Did you know:
Barack Obama granted clemency to 1,715 people and pardoned 212
Donald Trump has granted clemency to a total of 11 people in 4 years.
Which one do you think outraged the activist media more?

On January 25, 2019, FoxNews.com reported that
The FBI’s pre-dawn arrest of President Trump’s ex-adviser Roger Stone at his Florida home prompted critics to once again question the tactics of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, after more than a dozen special agents clad in tactical gear raided Stone’s property Friday.
Stone, 66, was taken into custody early Friday after being indicted by a federal grand jury a day earlier as part of Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election. CNN, which conveniently happened to be staking out Stone’s Fort Lauderdale home, posted video of the arrest that showed a team of FBI agents with guns banging on Stone’s door and demanding that he come outside.
“At the crack of dawn, 29 FBI agents arrived at my home with 17 vehicles, with lights flashing, when they could have contacted my lawyer,” Stone explained after a court appearance Friday. “But the FBI agents were extraordinarily courteous.”
Stone’s attorney added that the arrest was a “spectacle.”
Roger Stone found guilty on November 15, 2019 on seven charges of lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstruction.
Of course there was much cheering among the Democrats and their minions in the Main Stream media.
Then, FoxNews.com reported on February 12th of this year that
Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year — and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.
In at least one case, Hart even posted specifically about the Stone case, as she retweeted an argument in January 2019 that it was hypocritical to say federal authorities had used excessive force when a tactical team arrested the 67-year-old Stone in a dramatic predawn raid.
Meanwhile, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show. And, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views — and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe that led to Stone’s prosecution.
The revelations came as President Trump has called the handling of Stone’s prosecution “ridiculous” and a demonstrably unfair “insult to our country.” They raised the prospect that Stone’s team could again seek a new trial, especially if Hart or other jurors provided inaccurate responses to their pre-trial questionnaires concerning their social media activity.
The drama began when Hart confirmed to CNN and other media organizations Wednesday that she had written a Facebook post supporting the Justice Department prosecutors in the Stone case who abruptly stepped down from their posts on Tuesday, saying she “can’t keep quiet any longer.” The prosecutors apparently objected after senior DOJ officials overrode their recommendation to Jackson that Stone face up to 9 years in prison.
Those prosecutors wound up resigning, which in my opinion means that they were DEEP State Bureaucrats.
It also emerged that Judge Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was an Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views—and whose husband worked at the division of the Justice Department that handled the probe leading to Stone’s arrest. And another juror donated to former Democratic presidential candidates and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News showed.
For those of you keeping score, Judge Jackson also presided over the Paul Manufort Trial, which was brought to her court by the Southern District of New York Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
The SDNY coordinated the FBI raid on Roger Stone’s house, as well.
Isn’t it interesting how so much of the fallout and judicial action which was taken in the “Russian Collusion Investigation” by Mueller and his Democratic Lynch Mob was centered around the State of New York, specifically the Southern District of New York in addition to the courtroom of Judge Amy Berman Jackson?
The SDNY has been the stomping grounds of several of those who were involved in that Legal Lynch Mob which was doing the bidding of the Democrat Elite and out to get President Trump, including Former FBI Director Comey, FBI IG Horowitz, Mueller Investigator Andrew Weissman, and Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance, Jr.
All of them either worked in that office or had judicial standing in that district.
For a long time, I have been stating that the Mueller Investigation, otherwise known as the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, was like a giant spider’s web, leading back to the Obama Administration, during which the Deep State Operation to stop Donald J. Trump from becoming President began.
I also observed early on that the Southern District of New York was playing a major role, as well.
Roger Stone deserved to have his sentence commuted simply because he, whether shady or not, was the victim of the Democrat-sponsored Mueller Witch Hunt.
For this They wanted to imprison a harmless old has-been barely on the fringes of Trumps campaign.
When all sorts of rapists, murderers, drug dealers and con men (in their prime) are being freed from prisons all over America because …. covid ….
Roger Stone, a man in vulnerable age and health groups should never be sent behind bars where the virus could find him and kill him.
Trump’s actions, you lying, servile stooge, and rightly so. The reason being that the numbers are totally irrelevant. What is relevant is the motive.
In Roger Stone’s case, Donald Trump has commuted the sentence of a man which a jury unanimously found guilty of 7 felony counts relating to crimes he committed on behalf of the man granting the clemency.
Trump has neutralized the court to repay another of his lackeys for services rendered. It’s a stellar example of the malignant corruption afflicting the man and his administration.
