Last week those paragons of tolerance and harmony at Daily Kos published an image of the KKK torturing Michelle Obama. When the blowback became too much to bear, they pulled it. It’s like a suspect eating the telephone number of his drug dealer when the police arrive. The problem is, there is no paper on the internet and the guys at Little Green Footballs captured the evidence.

Well, they have been at it again. According to Kos, if you don’t vote for Obama, you deserve to be mutilated and die in the war.

If you’re going to help McCain get elected, you need to take responsibility for your actions. This election is bigger than you. It’s bigger than Barack Obama. It’s bigger than Hillary Clinton. Lives will be saved or lost depending on who is elected in November, and if you’re going to willfully help prolong the war, it’s time to do the honorable thing and enlist.

Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to get election results from Baghdad, and you’ll still be able to “sit this one out” under the comfort of a mortar attack. And yes, I’m sure hearing about an Obama defeat will seem all the more sweet when you’re laying in the choking aftermath of an IED explosion with a piece of half-melted plastic burning a hole into your intestines. I’m sure you’ll be comforted by the knowledge that history had no place for President Obama when you’re staring at the empty space where your leg used to be. And certainly, I’m sure the crippling terror of post-traumatic stress disorder will be nowhere as severe as the disingenuous “concern” you’ll suffer over debunked Rezko conspiracy theories and the excited ramblings of a liberation theologian.

Once again, they tried to eat the evidence by deleting the post. Once again, LGF caught them. The Kos Kowards seem to be clueless that most of the backlash on the Michelle Obama KKK image came from Hillary supporters. Hillary’s folks think Obama and his minions are insufferably racist and arrogant, and these kinds of posts prove it. I am more than happy for Daily Kos to keep it up, keep getting caught, and keep trying to cover their turds in the sand. It can only help get Republicans elected.

One of these days Charles is going to be featured on that show “The Worlds Worst Jobs”. I only know about KOS because of all the vile stuff he manages he get from there. I can not imagine going there on a regular basis. This is one case where I am glad the web blocking software we have at work blocks it, as well as most liberal sites because of the profanity they contain. Amazingly most conservative sites are fully accessible.

Former White House press secretary Scott McClellan writes in a new memoir that the Iraq war was sold to the American people with a sophisticated “political propaganda campaign” led by President Bush and aimed at “manipulating sources of public opinion” and “downplaying the major reason for going to war.”

Ed’s take:

After this weekend’s morning yap-fests Scott’s integrity will be defined by his sales of 50 dollars a book and then he’ll probably be writing for TIME from home at $300,000 a year.

I hope his two year silence on history was worth it for him.
