The McKinney, Texas, Pool Party: The Rest of the Story

Loading

While I saw a number of headline blurbs yesterday taint reader perspective with “WHITE cop” and “BLACK teenager”, Breitbart via PJ Media adds a bit more background color to yesterday’s sensationalized story:

Police were called to the scene and attempted to get some of the trespassers to sit down while they investigated. Many of the teens fled and police chased some of them down. This is when the video of the incident with police began. There does not appear to be any video of the initial police contact with the teens.

One resident, Benet Embry, a black man, posted on Facebook about the events leading up to the police call. “Look, I LIVE in this community and this ENTIRE incident is NOT racial at all,” Embry wrote. “A few THUGS spoiled a COMMUNITY event by fighting, jumping over fences into a PRIVATE pool, harassing and damaging property. Not EVERYTHING is about RACE. WE have other issues that NEED our attention other flights of made up make believe causes.”

In another post he is critical of media coverage of the incident. “I’ve never seen such irresponsible reporting and miss management of media resources in my life,” he said.

Another McKinney resident, Bryan Gestner, posted on Facebook, “This was a Twitter party that turned into a mob event. Jumping pool fence. Assaulting 2 security guards, attacking a mother with three little girls. The video doesn’t show everything.” He continued saying the kids were drinking and “smoking weed” and they would not listen to any of the adults around the pool.

“This isn’t about race,” he continued. “This is about outside kids invading our neighborhood and had no respect for authority or the residents here. I have a target on my back now and I have been threatened by these punks that they are gonna shoot up my house when all I did was try to control the mob and actually tended to the girl and the boy that had a bloody lip.”

“Yall don’t know the whole story,” Gestner continued. “I commend the officer for handling this situation.”

Gestner wrapped up his post alleging that these same kids came back into the neighborhood Saturday night. They were “kicking in people’s front door, stole a truck and crashed it into many vehicles. They vandalized dozens of cars and were stealing things.”

Agenda-driven journalism is fueling/creating the feelings of racism in America. Racism exists, of course; but not the fabricated narrative being driven in media sensationalism ever since Trayvon Martin and the post-racial presidency of Barack H. Obama.

The first thing I noted in this story was the accusation that the cop grabbed the girl by the hair and threw her to the ground. It is easily seen that this was not the case, so here we go again with “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”; an entire victim-scenario based on a bold-face lie.

Next was the condemnation of the cop for pulling his weapon; the very next thing that drew my attention in the video was that, while the cop was trying to subdue the girl on the ground, three young male began trying to flank him; one was reaching into the waistband of his pants. The cop jumps up and pulls his weapon and the youths flee. Then, more cops show up.

Have a look at Baltimore right now and decide if you want the police doing their duty, standing between the general public and violence or do you want rampant violence, theft and property destruction?

What is so appealing about racism that the left thinks they have to manufacture it? Oh…. that’s right!! THEY have to ride in to the rescue to “solve” the “problems”.

Every time the left whips up one of these concoctions, the fact that they flew off without any actual facts is always revealed, but they don’t seem to care. By the time their stupidity and criminality one one incident is revealed, they are off doing the same thing on another.

One resident of the neighborhood where the infamous pool party took place said she supported the officer and his actions. The woman, who did not give her name because she and other like-minded people have received death threats, told CNN:

I want everyone to know that that police officer, along with everyone else, they were completely in the right and protecting everyone.

He was not out of line. I completely support him drawing his weapon or a Taser or whatever it was that he did pull because he was being attacked from behind.

I believe that if your life is threatened, that you have every right to pull a gun. He probably didn’t intend on using it. I feel horrible for McKinney PD and the backlash that they’re getting for this.

http://www.westernjournalism.com/watch-intense-new-video-reveals-what-happened-before-cops-arrived-at-texas-pool-party/

After the party was ending homeowners were being threatened by party goers.
Later, that night a bunch of them broke into the complex and stole a truck.
They then used that truck to destroy many parked cars both on the streets and in covered parking areas.
They also used it to ram some doors down so as to steal from some of the condos.

Despite that, yesterday on Fox News the man who first got that video from the party goer insisted (wrongly) that police must go to the door of the complaining caller (so as to ID his home to the party goers) before he could begin policing the situation.
I don’t know Texas law, but both CA and UT allow a complaining caller to NOT be contacted in person by police.
And often that is a wise course.
It certainly would have been in THIS case!

