Donald Trump has been far tougher on Russia than obama, who is the real traitor

The liberal media outrage over the last 24 hours is impressive. Predictable and stupid, but impressive.

Donald Trump has been far tougher on Russia than obama ever was. Obama was a push over for Russia:

Barack Obama sold out our Eastern European allies on missile defense. He slow-walked aid to Ukraine and did little more than shrug when Crimea was annexed.

He said “never mind” on his own “red line” in Syria and turned a blind eye to Putin’s intervention there, in large part because of his obsessions with getting the Iran deal.

The Russian meddling in our elections started on Obama’s watch — and not just our elections but those of many of our allies. When Mitt Romney famously said Russia was our No. 1 geopolitical foe, Obama mocked him for it as did countless liberal journalists who are now converts to anti-Russia hawkery.

Annexation of Crimea?

Invasion of  Georgia?

Invasion of Ukraine?

Nothing. obama just rolled over.

It was during obama’s watch that Russia meddled in the 2016 US elections. He did absolutely nothing.

Trump, on the other hand?

In a text exchange, I asked one GOP lawmaker: If you believe Trump has been tougher on Russia, what is the best evidence? He quickly came back with a list. The U.S. is, he said:

  1. Bombing Syria, Russia’s main client, and generally unleashing the U.S. military in Syria, including against Russians when necessary.

  2. Arming Ukraine.

  3. Browbeating NATO allies to increase defense spending.

  4. Adding low-yield nukes to our arsenal.

  5. Starting research and development on an INF noncompliant missile.

  6. Shutting Russia’s San Francisco consulate.

Trump has repeatedly blamed the Russians for meddling, rightly putting blame on obama as well.

February 2018:

President Trump continued his Twitter tirade about Russian involvement in the 2016 election on Monday, asking why his Oval Office predecessor didn’t “do something” when he was in command.

“Obama was President up to, and beyond, the 2016 Election. So why didn’t he do something about Russian meddling?” Trump wrote.

July 2017

President Trump said Thursday that he agreed Russia interfered in the U.S. presidential race and slammed former President Barack Obama for doing nothing about it, saying he didn’t “choke” but made a political decision.

The president said Mr. Obama ignored Russian meddling in the election because he thought, as did most people, that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was going to win the election.

“The reason is he thought Hillary was going to win. If he thought I was going to win, he would have done plenty about it,” Mr. Trump said at a press conference in Poland. “His people said he choked. I don’t think he choked.”

Some democrats agreed that obama response to Russian meddling was impotent.

Democrat Eric Swalwell, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, criticized Obama for being excessively cautious.

“[The response] was inadequate. I think [the administration] could have done a better job informing the American people of the extent of the attack,” he said.

Others accused Obama for failing to sufficiently sanction Russia once the election was over and the Trump administration was preparing to take power.

April, 2018

Washington (CNN)The Trump administration is unleashing additional sanctions against seven Russian oligarchs with ties to President Vladimir Putin along with 12 companies they own or control.

The measures announced by the Treasury Department on Friday were also aimed at 17 senior Russian government officials and the state-owned Russian weapons trading company, Rosoboronexport, which has long-standing ties to Syria and its subsidiary, Russian Financial Corporation Bank.

The punitive actions are the latest escalating step by the US to punish Putin’s inner circle for interfering in the 2016 election and other ongoing aggressions across the globe in Crimea, Ukraine and Syria.

Did you catch that part in bold?

More

obama, on the other hand, took it up the a** for Putin.

Despite what you have heard, when Pushkin comes to shove, Donald Trump has taken meaningful and tough action against Russia and Putin for its interference in US elections.

obama knew about Russian efforts since 2015 and did absolutely nothing to protect this country. He went so far as to order US cyber security teams to stand down.

There’s your treason. There’s your traitor.

The current democrat cacophony is meant to obscure that simple truth.

