The fact of the leftist bias in media cannot be a surprise to any objective observer, nor can the fact it is pervasive. But then, I recognized utter worthlessness of the LSM long ago and haven’t invested time or money in the propaganda machines in decades. What does astound, however, is how broadly this cancer has metastasized, infecting even the few rational larger news sources.

My brother, who still has a job with the “dead tree” MSM, calls it not a “liberal-bias” but rather a “Democrat bias”. 95+% of all reporters and editors are Democrats.

They can’t help it that the truth leans left.

If I read this right, what is considered right by the left is actually center and represents the view of most of the population. Is that right?

@Randy: Pretty much. Fox today is very much akin to the approach we saw before 1960+/- . . . . The bulk of the population really has not changed that much (e.g., Agnew’s “silent majority”), but the “journalists,” “academics” and “entertainment figures” who dominate the communication channels no longer bring balance, objectivity or consensus to their activities and have not for the best part of a half century.
