it can re-make it as the left desires. Or, to put it another way, the progressive left is willing to hurt you and things you care about to push their own agenda. And the easiest way to push an unpopular agenda is through a crisis.
I am wrong, you say? Progressives do not want to weaken institutions. Fine, please explain to me this:
How does open borders make us less likely to have pandemics?
How does illegal immigration increase the wages of the poor and urban communities?
How does celebrating the destruction of the nuclear family by experimenting with new forms of family and gender strengthen the family structure? For example, how does having a baby out of wedlock help the baby?
How does freeing criminals and decriminalizing destructive behavior make us safer?
How does pushing social justice and weakening traditional academic coursework on our campuses help us become more competitive in the world market?
How does censoring news and attempting to silence/sometimes criminalize opposing viewpoints do anything but create an echo chamber where real free speech does not exist nor or any ideas scrutinized and judged by their merit?
It does not. None of this does. And the left knows it. And no, I am not saying the left created the corona virus. You don’t have to create a crisis to take advantage of it. The point is to take advantage of a crisis and even prolong it or make it worse, so liberals/progressives can remake society to their liking. That is the Cloward-Piven strategy. Anyone hurt is just collateral damage.
Again, the goal is to intentionally degrade or allow to degrade institutions and thus society itself so the left will have an opportunity to re-make it as the left desires. I’ll say it again. The progressive left is willing to hurt you and things you care about to push their own agenda. Nothing has changed from Cloward to Biden. This, was, and remains, their real goal, at your expense. Feel free to keep on trusting them with this country. I am sure it will end well.

what the left and alleged progressives do not understand is that there as only so many seats at the table.
Is Pelosi a selfish, vindictive idiot or evil genius? She, personally, intentionally stalled for over a week, first the initial PPP and other relief for small businesses and the American people then, when the PPP money ran out and could have been refilled by just a consent vote, she again stalled for ANOTHER week small businesses getting the help they need to retain employees. The first business day after it was finally agreed to, the system crashed repeatedly from the panic-driven flood of applicants, those who fear the money running out and ANOTHER week or more delay while Nancy eats ice cream.
Remember when the government shut down in 2010 and Obama tried to (artificially) make the pain felt by the American people due to the government being closed as extreme and severe as possible? He closed open air, walk-through monuments and parks, actually using labor and materials to block them off when those employees doing the closures were supposed to be furloughed. Unfortunately (for the Democrats) hardly anyone noticed. I guess they’ve learned to step up their game.

the gay muslin terrorrist had planned the shut down with holter and slut hillary several months before. recall that on day one, well printed signs appears in parks and federal areas???? you don’t get signs overnight printed and distributed to these areas. this crisis was planned well in advance.