@Nanny G:

Let’s first take a look at that area (McKinney) which is north of Dallas. It is a upper middle class neighborhood. The McKinney ISD is 55% white, 26% Hispanic and only 12% black. The high school drop out rate is less than 1% and there are only 29% “economically disadvantaged” kids in the entire school district. McKinney is an middle-upper middle class town. But look at the kids that have been filmed. Do those kids seem representative of the population of the school district? The answer is NO.

One resident, a black man who is a radio talk show host, described how a DJ set up on the public area around the pool and tweeted out invitations for a $15.00 entry fee. Kids started pouring in that were not from the neighborhood (subdivision), jumping the pool fence, mouthing obscenities at residents, starting fights all the while the DJ was loudly playing objectionable music (lots of f-bombs, b and n words) for young children at the pool. The DJ was not a guest of one of the residents and was not even invited. The DJs presence there was just a money gig ($15.00 per head for kids that did not live there). No the race hustlers are demanding the black resident loose his job at the radio station because he told the truth and didn’t play the race card.

When the McKinney police officer pulled his gun he was the ONLY cop on the scene and you can see two other cops show up right after he did.

McKinney is not Baltimore, Chicago or Ferguson. It is a peaceful town where all groups are mostly middle class (hence, the high dollar amount in school funds raised by property taxes). Now, because of the grievance industry, you are going to see the “Hands up, don’t shoot” protester scum descend on McKinney just like they descended on Baltimore after they cause the damage in Ferguson, Mo.

The grievance industry is NOT about “civil rights,” it’s all about the money and intimidation of other segments of our society (including Hispanic residents).

Nan, as to Texas procedures for police: they are required to respond to the incident first, not to the person who made the 911 calls. Sometimes that means the difference between life and death.

@retire05:
Thanks for the bottom line as to how police should respond in Texas.
As to this:

”[T]he DJ was loudly playing objectionable music (lots of f-bombs, b and n words) for young children at the pool.”

I think it was one of Obama’s TOP advisers who ”tweeted” out that ”that’s not how we should see our girls treated.” with a screen grab of the officer pulling the 14 year old girl to the ground (in her bikini.) BUT, clearly, the DJ’s music advocates much worse treatment of black females. The music he played dehumanized these girls and encouraged animalistic treatment of them by brutish black males. How else does the fatherless black child keep getting born?

@Nanny G:

Of course, the usual race hustling money grubbers have shown up in McKinney. The lead “protester” from Ferguson, funded by George Soros and also a participant in Baltimore, has created a protest “march” through McKinney aided and abetted by the Nation of Islam.

Maybe this trash thinks they can create another Ferguson/Baltimore in McKinney. They might be in for a surprise. This is Texas and it would not surprise me to see McKinney residents, white, black and Hispanic, meet these rebel rousers at the end of their streets armed to the teeth.

According to the Conservative Tree House (who has done yeoman’s work on this story) it was all started by a 20 year old woman who was promoting an event she was organizing in July. The DJ seems to have been hired by her. Now she’s purging her Twitter accounts, but alas, the internet is forever. It seems Little Miss Promoter did not have permission from the HOA to hold this event. I guess she feels “entitled” to do what ever she wants with property owned, and maintained, by others.

Those paid protesters will find-out the hard way that McKinney, Texas is a World away from Ferguson or Baltimore.

The police officer in question was way, way out of line. The other officers in the scene were cool, and calm. This guy is running around, rolling, shouting at people in a very, very unprofessional way…and just looking like an ass-monkey with a gun and a badge. I’m not sure if he’s a rage addict, or something else….he was acting crazy.

I’m against the current attempts to exploit and racialize every encounter with the police, including this one: I don’t think he was being racist at all. But he was being a thug. This kind of conduct legitimizes people’s concern over police authority.

This is the kind of videos that people should make when the cops step over they’re mandate. This guy’s done as a peace officer, and that’s a good thing.

This cop is gone whether it’s Texas or Baltimore—good riddance.

I can only hope that when the cops completely stop responding to violent situations, the proper people who desperately deserve to learn the lesson of their dangerous assaults on officers of the law receive their education.

Sadly, as is usually the case, innocent people will be those harmed.

