Democrats - Never Enough Socialism For The US

Not that this will shock anyone who has studied Hillary, she has wanted pure Socialism for this country since her early years, but I will take anything the MSM will throw out:

Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton said Sunday she might be willing to garnish the wages of workers who refuse to buy health insurance to achieve coverage for all Americans.

The New York senator has criticized presidential rival Barack Obama for pushing a health plan that would not require universal coverage. Clinton has not always specified the enforcement measures she would embrace, but when pressed on ABC’s “This Week,” she said: “I think there are a number of mechanisms” that are possible, including “going after people’s wages, automatic enrollment.”

Clinton said such measures would apply only to workers who can afford health coverage but refuse to buy it, which puts undue pressure on hospitals and emergency rooms. With her proposals for subsidies, she said, “it will be affordable for everyone.”

Yup, you happen to be 25 years old in excellent health making a few bucks and don’t want to pay the added expense of health insurance? Forget it….the state now demands you pay. Then her pal Rangel is waiting on the sidelines ready, willing and able to pass the mother of all tax increases to help pay for all those entitlements, all to get more people addicted to Socialism.

What gets me about this whole debate is how insurance coverage has morphed into health care. No one is denied medical care in this country, no one. But do we hear talk about the ways to make insurance more affordable? No. All we hear is how to insure everyone…..whether you want insurance or not apparently.

Think Obama is any better? Forget it. The most liberal Senator in Congress is salivating at the thought of his brand of Marxism being wrought onto the masses of the United States. Maybe some added taxes to your pension to pay for reparations or some other Socialist crapola. One thing is for certain, any person who gets the endorsement of MoveOn.org… is someone who should never get the Presidency.

That bitch is truly out of her freakin mind. The examples of socialized medicine’s failure are all around us: UK, Holland, France, Canada. WTF? Seems to me that anyone in this country, legal or not, has access to better healthcare than other nations provide for “free”. When I was stationed in England, it was a bit of a shock to realize how intrusive the UK government is and how willingly the citizens have handed over control. The citizens of the UK EXPECT their government to take care of them. I can’t see Americans doing the same. After all, the majority of us had ancestors who left their homelands in order to get out from under big brothers influence. Billary needs to immigrate to the UK or Holland. She would fit right in. Stupid bitch.

She is a nut case and really so is Obama. Hopefully we will take over congress and then she won’t be able to get anything through, but who knows, it depends on how moderate or spineless the GOP will be if they do have the opportunity to take over.

MSgt: You cite the abyssmal examples of European socialism. If producing results and providing services to the public were the point, your example would carry more weight.

But the point of Democrat support for these socialist initiatives has never been about serving the needs of the public. That’s just a fig leaf for the real objective which is to create such massive dependence on government for the majority of the public from the cradle to the grave that Democrats can control political power.

The problem comes when you get into a situation where the government decides who lives and who dies. And then since the government is paying health care, they can begin to regulate various behaviors because they cost money.

So imagine at some point in the future that Republicans want to shut down the government health care and so the people who work there start delaying treatment to Republicans. What if the medical treatment being given becomes political. And what if the government says you can no longer have cake and ice cream at birthday parties because the population is too obese or that you can’t buy peanut butter any more because there are too many allergic reactions.

I don’t want the government or politicians anywhere near medical care. I don’t want politicians or partisans deciding who lives and who dies.

She’s going to take away our hard earned money and spread it around for the common good, and then take more from our paychecks to destroy medical care. I hope people remember this come November.

Hey Mike, was that tongue in cheek? Isn’t socialism what the cankled one is all about? You know “it takes a village” and all that bullshit. Or perhaps I’m simply too stupid to understand the “nuance” of your statement. Remember I joined the military.

MSgt: Hillary’s dropped the “takes a village” routine during her campaign. Now it takes a President to run the village (into the ground).

Just so we are clear, Hillary and friends don’t care that their socialist models for Utopia have produced nothing but political and moral decay. It’s enough for them to say they care, even if their caring never solves a problem.

I believe we are on the same page. I just wanted to amplify your earlier statement.

When you read study after study of incidents of CR-BSI’s in hospitals enrolled in a socialized system of medical care who are unable to remove a catheter suspected in giving patients nosocomial infections, simply because it would mean the redistribution of this catheter within all hospitals. You will not walk away from socialized medicine - you will run!

PS - I am not referring to MRSA infections…
