Kari Lake has spoken out on today’s emergency hearing, ordered by Judge Peter Thompson, regarding her bombshell election contest lawsuit.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people tuned in to watch the hearing live, causing technical difficulties on the Maricopa County Superior Court live stream. Leftwing Hack reporters began attacking conservatives for the delays.
Everyone knows this election was stolen, and they want justice!
Kari Lake actually attended the meeting today. Katie Hobbs was AWOL, just like during the election.
Katie Hobbs campaigned from her basement and refused to debate Kari Lake. No honest person believes that she legitimately won this election.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Judge Peter Thompson tentatively scheduled the trial for next week, giving the County and Katie Hobbs until Thursday to file a motion to dismiss. Lake’s response to the motion is due on Saturday.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hobbs and Maricopa County’s attorneys did everything possible to make this case seem illegitimate and prevent a trial where evidence is presented.
They are terrified that this judge will approve the requested relief, allowing plaintiffs to inspect Maricopa County ballots from the 2022 general election, including ballot signature envelopes and the corresponding signatures on file with Maricopa County, prior to trial and examine the causes and extent of the printer-tabulator problems encountered on election day;
Judge Peter Thompson was fair, however, and he did not allow the County to desperately insert their opinions on the case in this administrative scheduling hearing.
The Gateway Pundit has written numerous reports on Kari Lake’s historic lawsuit to nullify and overturn the stolen Midterm Election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.

Motion to dismiss is scheduled today in AZ. Obviously it would be the Hobbs camp that would argue for motion to dismiss if they think they have reason to dismiss. Having read the 70 page case and thinking the three principles laid out by the case are not disputable, it should be interesting to see if the hobbs camp argues to dismiss.
From the standpoint of Judge Peter Thompson it would appear he may not be anxious to dismiss given he has scheduled a response to a motion to dismiss by the Lake campaign Saturday if necessary followed by the trial to start next week.
In stark contrast to the voluminous efforts in 2020 that were never heard on the actual case merits, this one would appear to be moving forward.

The content in the case explicitly demonstrates the amount of fraud in the election. The evidence presented in the case points to so many election laws of the state of AZ were ignored paving the way for massive fraud. The lack of chain of custody alone should nullify the results.

Claims made in a filed Complaint are not facts. They’re assertions presented to the court, which will determine whether or not they’re factual based on an evaluation of admissible testimony and evidence. Anyone can file a complaint, alleging anything they wish.
Note that not every case filed is not like those filed by Democrats, loaded with lies, false accusations, hearsay and rumor. These are based on facts.
The case filed did not make claims. The evidence put forward in the case is based on factual data. It is the defendants role to disprove the facts zipperhead.

Given the pattern of verified interaction between highly-placed Trump campaign officials and known Putin operatives, failure to fully investigate collusion would have been tantamount to criminal negligence. But that’s not part of any Trump supporter’s thinking. They STILL haven’t correctly processed what Robert Mueller’s report concluded. They were effectively blocked from doing so by Trump’s “total exoneration” propaganda blitz, with an assist from the DoJ. We watched it with our own eyes, and knew perfectly well what we were seeing.

Kari Lake’s team made very believable arguments that Maricopa County never maintained proper chain of custody over thousands of ballots included in the 2022 election. Heather Honey was a superb witness today.
For a guy who voted for truth over facts, I posted the testimony from today, tomorrow should be very interesting, maybe we will find out who the administer was that monkey’ed with the PDF sizing. Will they ask Hobbs why she ran the election in which she was a candidate, in defiance of state law?
Since Hobbs refused to recuse herself from the operation of the election, she is now responsible for the errors and willful mistakes and, as a candidate herself, all the more culpable and suspicious looking. I guess she was supposed to grab the reins of power before a healthy response could be mounted.

It is a FACT they were told to come back later and vote or vote, have their ballot tossed in a box and “assured” it would be counted later. They failed by not stating those ballots needed to be thrown out, despite them being illegal.
