The Crucial Next 6 Months in Ukraine — What Comes After?

Loading

by Thomas H. Lipscomb

There is no doubt now that Russia will defeat Ukraine and impose its terms. As Putin said a few weeks ago, it was his mistake to think he could trust the West to come to a reasonable agreement and he had no real choice but military defeat of its Ukrainian puppet. His shrewd foreign minister Lavrov pointed out that there was no point in discussions with the current American government. They have no understanding of war and even less of diplomacy.

But how will the United States respond to its dawning understanding that the years of US/NATO planning the Ukrainian Proxy War Angela Merkel recently revealed have not led to the collapse of Russian power and the overthrow of Putin, but the destruction and partition of Ukraine and the exposure of the American and NATO military challenge as vastly inferior to its reputation? This was a fear Biden actually exposed in his White House meeting during the Zelensky visit before Christmas.

By its total control of media the US/NATO could keep its populations learning of this catastrophe to Western power and pretensions for a considerable time.  But the international effects will take place immediately.

American military planning was once world class. But who would plan a proxy war against Russia, one of the acknowledged masters of artillery with far better air defense technology than any in the West, and then equip our puppet Ukraine with inferior weapons and only enough ammunition to last six months? And surely American planners couldn’t help knowing that there was no longer a manufacturing base for resupply, and NATO warehouses were practically empty?

Rhett Butler contemptuously reminded Southern secession hot heads “There’s not a cannon factory in the whole South.” Things are not much better in the United States today. It is a worn truism for centuries that logistics are the key to battlefield dominance. Did our current military planners somehow miss that?

America is now scouring its junk pile for obsolete weapons that can never arrive in time anyway to bulk up Pentagon Ukrainian military aid lists along with manufacturing contracts for future supplies that are irrelevant and the Ukraine is digging steam locomotives out of museums to run on what is left of its rail system.

But the United States current leadership is a bunch of total idiots, blinded by ideology, arrogance and illusions of pursuing a “rule-based” global hegemony, an  opportunity long passed, as our performance in this proxy war shows. The United States may have won the Cold War but it lost the peace. Its strategic thinking and its military is obsolete and configuration of both forces and equipment is based on assumptions from the past millennium. The battle for a Great Global Reset under a unipolar American hegemony has been lost as well. The World Economic Forum is now about as relevant as the Holy Roman Empire. All they can continue to do is terrorize the increasingly authoritarian states of the West with asinine policy proposals.

The attempt to destroy Russia prodded it to a burst of brilliant diplomacy and leadership by Putin and his team that has quietly established that the rest of the world prefers sovereignty and a multi-polar world. The post Cold War “Pox Americana” as Larry Johnson has called it, is over. Historians of the future will study this period of history with fascination. Few times in history has such immense change happened so fast.

After the 2014 Obama Biden Coup in Ukraine that ‘Son of a Bitch’ removed their President, the Donbas & Crimea had a vote for Independence from the most corrupt government in the world, Ukraine. Then the Nazi Death Squads showed up in Donbass, cut off Crimea’s water & power lines, you see in Ukraine since 1919 it’s never been about being Jewish, they were looked at as an inconvenience, you just had to oppose Socialist Nazi rule like today or be Polish or Russian. Russia didn’t invade they were asked to help so Putin trained up the DPR & LPR Militias & armed them for self defense & built a land bridge to Crimea..
Then Putin tried to negotiate a peaceful resolution because for centuries most East & South Ukrainians were of Russian heritage.
The Minsk Agreement was nothing but a ruse to stall & build up NATO’s stockpiles on your money & then when the Donbass, Crimea, Lugansk & Kherson voted to re-join Russia this summer for self defense, Biden just sent his Nazi Buddies more of your money. Well its really money borrowed without our permission, because its piled on top of a US budget.

Nothing makes abusers angrier than victims who fight back.
01/02/23 – Anger in Russia as scores of troops killed in one of Ukraine war’s deadliest strikes

Q: What sort of morons house troops next to an unconcealed munitions dump in a war zone?

