I don’t think she will be the 2012 Republican candidate, but, at the moment, I do believe she embodies the spirit of the party, both rhetorically and culturally.
Make no mistake, she is deeply ignorant from a political perspective.

Thanks for posting these. She is clearly mindful of what she can say and is not as polished a pol as would be desired, however, she is genuine and comes across as a well-grounded individual and make some very good points about expectations of politicians and the system.

yippie, beware of liberal troll behind the curtain. I suspect limiting the remark about Palin to “deeply ignorant” was his attempt at being gracious. He came in to “stir the pot” on several threads. Right now the “divide the GOP/conservatives” is a big movement in cyberspace. Guess they forgot how we laughed our asses off at them over screwing Hillary out of a full vote during the primaries, and how they are paying for it to this day.
@MetaHarley…..I have to laugh at your paranoia, and I plan to be here for a while so I’m going to go out of my way to phrase things differently for now on. But as far “dividing the GOP/Conservatives” I don’t deny that this is very much my hope and dream. I am a political conservative, and have zero tolerance for the religious-right which I consider an apolitcal movement, and I would be love to see an atheist Republican get the nomination.

I watched the whole interview and thought she did just fine. Her past facebook snips got the dunces in the Dem party worked up, she leaves the lefty loons in a snit by daring to publish articles in major publications and her book sold………how many copies? Keep it up Sarah!
She’s sincere in her beliefs and isn’t a liar and everyone that has been around here long enough understands just exactly how her governorship was being sabotaged and by stepping down she saved her state and family from expensive, foolish lawsuits.

I believe his show has the top rating of any Fox shows.

rich wheeler, I have two DD 214s. One from Enlisted Service and one From Commissioned Service, retired and was recalled to Active Duty and am serving now in AFPAK as an 0-6.

This has been a fun thread to read. Why do the lefties insist that they be the ones to speak for the military. From what I have witnessed in my life time, our members of the greatest military are capable of speaking intelligently for themselves. I also note, that they vote in an 80/20 margin for conservatives. With this little fact in mind, we are treated to an unending supply of marxists either pretending to be members of the military, or former members of the military, or ridiculing private citizens for having an opinion if they don’t have any military service. The term chicken hawk, while it sounds pretty cool, does not invalidate the logic of an argument in itself. The members of our military are professional. We switched to being a professional armed service during the Nixon Administration. Our military is not conscripted. This makes a difference. Every body in the military is an instrument of our Nations foreign policy and national security by choice. I appreciate the work they do on my behalf, but I also recognize that this work is vital to our interests as a nation. We can all help them out by showing a little national resolve, and not presuming to allow these marxists to be the self appointed spokespeople for them.
