She KNOWS beyond any possible shadow of a doubt how stupid her own voters are. No doubt she assumes all are that stupid.
nancy has a bar fly mentality, no brains, and her negotiation skills, well a third-grader has better. she really needs an MRI with contrast to determine cerebral atrophy and check for AD. old military expression- never interrupt your enemy when they are making stupid mistakes.