A: Russian logistics officers.

Those abusers came at the request of Russian ethnics being killed by Nazis, for years killing their own countrymen, Zelensky even went to go see them do it.

You don’t make me ashamed to be an American. You make me ashamed to recognize you as one.

You’re old, right greg? Like many Leftists say, can’t we just wait for you to die off, and then you’re idiotic opinions with die with you?

Thank God the zoomers don’t trust the government.

They shouldn’t.

I may be old, but I’m not stupid. You’re the same “conservatives” who thought Hitler was none of America’s business.

I’m not a “conservative”.

And you’re for damn sure not a liberal.

You support:
Jailing political opponents
Banning religion
Government-corporate collision (Literally Facsim)
Lining the pockets of pharma by killing people with drug misinformation.

You’re the kind who invited tyranny and genocide.

And Greg, neither of us was alive during Hitler, you twit.

Most Americans did not want to be involved in another European war.
Japans attack fixed that.

Nazi Germany was working on atomic bombs and designs for long range bombers and rockets that could reach the United States. If we hadn’t entered the war Hitler would have taken control of Europe, probably prevailed against the Soviets, and nothing would have stopped his weapons development programs. One party not wanting a war seldom stops them. I can’t think when it ever has.

The Russian military has been the most brutal enemy Russian-speaking Ukrainians have had since Hitler’s occupation. Putin’s forces have raped and murdered ethnic Russian civilians, looted their homes, and reduced their towns, villages, and cities to rubble. Putin has forcibly relocated between 900,000 and 1.6 million Russian-speaking Ukrainians—mostly women and children—to concentration camps for resettlement in parts of Russia far removed from their homeland. It’s part of his plan to erase the Russian-speaking-Ukrainian identity.

Those abusers came at the request of Russian ethnics being killed by Nazis, for years killing their own countrymen, Zelensky even went to go see them do it.

Putin is a war criminal.

Zelenskyy is a war criminal (genocide).

Both are dictators. Both limit the free press.

The problem is, greg, is that Xi is a genocidal madman who has relocated his own citizens and put them in camps.

Not a DAMN word from you.

China is fished as a nation. So is Russia, won or lose.

Nobody cares. Apples won’t be made in China anymore (or anything else really), and Russia will only buy itself another decade if it wins in Ukraine. Germany won’t be laughing as they freeze to death and become just another poor eurozone.

Nobody cares.

As usual, you’re just saying things without an iota of evidence to back it up. You don’t simply lack evidence; you don’t even even bother with specific allegations.

I’m looking forward to the fluster cluck the MAGA loons in the House instantly create. It will be a memorable lesson for every intelligent republican who still harbors some some expectation that these idiots are capable of rational governance.

There’s no “GOP” or conservatives…no Democrats or “liberals”

There’s we majority of Americans, and whatever you silly pricks call yourselves these days.

You’ve lost.

“As usual, you’re just saying things without an iota of evidence to back it up. You don’t simply lack evidence, you don’t even even bother with specific allegations.”

It’s okay Greg. It really doesn’t matter what you think or what you believe anymore.

We will be continuing on without useless quislings like you. No need to waste breath on things beyond your intellect to understand.

When greg says “evidence”, he means “regime issued beliefs and talking points”.

Boy, greg would thrive in Putin’s admin or the CCP.

You haven’t provided links to ANY evidence. You haven’t even made any specific allegations. You’re just slandering a Ukrainian patriot who’s defending his homeland, in favor of a Russian psychopath.

That Zelenskyy has committed genocide and is thusly a war criminal, like Putin, isn’t an opinion.

It’s established fact. That uneducated Leftists with their heads up their asses don’t know about it means nothing.

Putin is a war criminal.

Zelenskyy is a war criminal.

China is breaking apart and will not be a nation in only a few years.

Russia won’t either, and “winning” in Ukraine will only buy them a decade or so.

German manufacturing has stopped, by and by, and they will NOT be a leader or even factor in the EU moving forward.

Nothing is “an established fact” just because somebody says it is—except in authoritarian police states with brainwashed populations. Even there, many people know better.

