On the facts and law, the Chauvin case was always a close one. He could have been properly convicted.
But he did not get a fair trial as everyone from rioters to a member of Congress to the POTUS tampered with the outcome. Today is one of national disgrace – a true insurrection.

In Utah as well as in CA the jury is supposed to choose ONE of the three types of guilty, the murder or manslaughter options.
THIS jury did something unexpected (to me) in finding Derick Chauvin guilty of ALL three types of killing.
Maybe that’s how Minnesota rolls.
I don’t know.
But it seemed a bit like overkill.
Can you really be guilty of killing the same person with intent, without intent, deliberately, not deliberately, with malice and without malice???
Or, was the jury so scared they just filled in “guilty” everywhere they could?
Or were they dumb?
Or, is it OK to do this in Minnesota?
Think there’ll be rioting tonight in the form of celebratory looting and arson?
Nancy Piglosi said that from this day forward, George Floyd’s name will be synonymous with justice. Got that, a career criminal, who shoved a gun into a pregnant woman’s stomach, is now the ultimate meaning of justice?
But of course, she will continue to block revealing the identity of the black Capital police officer that shot, and MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD, Ashli Babbitt. Black male criminal hopped up on enough drugs to kill any normal person is made a saint. White American veteran who was guilty of nothing more than trespassing, is murdered and “Meh!!!”
Tony Timpa who?
All that mattered was sacrificing Chauvin so fewer businesses would be looted and burned.
Jurors rightly feared for the lives of their families and their own!

Chauvin got a fair trial. The evidence supporting conviction was overwhelming, and some of the arguments the defense presented were an insult to the jury’s intelligence. What happened was so obvious that law enforcement professionals became witnesses for the prosecution.

Were you in the court room, assh0le? Were you there to hear all the testimony, Commie Greggie?
No, you were not. And you better damn well pray that if you are ever standing in front of a judge and jury pray you are not denied your basic rights like a change of venue and sequestration of a jury.
When will we get “justice” for Ashli Babbitt and Tony Timpa?
You really are an ignorant piece of scum, Comrade Greggie.
How does the accused get a fair trial when Congress and the Democrat’s Brownshirts are threatening violence unless the verdict THEY demand isn’t reached?
Waters wont be happy until all districts look like the shithole she represents.
Drink the cool-aide often there, Greggie?
Welcome to the People’s Democratic Republic of the United States of America: “one” nation, without a god, utterly divided with liberty and justice for none!
Can you spell “banana republic”, boys and girls?