@Nathan Blue:

The police officer in question was way, way out of line. The other officers in the scene were cool, and calm. This guy is running around, rolling, shouting at people in a very, very unprofessional way…

Perhaps you should view the video again. I counted 3, maybe four officers in the whole video to take care of an estimated 130 out of control kids who had violated the rights of the property owners. The cop in question was trying to corral the kids on one side of the street, while the girl in the yellow bikini was walking around acting like Ms. Queen. And yeah, he put her on the ground.

But if you bother to really, REALLY watch the video, you will see that while he was trying to subdue the girl, two guys looked like they were going to bum rush the cop. It is at that point he pulls his service weapon and aims it toward them, NOT THE GIRL. When the two guys run off, he holsters his weapon.

How did you expect the cop when he has 20-40 kids all mouthing off to him and refusing to follow instructions? What did you expect him to do when grown men look like they were going to bum rush him? Just lay down and let them have their way?

Ever been in a teen age brawl, Nathan Blue? Ever try to corral that many teen agers and try to restore order?

But he was being a thug.

No, the thugs were the kids that were jumping the pool fence, intimidating residents and starting fights, all on private property.

@Nanny G: Police Chief GOT IT RIGHT—” Eleven of 12 Officers under control.” One Rambo–gone
Nan All your crap about black mothers pimping out their daughters–Your TRUE colors are showing.

@rich wheeler:

Maybe you should check these out before you start slamming Nan due to your own ignorance:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Dime+Piece

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=make+it+clap

@retire05: Don’t need to read that crap to know what “pimping out their little girls.” means. You are defending that cop’s actions? No surprises from you 05.

@rich wheeler:

Don’t need to read that crap to know what “pimping out their little girls.” means.

IOW, you want to stay uninformed about the facts of the illegal event that one 20 year old was promoting on property not owned by her, or her mother?

You are defending that cop’s actions? No surprises from you 05.

I wasn’t there. But I did see the girl mouthing off to the police officer prior to his putting her on the ground. If she didn’t want to be physically restrained, she should have kept her mouth shut and followed his lawful orders to leave. Instead, she pranced around like a “dime piece” who was not required to follow the lawful orders of a police office.

If her parents had been doing their job (supervising the actions of a 14 year old) the whole thing would have never happened. But no surprise that you would take an unruly kid’s side over a stressed out police officer who was trying to corral dozens of other unruly, and law breaking, kids.

Violated trespass laws are not taken lightly in Texas, Richard.

@rich wheeler:All MY crap????

The families (fathers) of Grace, Jahda and Dajerria have appeared together with their daughters on national television defending their “Dime Piece Cookout” behavior, and subsequent participation in the “Dime Piece” event(s).

See Conservative Treehouse link from the other thread….which is the one you were citing here.

Those girls (all under age 19) were PAID to go to parties and be ”Dime Piece Girls.”
(Although that girl who fought the officer wasn’t all that cute.)
These are supposed to be ”tens.”
Really pretty girls with not much sexual experience.

Agenda-driven journalism is fueling/creating the feelings of racism in America. Racism exists, of course; but not the fabricated narrative being driven in media sensationalism ever since Trayvon Martin and the post-racial presidency of Barack H. Obama.

It’s amazing how much the media and Obama are responsible for, creating racism, for example. Apparently so many of these comments wouldn’t have existed before our current POTUS.

Less interesting than the actions of the officer in question is the amazingly generous perception of his actions by so many. Is it really necessary to pull a teenager in a bathing suit onto the ground and kneel on her back? Was it necessary to pull a gun on teenagers at a pool party? Why in a mixed race crowd are only black teens being verbally abused and ordered to get down on the ground? The teen taking the video is white and came with one of the black teens who was accosted and the officer completely ignores him. How do you explain that, given your assurance that it’s “not about race”?

Let me take a moment to commend the professionalism of the officers present who did their jobs and kept their cool without becoming infected by the panic and fear of some of the local residents who didn’t care for the party taking place in their neighborhood. Imagine trying to do your job under such circumstances, while one of your colleagues is in a full blown rage waving a gun around.

The fears of self-segregating white America have proven to be lethally dangerous for black teenagers who fail to intrinsically comprehend when and where they’re allowed to be, and exactly how they’re supposed to act when they find themselves on the wrong side of that line. There’s no room for error, because error is just the justification for whatever happens to you next. How easy it is to hang a thug label on someone and dismiss his or her rights as an American citizen. Think twice the next time you get a printed invitation to a pool party.

