The resident kook of Congress, Rep. Adam Schiff, opened up his Congressional hearing with a fictional narrative of President Trump’s phone call to his Ukrainian counterpart. All to fit the false narrative that the Presient committed a crime that never happened.
And what is the President’s response — well it reads like a classic organized crime shake down. In essence, what the President Trump communicates is this: We’ve been very good to your country. Very good. No other country has done as much as we have. But you know what, I don’t see much reciprocity here. You know what I mean? I hear what you want. I have a favor I want from you though. And I’m going to say this only seven times, so you better listen good. I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand? Lots of dirt, on this and on that. I’m going to put you in touch with people, and not just any people. I’m going to put you in touch with the Attorney General of the United States — my Attorney General, Bill Barr — he’s got the whole weight of American law enforcement behind him. And I’m going to put you in touch with Rudy, you’re going to love him. Trust me. You know what I’m asking, so I’m only going to say this a few more times, in a few more ways. And don’t call me again. I’ll call you when you’ve done what I asked.
The actual transcript, which you can read here, says no such thing.
Later on during the hearing Schiff excused his fictional account of the phone call by explaining it was “parody”.

Now if the transcript had been as damning as Schiff and pals are alleging he would of read directly from the actual transcript instead of making up a conversation. But none of this spectacle is surprising giving the over the top accusations he made a few years ago about Russian collusion. He lives in a dream world of Trump the boogeyman.
End note: As I write this the big 3 networks are all preempting regularly scheduled programming to carry Schiff’s farce of a hearing, gavel to gavel, of a non-event. Just more evidence of how much our MSM is in the tank for the Democrats.

.2/ Its pretty clear from the Washington Post story that someone knew the details of this complaint who is hostile to @realDonaldTrump and leaked it to the press. My guess is this leak came from House Democrats who have been heavily involved in orchestrating this complaint.

Dems are also conflating “election interference” with PAST election investigations.
Once it’s in the past, like Crowdstrike, Seth Rich, Hillary’s emails, the DNC leak (not hack) it is NO LONGER election interference!
Only Dems seek to interfere with the 2016 election by continuing to try to overturn the will of the electorate.
Trump was bringing two things to Zelinsky’s attention: old election corruption from 2016 AND the corruption inside Burisma when it hired pay-for-play board of directors like Biden’s son then later (Never-Trumper) Romney’s advisor Joseph Cofer Black.
Now Schiff’s office is claiming he’s basing his “narrative” on his translation of the Ukrainian side of the phone call.
I haven’t seen this even out there in public at all.
So, if it’s true maybe Schiff ought to release it in its raw (untranslated) form so other Ukrainian speakers can translate it, too.
You know, just for accuracy.

I watched Schiff closely to see if he ever explained, as he built up this fantasy, explained whatever happened to the mountain of evidence he had readily available that PROVED Trump colluded with Russians to win in 2016. To my knowledge, he didn’t; did anyone else see where he attempted to restore his shattered credibility in order to have any credibility in this case?
Schiff is a liar. He also leaks. This does not set him apart much from the rest of his party.
If the Dems are trying to build a case for immunity from Federal investigation if the subject is running for Federal office, won’t all sorts of career criminal types begin filing for their own runs?
Recall how all this automatic immunity started:

Seemed having lost a son in war conferred on her automatic and absolute immunity from critics.
Now, Biden is immune because his son was part of a corrupt scheme that Joe set in place.
Paul Sperry is reporting that rumor has it that the “whistleblower” is a CIA official and a Brennan loyalist who was put in place to run interference against the Spygate investigation. That wouldn’t be surprising given Fleitz’s observations. Notice the timing. They know the noose is tightening and are getting desperate. PT is coming at them from all angles- the OIG FISA abuse report; Biden’s own words; Durham etc. Like a good fighter/martial artist/general, his plan is probably to hit them so hard from so many different angles they won’t have time to recover.
Does anybody have any idea how many taxpayer dollars have been wasted on these bogus investigations & impeachment proceedings?

All the polls show Trump winning the election and popular vote over every Dem candidate. They also show is approval rating is above Obama at the point in his admin, so its plain that Trump is liked more and seen as doing a good job…because we have tangible results to cite rather than golf games and celebrity parties.