Feeling disgust is not enough. Trump should have been removed from office as a result of his impeachment; he might well have been, had he not openly abused his powers of office to obstruct that process as well. If you care at all about the integrity of the rule of law in America, you have to vote against this man in November. Failure to do so is no less a betrayal of the Constitution and America than are the repeated unlawful, self-serving actions of the man himself.
Bullshit
That’s all you’ve ever got to say, it seems. Maybe you should get a red hat with the word printed on it.
May we never again elect a president of such low moral character.
And here it is again folks, Trump’s brownshirts coming in to abet what is likely the most corrupt act of a serial lying, rabid racist, gross incompetent, treasonous, president.
Even though the Trump’s rationale was compilation of a dozen lies and nonsense and makes Nixon look like a saint, once again, nothing matters. Any evil and dishonest act for your Dr. God King Corana President is fine.
@Nan G:
Yeah, things like that happen. I read once where years ago a warden released an entire prison full of convicts when the facility became engulfed in flames. It was one of those on the spot decisions and he later said otherwise would have been an immediate death sentence to them.
But yeah, I know, the need to subtlety cast COVID as a hoax is a right wing need because of their epic failure of leadership and governance.
@Nan G, #2:
While Michael Cohen, age 53, should go straight to jail?
I wouldn’t feel such outrage if Stone’s sentence had been changed to home confinement for the duration. He won’t even serve a token sentence.
. He won’t even serve a token sentence.
And that just frosts their balls.
How Roger Stone was treated should scare every American
The man was found guilty of 7 felony counts, and then given a pass by the man on whose behalf the crimes were committed. Trump doesn’t give a rat’s ass about the rule of law. Nor does he give a damn what anyone thinks about the fact that he doesn’t.
You can have Trump, or you can have the rule of law and a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. You cannot have both. Give this man four more years, and there will be nothing left of what the Founding Fathers intended.
I think a majority of American voters are too smart for that. Hell, a majority were too smart for it in 2016. A majority saw through Trump from the start by nearly a 3 million-vote margin.
July 11, 2020 – Roger Stone has escaped punishment for his crimes. Trump is sending a signal
Hopefully the question about “how much further” will be answered definitively in November.
Trump’s commutation of Stone, a guy who lied on Trump’s behalf, is simply unprecedented and historic corruption.
There is not a democrat that can or will beat President Trump.
@Curt Pfeil:
I’ll up you one Bill Clinton:

@July 4th:
@July 4th:
“There is not a democrat that can or will beat President Trump.”
By all appearances, Trump will beat himself, by a landslide.
@retire05:
Your post isn’t upping anything. History is replete with dubious commutations and pardons. Stone was only bailed out by Trump because Stone’s crimes personally protected Trump.
@Curt Pfeil:
OK, explain yourself. What crimes did Stone commit that protected Trump? Protected Trump from what?
Refer to Page 22 of Roger Stone’s indictment document.
The pages preceding 22 provide background and details of the specific actions undertaken for the unnamed Head of unnamed Organization 1, on whose behalf Stone was working. Attempting to cover all of this up was a matter of protecting that same person and his organization.
Rudy Giuliani might be lucky to be indicted for his own unlawful chicanery with regard to the Ukrainian scam in time for Trump to pardon him. The window could be narrowing. Lev and Igore are still awaiting trial. Flynn’s guilty plea is presently in legal limbo. Manafort has already been released from prison due to COVID-19, thought his convictions stand. Poor Michael Cohen won’t be getting any help from the Trump DoJ, which seems intent on doing the opposite. He’ll be considered a rat.
@retire05: Personally protected Trump how exactly.
Now what was Barrys motivation for granting clemency for Oscar Lopez Rivera?
Trading terrorists for a deserter?
Stone was just a well beyond his prime wanna be.
Stone had zero effect on the election only knew a few old and used up connections in republican circles, no real connections with Assange at all.
Now it seems the UK has some interesting rulings about Steel.
Court rules Steele’s firm violated Britain’s data privacy law by failing to aggressively check allegations in his dossier. Clinton colluded and paid for Russian disinformation.
@Greg:
I did not ask you the question. I asked your fellow traveler. But of course, you have to jump in to protect your side.
In the very first paragraph of the Introduction, it is apparent that Company 1 is Crowdsource. Are you forgetting that the head of Crowdsource testified that there was no proof that any information from the DNC servers had been “exfiltrated?”
Also, I hope that if you are ever charged by some DA wanting nothing more than to make headlines for themselves, you get the same kind of jury Amy Barret Johnson allowed for Stone.
Obama pardoned crack, smack and heroin dealers and sellers. How many people do you think died from overdoses of those criminal’s dealing? But then, you never think anything your “Messiah” ever did was wrong.