More of Tom’s racial drivel; white cop bad, black (and white) kids just wanting to have fun. Never mind those very kids had trespassed on private property, were doing drugs, intimidating residents of the neighborhood at the pool, and starting fights.

Perhaps you would like to tell us where those parents of those unruly, out of control, unsupervised kids were, Tom?

And if you look at the video, the two males that appeared to be starting to bum rush the cop were not some scrawny early teens. They were grown.

Here’s some more of The Rest of the Story, should anyone be interested in an articulate, first hand account: Texas teen who shot pool party video says cop was ‘going crazy’

@Greg:

So now you’re basing your opinion of what all transpired in McKinney on a pudgy 15 year old who is looking for his 15 minutes of fame? What kind of kid calls fellow whites “Caucasian?”

I’ll take your 15 year old and raise you a half dozen adults who actually live in that subdivision and were actually there when the uninvited kids trespassed on the private property of residents who PAY FOR THE PRIVILEGE of being at that pool through their HOA dues.

The 15-year-old who took the video and commented on it later is bright, thoughtful, and well spoken. Predictably, you have a problem with anyone like that who doesn’t share your views.

Kids who live there and have pool privileges likely extended a broader invitation than they should have. Maybe their parents should take that matter up with them.

Better check outside. There might be kids on your lawn. Possibly even some black ones.

@Tom:

It’s amazing how much the media and Obama are responsible for, creating racism, for example. Apparently so many of these comments wouldn’t have existed before our current POTUS.

It is amazing indeed. Just think, if Obama had not opened his big mouth and stated the Cambridge police acted “stupidly” when they arrests his loud, obnoxious, liberal professor friend for berating a cop trying to do HIM a favor, THAT would not have had racial overtones. If the left (including the media) had not made a giant, stupid thug that tried to kill a cop and then got just what HE deserved a “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” gentle giant, perhaps Ferguson would still be intact. If race baiting pimps like Sharpton had not turned the death of an overweight black-market cigarette street peddler into the victim of white cops, no one would have given that a second look (liberals never seem to mind when blacks kill blacks, so what’s one more?). The list goes on.

This bru-ha-ha in McKinney is just another in the long line of otherwise non-noteworthy events (punk kids crashing parties and getting run in for it) but for the left making it into Mississippi Burning. Just look at Wheeler’s stupid, uninformed, ignorance based remarks. Apparently HE thinks the old adage of “One Riot, One Ranger” still holds true, but forgets that that was in the days when a Texas Ranger might shoot a few people just to get their attention. If only Rich had been there in McKinney… he would have charismaed all those punks into submission and obedience.

One cop showing up to quell a fight (the others followed when back up was required… not because “Rambo” was out of control) and trying to corral a bunch of disrespectful punks that knew they were in the wrong place at the wrong time AND having some of them trying to sneak up behind him might cause one to become somewhat agitated, loud and brusk (not YOU, of course, Rich… you would have already tamped down the uproar. One Riot, One Rich, as it were). Some don’t realize, apparently, that in those situations, order and authority has to be established quickly to prevent circumstances from rapidly getting out of control… which, due to the lack of respect for the law, authority, other people’s privacy and property, is exactly what was happening.

Casebolt did the best he could and his Captain threw him under the bus… sacrificed him to try and appease a racist mob. As we are now seeing, appeasement (and certainly not justice) is not what they are looking for. They seek control; domination.

I can’t tell what is more stupid and ridiculous; what the left actually thinks and says or that they actually think someone takes them seriously.

@Greg: You rely on a 15 year old to determine what measures need to be taken to break up a fight and prevent violence from spreading among punks obviously intent on inciting violence? Oh, that’s right… you get your “news” from Jon Stewart, too.

@Greg:

Kids who live there and have pool privileges likely extended a broader invitation than they should have. Maybe their parents should take that matter up with them.

Judas H. Priest, Gullible Greggie. The entire story of how those kids wound up at that pool due to the invite of some 20 year old event “promoter”, and the DJ she hired, is all over the internet. How clueless to you intend to remain?

That straw you’re grasping at is sinking.

@Bill, #25:

I’m not relying on the 15-year-old kid. I’m going by what I saw in the video he took of events. Officer Casebolt lost his cool and became a loose cannon.

So far as the precipitating events go, there’s this: Texas Pool Party Host Reveals What Really Happened Prior To McKinney Officers Arriving .

