What did the President know and when did he know it?

The FBI has requested that Devin Nunes read them in on the memo detailing abuses by US intelligence agencies and thus far he has refused.

The fact that Republicans refuse to show the memo to FBI, which characterizes the intelligence they shared with Nunes, has Democrats concerned. One aide told The Daily Beast it means Nunes’ efforts are just politics.

“If this is about FBI abuses, why wouldn’t they share it with the Trump-appointed director who wasn’t at the bureau when the abuses supposedly occurred?” the aide said. “If this is about cleaning up the FBI like they claim, wouldn’t they want Wray as an ally?”

Well, there would be a reason for that:

The FBI “failed to preserve” five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.

The disclosure was made Friday in a letter sent by the Justice Department to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC).

“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC.

He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.

Right about the time of the “insurance policy.” Why would Nunes tip the FBI off as to what is known and give them a chance to disappear more evidence? Remember how the FBI denied there were any records from the Clinton/Lynch airport meeting? It is highly likely that Lynch was letting Bill Clinton know that Hillary Clinton would be facing no legal jeopardy since she already knew. The fix was in:

Joe diGenova, a former federal prosecutor, connects the dots on former Obama administration Justice Department and FBI officials who may have “violated the law, perhaps committed crimes” to politicize law enforcement and surveillance against political opponents.

He says former FBI Director James Comey conducted a fake criminal investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as they “followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, with no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. That’s not an investigation. That’s a Potemkin village. It’s a farce.”

DiGenova condemned the FBI for working so closely with the controversial Fusion GPS, a political hit squad paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create and spread the discredited Steele dossier about President Donald Trump. Without a justifiable law enforcement or national security reason, he says, the FBI “created false facts so that they could get surveillance warrants. Those are all crimes.” He adds, using official FISA-702 “queries” and surveillance was done “to create a false case against a candidate, and then a president.”

In this highly detailed video interview, he holds up an unreported April 2017 99-page FISA court opinion that “describes systematic and on-going violations of the law [by the FBI and their contractors using unauthorized disclosures of raw intelligence on Americans]. This is stunning stuff.”

That document raised grave concerns about the Obama administration’s abuse of the NSA to spy on political foes:

“The October 26, 2016 Notice disclosed that an NSA Inspector General (IG) review…indicated that, with greater frequency than previously disclosed to the Court, NSA analysts had used U.S.-person identifiers to query the result of Internet “upstream” collection, even though NSA’s section 702 minimization procedures prohibited such queriesthis disclosure gave the Court substantial concern.”

When the abuse came to the attention of NSA Director Mike Rogers, he gave Donald Trump a heads-up that he was being surveilled in Trump Tower.

In the video interview, diGenova discusses the heroism of NSA Admiral Mike Rogers who briefed Trump when he was president-elect, on Nov. 17, 2016 about the controversial governmental surveillance. This resulted, he says, in Trump’s presidential transition being moving out of Trump Tower to Bedminster, N.J., until it could be debugged.

We also know that the “interview” conducted with Hillary Clinton was a charade:

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch knew well in advance of FBI Director James Comey’s 2016 press conference that he would recommend against charging Hillary Clinton, according to information turned over to the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Friday.

The revelation was included in 384 pages of text messages exchanged between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and it significantly diminishes the credibility of Lynch’s earlier commitment to accept Comey’s recommendation — a commitment she made under the pretense that the two were not coordinating with each other.

And it gets worse. Comey and Lynch reportedly knew that Clinton would never face charges even before the FBI conducted its three-hour interview with Clinton, which was supposedly meant to gather more information into her mishandling of classified information.

We know this courtesy of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page:

On July 1, 2016, as the Lynch announcement became public, Page texted Strzok: Page: And yeah, it’s a real profile in couragw [sic], since she knows no charges will be brought.

It seems certain that Lynch was coordinating with the FBI to guide the email investigation.

Then the dynamic duo suggest that there was “pressure” to finish up their investigation clearing Hillary so she could go on freely to defeat Trump:

Besides, they had that dossier- the insurance policy. democrats have been throwing roadblock after roadblock in front of the investigation into the obama abuse of the intelligence agencies but the time to unmask the dirt is coming. Finally.

Amusingly, Adam Schiff thinks you’re too stupid to understand it. We shall see.

Devin Nunes is right not to tip off the FBI. Christopher Wray may be above reproach but there’s a lot of house cleaning to do. Obviously none of this happens in a vacuum so there is now one other question to ask.

What did obama know and when did he know it?

Anyone that does not or cannot see a serious undercutting of the rule of law and order that the Obama administration introduced as normal business is either an active participant in the abuses or a slobbering idiot.

There are simply not that many necessities to email or text about yoga.

Obama violated the law ignored the U.S. Constitution when ever it suited him after all like most all liberals he supported Open Borders,Gun Confiscation, the Paris Accord and a one world goverment all under the Useless Nations

The investigation is getting hot hot hot, shut down the government so the MSM has cover on not reporting it.

Let’s do like liberals do and believe Obama was aware of and directed it all and then ignore all evidence to the contrary. Besides, in this case, that is probably the truth.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: Nixon forced to resign for only 18 minutes of missing tape lol

@kitt: Hey, hey, hey! I have it! Obama only learned about the widespread and systemic abuses of citizens rights and Constitutional violations he promoted when he read about it in the news!!

@Bill… Deplorable Me: Greg and Rich are possibly the best informed liberals we know. They sometimes read the news and then give us the liberal take (notice the lack of posting as they wait for MSLSD or CNN to put a twist on this) Obama cant have heard about any of this as the shut down is providing cover.

Remember the pose of Nixon secretary Rose Mary Woods as she “accidentally” erased the 17 minutes of Watergate tapes?
Brought down a president.
Here is months’ worth of evidence wiped from existence (perhaps) and still Obama walks free.
He needs cuffs on.
And every single Obama holdover needs to go.

@Nanny G: Can we add Bush and Clinton hold overs to that list? Both are involved in the coup, where did the “pussy grabbing” tape come from?

This doesnt matter now. Apparently (just announced by Rush Limbaugh AND FOX News, that the Inspector General admitted to having ALL 5 MONTHS of the so-called missing emails. He made this announcement before he was told that the FBI INTENDED to LOSE those particular emails.

Also, Julian Assange informed the White House that HE also had back-up copies of all the missing emails. The FBI was truly desperate to state they had been lost when at least 2 to 3 entities already possessed copies.

@kitt: It doesn’t matter what administration, what party or what hat size they are; anyone participating in this lawless, un-Constitutional attacks on citizens and obstruction of justice need to be in jail.

Period.

And, this lawless activity does not occur simultaneously across all disciplines of the government without direction.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: The behavior of these people means its a multi administration crime spree. They never dreamed they would get caught and if they did there would be any account of their actions. Congress need to begin arresting these scum, not leave it to the corrupt DOJ swamp creatures.
The Dems have folded vote goes to the senate.

@kitt: This would never have been exposed had Hillary been elected. She would, without any doubt, only intensified the surveillance and persecution of opposition members and even if there were Republicans willing to confront it, they would do so at their own physical and legal peril.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: Considering the level of interest in this from the (all Russia collusion all the time) LSM , That would mean that obozo STILL hasn’t heard about it