Why won’t the FBI hand over the information it has on Seth Rich?
And yet there’s an answer, complete with a link to the document. You’re welcome.
@retire05:
Stone’s crimes included obstructing an official proceeding and five counts of making false statements. Stone himself admitted last night that he kept quiet solely to benefit Trump. “He knows I was under enormous pressure to turn on him. It would have eased my situation considerably. But I didn’t.”
@Curt Pfeil: He didnt have anything on Trump and was not going to sign some prefab Mueller bullshit lie confession.
@kitt:
Apparently the left has no problem with extortion of a defendant. You know, like Flynn was with the threat to go after his son?
Remember, Stone got the same judge that threw out a case against Shillary.
@Curt Pfeil:
Incorrect.
Historic corruption is the growing web of facts laid that out a sitting president, Obama, spied and manufactured a hoax to damage an incoming president.
DNC in 2016: caught supplanting to democratic process to install HRC.
That’s historic and corrupt.
Trump wasn’t part of the corrupt plan, from either party.
That’s called loyalty in the face of illegal “entrapment”.
Now, care to explain the “if you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black” and the sudden media blackout of Biden sexual assault allegations?
The massive corruption is the domain of Democrats…that’s a fact.
Rod Rosenstein Steps-Up To Assist Mueller Attack Trump Over Roger Stone Commutation…
By all means Bob, lets hear from you Bob. The leader of a team that tampered with evidence, withheld and buried exculpatory evidence, manufactured statements, You and your team are so creditable. You should all be under charges. What an embarrassment. You and your ”team” found no underlined crime but you pursued prosecutions of process crimes. That sounds like something a communist country would do, manufacturing the crime.
Stone is charged with lying to Congress on something innocuous. He cooperated. Can you say the same of everyone in the Clinton email scandal? Stone could have taken the 5th. He didn’t. Asked if he was in touch with WikiLeaks, he said no he was in contact with someone who interviewed Assange. Your team Bob, alleged that Stone claimed his contact was this interviewer in order to protect Jerome Corsi. You never proved that Russians stole any emails. You never confiscated and examined the email servers. The Crowdstrike CEO testimony counters your theory. In the trial the jury was tainted with the Foreman being a anti Trump loon as well as the Judge. Is that fair?
Was this what 40 Mil and 100’s of FBI agents produce? A Federal process crime , oh boy , lying to Congress? Congress Lies to Congress everyday. Get the paddy wagons.
@Ronald J. Ward:
FLASHBACK: Biden Says American Culture “Not Based On Some African Nation”
Imagine if had Trump said this….
Biden proclaims the ‘European’ identity of America: “Our culture is not imported from some African nation.”
@July 4th American:
That’s been debunked by <a href="https://factcheck.thedispatch.com/p/did-joe-biden-tout-our-european-culture@July 4th American:”>factchecker after factchecker after factchecker.
Did Fox News or Rush fail to mention that?
That’s got to be the dumbest thing any FA sockpuppet has ever said.
@Ronald J. Ward:
Actually, Biden did say that. Exactly that. And your links did not debunk him saying that. Here is the headline from CNN’s fact check:
Fact check: Widely viewed Twitter video misleads on Biden’s comments
and this comment from the same link:
“A misleadingly edited 19-second video clip of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden rocketed around Twitter on Wednesday night, creating the inaccurate impression that Biden was endorsing views commonly held by white nationalists.
The clip did not alter what Biden said during those 19 seconds.”
You’re cognitive abilities seem to be waning.
Biden being wrong about “our culture,” is besides the point as to the commutation of Roger Stone.
BLM painted an escaped-to-Cuba cop-killer on one of their murals.
She’s a hero to the Left.
I bet Biden would commute her sentence if he gets elected.
Maybe on his 1st day, as he’s promising all sorts of 1st day actions.
OTOH, I went to a normal, white bread supermarket today.
It was only one day after the Goya dustup.
There’s a Dem boycott and a Republican BUYcott.
So, which side won?
All sold out on EVERY Goya product all over that store?
In lily white (96%) Salt Lake City!
Lots of Mexican food getting made at homes here tonight!
“Our culture” has morphed since our founding.
A lot.
@Nan G: #30
Year, the same situation here in my rural Georgia grocery store.
And the South is supposed to be nothing but racist rednecks.
I was lucky to score some black beans. I’ve never bought Goya before now, but I will as soon as it returns to the shelves.
That stuff is goooood!
So what if the Left boycotts? More good stuff for the people who can see past skin color.