Obama needs to to go to Prison for life for his crimes against the American People

He said “never mind” on his own “red line” in Syria and turned a blind eye to Putin’s intervention there, in large part because of his obsessions with getting the Iran deal.

The way Obama voraciously leaped upon, like a starving dog jumping on a ham bone, Putin’s offer to come in and make everything OK was disgusting and embarrassing. Obama was relieved to have an excuse to back away from his stupid “red line” and that relief was broadcast to everyone, especially Putin.

So Obama either completely believed Putin would remove all the chemical weapons from Syria because he was naive, stupid or simply wanted to “lead from behind” Putin. Yet, liberals celebrated it as some sort of master stroke.

It was during obama’s watch that Russia meddled in the 2016 US elections. He did absolutely nothing.

With forewarning about the upcoming meddling. Why, it was almost as if he WANTED Russian meddling. Why doesn’t some of the courageous media ask Obama and Susan Rice WHY they decided to do nothing?

The current democrat cacophony is meant to obscure that simple truth.

If it’s ever unclear what Democrats are up to, simply listen to what they are accusing the opposition of doing. There ya go.

There needs to be a full investigation to find out if Obama has any ties to America.

Haha! Nice.

No puppet, no puppet. You’re the puppet.

dr john, reading your diatribes, one has to wonder if you wake in the mornings with an objective of seeing how profoundly dishonest and unattached from reality you can be.

To be clear you incredibly misleading partisan hack, Obama and Dems made every effort to bring this issue front and center in 2016. It was the GOP lead Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan who shot down any attempt.

That’s just reality. You are a fraud.

Questions?

Questions from your sock puppets? sure. From you? Didn’t think so.

@Ajay42302:

That is interesting can you provide examples I really dislike the leaders we have in both houses I really would love to see either one grow a spine.

Um, AJ, like Rich, throws baseless, factless, truthless lies about and then scurry away from any questions.

AJ has proven himself to be the coward leader.

@Ajay42302: You got nothing you never do you cant back up a single lying luciferian doctorine style statement you make ever, you cant even measure up to a 1/2 ass troll.

@DrJohn: I’m not sure, because AJ doesn’t understand much of what he reads. He merely repeats what he is told to say. That’s why he lives in mortal fear of questions.

While the Left adores Obama, it positively idolizes the late Teddy Kennedy.
So, how was Teddy when it came to “collusion” with Russia (then the USSR and worse than today’s Russia!) ?
He colluded with the USSR to prevent Ronald Reagan from succeeding with a missile defense plan.
Here’s a link and partial quote:

Kengor:

It was a May 14, 1983 letter from the head of the KGB, Viktor Chebrikov, to the head of the USSR, the odious Yuri Andropov, with the highest level of classification. Chebrikov relayed to Andropov an offer from Senator Ted Kennedy, presented by Kennedy’s old friend and law-school buddy, John Tunney, a former Democratic senator from California, to reach out to the Soviet leadership at the height of a very hot time in the Cold War. According to Chebrikov, Kennedy was deeply troubled by the deteriorating relationship between the United States and the Soviet Union, which he believed was bringing us perilously close to nuclear confrontation. Kennedy, according to Chebrikov, blamed this situation not on the Soviet leadership but on the American president—Ronald Reagan. Not only was the USSR not to blame, but, said Chebrikov, Kennedy was, quite the contrary, “very impressed” with Andropov.

The thrust of the letter is that Reagan had to be stopped….

Even more interesting than Kennedy’s diagnosis was the prescription: According to Chebrikov, Kennedy suggested a number of PR moves to help the Soviets in terms of their public image with the American public. He reportedly believed that the Soviet problem was a communication problem, resulting from an inability to counter Reagan’s (not the USSR’s) “propaganda.” If only Americans could get through Reagan’s smokescreen and hear the Soviets’ peaceful intentions.