She and her sister do live in the Craig Ranch neighborhood, so they were allowed to access the pool area. However, that’s not all. She also stated that most of the party attendants also live in the affluent neighborhood. But, the influx of black teens reportedly made some of Rose’s white neighbors uncomfortable. While a physical altercation did indeed take place, the reason for the altercation didn’t exactly occur as reported.

@Greg:

Yeah, Gullible Greggie, that would be the same Tatiana Rose who claims to be an event “promoter.” Only she’s not a teenager as she claims, she’s 20 years old (as of this past April). And she is the one that was advertising on Twitter for the “pool” party with young (rated 10) girls attending. She also is the one who hired the DJ to play the music.

Only problem with her story: she can’t prove any of her claims of racial epitaphs being thrown at her or anyone else. And the HOA says that she did not get the required permission (from the HOA) to throw any kind of event. Maybe that’s why she’s lawyered up.

I didn’t think you could get any more gullible, or stupid, but I guess I was wrong.

@Bill: The police officer apologized and resigned. The right thing to do.You saw the video and you condone his actions??
What does that say about you?.

BTW The white kid who shot the video says the majority of the black and white kids were from the neighborhood and schoolmates and the cop was way overboard and running at the black kids exclusively.

@rich wheeler:

And you have not once condemned the actions of unruly, out of control, lacking parental supervision teenagers that did not belong there and violated the state laws on trespassing.

What does that say about you?

@retire05: Kid’s didn’t belong there–says who? There should have been better supervision–gun wielding cop on kids in bathing suits–don’t think so.

@rich wheeler: He apologized for “offending” anyone, not the actions he took. Perhaps the goddamned DEATH THREATS made against him and his family had more to do with prompting the apology than being remorseful for his actions, but that is the leftist way.

Yeah, when faced with unruly punks trying to disrupt an otherwise peaceful party that will not leave, I wholeheartedly support his actions.

@rich wheeler:

Kid’s didn’t belong there–says who? There should have been better supervision–gun wielding cop on kids in bathing suits–don’t think so.

Who says so? The residents who live there, all of them, black and white both.

You have been told, repeatedly, that this was a “pool” party promoted by a 20 year old woman who did not have the right to do that since she didn’t get HOA approval. Now she’s lawyered up. Why does she need a lawyer if she didn’t do anything that violated the HOA rules?

You want to ignore what really happened. So be it. But you need to watch this video made by a woman who was there. But I’m sure (you being the far left winger you are) that you will think she is simply a racist because she defends the police officer and blames the girl, and the girl’s parents, for what went down.

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Kisa+Jackson

Accepting bad behavior by kids only promotes more bad behavior. You are part of the problem with your attitude, not part of the solution.

@Bill:

Wow, Bill. You have some interesting thoughts on how to interact with teenagers. Are you the crank in the neighborhood who every child is terrified of when their ball lands on your lawn? The human race would end in a generation if we were to embrace your zero tolerance policy for all forms of unsupervised tomfoolery. Tell me, Bill, when you were raging against black helicopters and government goon overreach at the heavily armed Bundy ranch, did you ever imagine yourself cheering on agents of the government body slamming young girls in bikinis into the ground?

McKinney pool party sounds like a Sports Illustrated swimsuit shoot. The real action and comedy is Baltimorgue for Baltimorons The SA Mosby or her office filed a gag order at the wrong court house. She authorized more police scrutiny in her husband’s ward, probably to improve his councillor bona fides. She had no authority to do this, and due to her incompetence, everything is going sideways. She has to hit the right court to continue hiding the coroner’s report. I wonder if Freddie had an overdose while eating the evidence? Black Lies matter. Pants Up, Don’t Loot!

@retire05:

What i find truly amazing about your posts is that every single thing you’ve said about the video is wrong: blatantly, demonstrably wrong. Are you under the impression no one else can see it, so you’re making it all up, or are you mentally or physically incapable of following the contents of the video? My prior experience with you leads me to believe the former, but I can’t rule out the latter.

Let’s go to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=au0tahSmMf8

The officer draws his gun at 3:08 on the raw video. Among other erroneous claims, you state above that the when the “officer pulled his gun he was the ONLY cop on the scene”. That is factually disproved 15 seconds into the video when a second officer is shown after the first officer’s infamous barrel roll. 30 seconds into the video an officer is shown calmly and professionally dealing with the crowd before the officer in question comes ripping back into the scene in a rage, pulling people down onto the ground for no discernible reason. At 3:04, when bikini girl is violently pulled down onto the pavement by her head, two other officers appear instantly. Your entire narrative is fiction. Why would anyone who cares about the truth engage with one such as you?

