Odd, this didn’t make the news on CNN or MSNBC. I guess it just didn’t get to them before air time. I’m sure there are very good reasons. BECAUSE, Pelosi and the Democrats are very, very concerned about the plight of the workers she and Schumer intentionally cut off from their incomes.
So touching how much they care about illegal invaders like the MS13 gang members to protect their rights to our tax dollars.
Pelosi holds the purse strings, no telling what information she’s gathered over all the years to keep people in line and do her bidding, most would call it blackmail or hostage situation.
The government will reopen for 3 weeks at which time we expect the Democrats to assist in a solution for the severe problems at the southern border, 1 last chance to prove you are not a bunch of scum.

Trump showed the leadership. ALL of it. Big, strong woman Pelosi did NOTHING. She would sit like the botoxed statue she is when confronted by Trump and had all her big talk for the cameras later. Trump played her on the SOTU address, proving Pelosi lied like the lying bitch she is about “security”. Unless she invents a new excuse, I guess Trump will get to make his speech AND get his wall AND be the one (not her, not Schumer) that gets the paychecks back to the workers.
@kitt: The answer is pretty predictable. Democrats are not to be mistaken for someone that is trustworthy.
If Donald didn’t learn anything from pissing on a spark plug the first time, he can always repeat the experiment. He’s far more likely to get some of what he wants by allowing his opponents to get some of what they want, however. That’s the way things work in our system of government. Nobody gets to have things 100 percent their way. If somebody did, we’d have a damn dictator on our hands. We don’t allow that here. Our system of government was created to prevent it from happening.

Did you read the article only 6 democrats broke ranks, they just wanted to get the people still working paid.
But it is tradition to make things as painful for others as possible during these shut down isnt it a Democrat tradition. Who else could they point to and blame others for their actions.