So, there was a plan, or at least a suggested plan, to hook up Andropov and other senior apparatchiks with the American media, where they could better present their message and make their case. Specifically, the names of Walter Cronkite and Barbara Walters are mentioned…..

Tim Sebastian of the London Times and BBC, found the Kennedy document and reported it in the February 2, 1992 edition of the Times, in an article titled, “Teddy, the KGB and the top secret file.”

But this electrifying revelation stopped there; it went no further. Never made it across the Atlantic. Not a single American news organization picked up the story.

Double standard, much?

@Nanny G:

Double standard, much?

Double standard… ALWAYS. While the left goes apoplectic over Trump not publicly shaming Putin (something neither Obama, Hillary, Kerry or ANY liberal has ever done), it does not explain what they thought Obama meant when he told Putin (via Medvedev) that he would be more “flexible” after his next election. There aren’t many possible variations, but instead of simply pretending it never happened, I would be interested in hearing some of their imaginative spins.

Recall, Republicans didn’t instantly call for Obama’s impeachment over that promise. Certainly they criticized it, and rightly so, but daily calls for impeachment was not the norm and did not appeal to Republicans as the only recourse other than winning elections. Yeah, there were calls for impeachment for a variety of (qualifying) issues, but no cries of “TREASON!!!”, thought this meeting, in light of Obama’s subsequent actions (or inactions) and recent events, certainly arises to that definition.

One wonders what Obama felt he NEEDED to be flexible on. For the euphemistically-driven Obama, “flexibility” could only mean one thing: “Tell me what you want, and you shall have it. On a platter. Because we both HATE America.” Got a different view? Let’s hear it.

July 19 – Trump inviting Putin to Washington this fall

“President Trump asked (national security adviser John Bolton) to invite President Putin to Washington in the fall and those discussions are already underway,” Sanders tweeted Thursday, hours after Trump tweeted he is “looking forward” to meeting again with Putin to “begin implementing” issues they discussed during their summit earlier this week.

The invitation was extended to Putin by Bolton earlier on Thursday, according to a National Security Council spokesman.

The pair of tweets were the latest indication that Trump is doubling down on his Russian rapprochement strategy even as his approach to Putin continues to draw bipartisan criticism and questions abound as to what Trump and Putin agreed to during their first meeting.

The Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats said he still does not know what Trump and Putin discussed on Monday and was caught off-guard during an interview Thursday by news that Trump and Putin were planning a second meeting in Washington this fall.

“Say that again?” Coats offered. “That’s gonna be special.”

White House officials have not explained why Coats was not informed about the invitation in advance.

Well, he’s only the Director of National Intelligence, the top intelligence official in the United States government. Why would he need to be consulted?

I told you so! The European Union just slapped a Five Billion Dollar fine on one of our great companies, Google. They truly have taken advantage of the U.S., but not for long!

6:11 AM – 19 Jul 2018

Those dirty NATO… We’ll get ’em! Where’s my tariff checklist?

The Summit with Russia was a great success, except with the real enemy of the people, the Fake News Media. I look forward to our second meeting so that we can start implementing some of the many things discussed, including stopping terrorism, security for Israel, nuclear……..

6:30 AM – Jul 19, 2018

….proliferation, cyber attacks, trade, Ukraine, Middle East peace, North Korea and more. There are many answers, some easy and some hard, to these problems…but they can ALL be solved!

6:24 AM – 19 Jul 2018

@Greg:

Well, he’s only the Director of National Intelligence, the top intelligence official in the United States government. Why would he need to be consulted?

Well, Trump’s still the F**KING PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. If he wants to call a meeting, HE’S THE BOSS.

Those dirty NATO… We’ll get ’em! Where’s my tariff checklist?

What’s NATO got to do with GOOGLE violating rules in the EU and having to pay a fine? Hmmm? Anything?

Never forget, OBAMA handed Putin everything he wanted, sometimes even BEFORE he asked. Obama just seemed to know what he would like. Funny, that.