@Greg: Kids who live there and have pool privileges likely extended a broader invitation than they should have. Maybe their parents should take that matter up with them.

The Occupy-supporters are trying to slide this case into a larger one of ”who owns private property?”
They are all over the web claiming it is unreasonable for any HOA to allow only homeowners and their guests the enjoyment of their amenities.
Really?
They further claim that anyone who can get in (in whatever way they get in) should have all rights and privileges as any owner or invited guest.
Sounds kind of like Obama’s now defunct open-doors immigration policy.
Do we really want to punish people who own stuff?
Do we really think it is all to be held in common?
That’s won’t work.
Condo Pools will close rather than that.

@Tom:

You have already established two things: white cop bad, unruly, out of control, no parental supervised kids good.

At 3:04, when bikini girl is violently pulled down onto the pavement by her head, two other officers appear instantly.

Uh, actually no. She winds up on the grass at the edge of the sidewalk, shaking her head in a manner that designates she is saying “No.” (3:04) When two young black males come up to the side of the police officer. He then pulls his gun and at that point, (3:08) two other police officers come up behind the two young black males who then run off. The police officer, at that point, wasn’t even touching the girl who was refusing to obey his lawful orders to leave the area, which he did repeatedly prior to the two guys acting like they were going to bum rush the cop.

Your entire narrative is fiction. Why would anyone who cares about the truth engage with one such as you?

No, Tom, it is your narrative that is fiction. You saw what you wanted to see. And not once, like all other left wing radicals, have you condemned what the kids were doing. Those kids, who did not have a right to be there, were out of control

Why are you defending the actions of teen agers and young adults that violated the law by trespassing on private property? Where the hell were the parents of these minors? Why aren’t you ragging on them for not having supervision over their kids?

@retire05:

If you cannot account for your misrepresentation of the truth, what is left to say? I’d rather debate with people who have integrity, regardless of whether i agree with them. Trying to debate with a person who invents facts is rather pointless, except as far as it reveals their perfidy.

@Tom:

If you cannot account for your misrepresentation of the truth, what is left to say? I’d rather debate with people who have integrity, regardless of whether i agree with them. Trying to debate with a person who invents facts is rather pointless, except as far as it reveals their perfidy.

So you would rather lob insults toward me that dispute the actual video that wrongly related? Not surprised, Tom. You are just another race baiter who comes here and defends the indefensible when it comes to anyone black.

Gee, guess what? One of the young males that acting like they were going to bum rush the cop was arrested and what do you know? He gave the wrong name to the police. That’s falsifying a police report in every state in the union. Not to mention he has lawyered up and is making the talk show rounds. Odd they don’t show his hands with all the tats on them. He’s a real piece of work, but I’m sure you will find a way to defend his actions because he’s black.

@retire05:

He’s a real piece of work, but I’m sure you will find a way to defend his actions because he’s black.

Conservatives have this interesting tick of assuming that people who disagree with them hold diametrically opposite viewpoints. Just because I don’t share your views on African Americans doesn’t mean where you favor your bias against the truth I favor an opposite bias. The truth is good enough for me.

@Tom:

The truth is good enough for me.

You wouldn’t know the truth if it was tattooed on your arm.

@retire05: Let’s make this simple. Is there ANYTHING this 120 lb teenage girl in a bathing suit ACTUALLY did or COULD have said that warranted the treatment she got from this armed and trained police officer?

Bill ?

Curt ?

@Tom: One wonders, Tom, how you would react should a gang of teens enter into your private, fenced pool area, set up a boom box replete with obnoxious vulgarities blared at your children, fights breaking out and whatever private event you were having disrupted… would you find that in any way objectionable?

Of course, that is more of a rhetorical question because you are not honest enough to give an honest answer. But, no doubt you feel this behavior is OK in McKinney, Texas but NOT in your neighborhood.

People have the option to either obey police instructions or be treated like criminals. Bikini-punk chose the latter. Casebolt, being called to quell a disturbance, had the responsibility to establish order. She was disrupting order and received treatment that increased with force each time she disobeyed orders.

People don’t get immunity from obeying the law just because they are female. Or black. Or liberal. However, that is precisely the world you ignorant liberals feel would be best and, in Baltimore, we see how well that, like every other liberal policy, works.

