Megyn Kelly Gives Birth to Baby Boy
By Chris Ariens on Sep 25, 2009 12:00 PMFox News anchor Megyn Kelly gave birth to a baby boy this morning. Edward Yates Brunt, named after his 2 grandfathers, weighs in at 7 pounds 10 ounces. Megyn and her husband Doug Brunt will call him “Yates.”

Kelly anchored her show yesterday, even delivering a segment on the top 5 things not to say to a pregnant woman. And she even did her regular segment on “The O’Reilly Factor” last night.

Mom and baby doing great, we’re told.

Well done, Megyn!
This reminds me of my going into labor while arguing cases before a judge. I
told the judge I’d leave the courtroom after I won the legal argument. He quickly signed my proposed order, I left and delivered my first son, now a happy 31 year old.

Megan, Best wishes to you and your husband. I love the baby’s name Yates. You are a role model for young women (and even older one’s) like this writer. To have brains and beauty and you seem kind and caring as well. You will make a fabulous mommy. My husband is an OB/GYN and he said “good for her, she hung in to the end and looks great” ! Can’t wait to have you back with the FOX family. Lynne and Dr. Joe V.
