The 1990 OPA was passed to prevent it ever happening again … So much for government work.
They had a tax-payer funded plan in place to burn off the oil before it got out of control, but they ended up burning the oil for a total of 23 minutes…
Between this and the Sestak scandal, Obama is a sure fire one termer. Thank God.