@rich wheeler: Why don’t you take off your stupid-glasses and objectively watch the video. If you are so blindingly ignorant that you cannot SEE it, how can anyone possibly explain it?

@Bill: I notice you’ve become the main attack dog at F.A–You are the lead barker on 6 or 7 posts this morning alone.
i’d be interested in hearing current peace officer and former Marine Curt’s opinion on the girl’s treatment.
You’ve made it clear that you feel it was fine. I agree with the police chief.

Interesting story today on the news about Los Angeles Occupiers who are sneaking into people’s backyards to harvest all the fruits on their trees.
They look for lemons, limes, oranges, almonds, walnuts, avocados, plums, apricots, peaches and some other trees I forgot.
They say all they need is 10 minutes when the homeowners are gone.
This is exactly the same as those 100+ kids using a pool that didn’t belong to them in Texas.

@richard Wheeler:

i’d be interested in hearing current peace officer and former Marine Curt’s opinion on the girl’s treatment.

Why? When has the opinion of someone else ever changed yours?

. I agree with the police chief.

I understand that you think you have reached ultimate maleness perfection, so I doubt that in either your military, or civilian, careers you ever made a mistake. 15 years of being a McKinney cop, decorated, Police Officer of the Year, was all dismissed by a Chief that was trying to tamp down, and play up to, the race baiting rebel rousers who were flocking to his town. It shows how the lying, tax-dodging, race pimping Sharptons of the nation are winning against cops who spend their lives protecting others. Does that meet with your approval?

Imagine you are this person, Richard: you grew up in the 6th ward of Houston or the barrio in San Antonio. You managed to graduate from high school without getting hooked on drugs, or worse, shot. You worked your way through community college and your final two years at a state 4-year university. You landed a job in the technical, medical, financial industries and have reached a modicum of financial success that allowed you to purchase a $150K, or up, home in a nice neighborhood. There are schools with a high graduation rate, ball parks, a swimming pool and lots of green areas for you and your kids to enjoy. You pay your HOA dues so that you and your kids can enjoy the pool.

Now a bunch of kids who don’t live in your neighborhood invade the pool, banging on the gate demanding to be let in or jumping the pool fence. A DJ has shown up, playing music that is not suitable for your young kids and fights are starting to break out. The ruckus is so bad that 12 police officers are dispatched. The kids ignore the police directives to leave an area that is reserved for residents (you and your family) only. The ignore the directives and instead start lobbing pejoratives at the police, as well as the residents.

The next thing you know you have the Nation of Islam and professional protesters marching through the streets of your neighborhood and shouting things like “No justice, no peace” and “Black Lives Matter.)

Oh, and imagine you are black, or Hispanic, and now you’re being accused of being a racist because you don’t want what you paid for to be turned into a public facility. You busted your ass to provide security and a nice place to live for your kids. And all that has been destroyed and you been labeled a racist.

Now you have Slate, The Atlantic, Washington Post, and others, writing articles about how private/private community pools are (wait for it) racist because they lead to racial discrimination. It doesn’t matter to those on your side of the aisle that McKinney is a racially diverse town as is the Craig’s Ranch subdivision.

Who is at fault? The police officer who you claim used excess force on a 14 year old girl who was telling her friends to ignore the directives being given by the police and who had no parental supervision as she broke trespassing laws, or the 20 year old woman who started this whole ruckus with her Twitter account advertising a “pool” party with lot of “dime piece” girls on property she did not have permission to use? Where were the parents of these unruly, out of control kids?

Frankly, every parent of every one of those kids who broke the law trespassing should be held responsible.

Like I said; you have not once condemned the action of kids who were breaking the law or the parents who were not supervising their early teen kids. You are part of the problem, as I said before.

@richard Wheeler:

Every effect is due to a cause.

The cause: a 20 year old throwing an “event” on property she had no permission to use drawing in teenagers with no parental supervision.

The effect: a nice, safe, otherwise peaceful community, and its residents, are tragically slandered by the race hustlers of our nation. Not to mention a 15 year police department veteran with an otherwise stellar record is now out of a career all because of some mouthy, rude, uncontrolled 14 year old.

No surprise you stand with the rebel rousers and race pimps.

Do you have a pool, Richard? If so, you don’t own that pool and I suggest you open it up to every minority juvenile delinquent you can find because to keep it to yourself is nothing but blatant racism.