Nothing is “an established fact” just because somebody says it is—except in authoritarian police states with brainwashed populations. Even there, many people know better.

And yet all you’ve done over the years is offer “facts” from the authoritarian police state you serve, which are quickly dispelled under the light of day…brainwashed fool that you are.

Zelenskyy is a war criminal.

I know that’s an inconvenient fact for the authoritarian police state you serve and the narrative both they and you would prefer, but facts don’t care about your agenda.

Zelenskyy is a war criminal.

It’s an established fact.

So explain how Zelenskyy is a war criminal, with specific incidents of war crimes.

Lawsuit: DOJ Concealing Records of Biden Crime Family Payoffs with Communist China and Russia

The truth is life-changing. You should try telling it sometime. I can’t imagine telling as many lies as you do and not having it rot your soul.

How about some examples of my lies?

How about some examples of my lies?

Well, you said Trump colluded with Russia. You said Trump obstructed justice. You said Trump had nuclear codes at his home. You said Kavanaugh was guilty of sex crimes. You said the Covington kids were racist. You said Obama improved the economy. You said there has been no Democrat election fraud. You said Floyd didn’t die of a fentanyl overdose. You said Rittenhouse was a white supremacist. You said idiot Biden’s Afghanistan debacle was Trump’s fault. How many examples do you want? This could go on all day.

You forgot that I pointed out the State Farm Arena conspiracy theory is total bullshit.

No one cares about your petty arguments greg. Why are your here?

You forgot that I pointed out the State Farm Arena conspiracy theory is total bullshit.

No, scooter, I covered it.

“You said there has been no Democrat election fraud.”

Now, how about this: Did idiot Biden lie when he said:
… the Afghanistan withdrawal went perfectly?
… the southern border is secure?
… Border Patrol mounted agents whipped illegal immigrants?
… inflation is transient?
… gas was $5 a gallon when he took office?
… Putin caused all the inflation?
… there was no vaccine when he took office?
… he has traveled 17,000 miles with Xi?
… that there are no background checks at gun shows?
… that the Georgia election law suppresses the ability to vote?
… the “surge” of illegal immigrants he caused happens every year?
… that he would only serve one term?
… that the disaster at the border is Trump’s fault?
… that the information on Hunter’s laptop was “Russian disinformation”?
… that he had no knowledge of Hunter’s foreign business deals?
… the Supreme Court had decided election fraud cases?
… that he hasn’t taken lobbyist money?
… that he vaccinated (at the time) 70% of the population?
… he has driven an 18-wheeler?
… that the Georgia election integrity law would suppress votes?
… that he was a coal miner?
… he was a civil rights activist?
… he was arrested in the Capital?
… he was arrested in S. Africa?
… 350 million Americans had been vaccinated?
… no foreign leaders had criticized him?
… about nation building and putting soldiers in Afghanistan?
… about not leaving Afghanistan until all Americans were removed?
… that the collapse in Afghanistan “caught him by surprise”?
… he visited the Tree of Life synagogue after an attack on it?
… that he was going to end COVID?
… he was working “around the clock”?
… he had an opportunity to go to Annapolis and play football?
… that the 2nd Amendment banned weapons?
… the .223 and 9mm round were the most powerful rounds?
… told union members that since he took office, they have more money, more savings?
… that he was responsible for a planned Social Security cost of living increase?
… he would fire anyone on his staff that showed disrespect to anyone?
… there was no action on COVID19 “for months” under Trump?
… Officer Sicknick was murdered at the Capital?
… Republicans were defunding police, not Democrats?
… the economy was “in a tailspin” when he took office?
… the Capital riot was the worst incident of violence since the Civil War?
… the trillions of dollars Democrats were spending would cause inflation?
… Trump said white supremacists were “fine people”?
… there were Russian bounties?
… Democrat spending would not increase the deficit?
… no one making less that $400,000 would see tax increases?
… his infrastructure bill was “paid for”?
… the majority of illegal immigrant families are sent back?
… no family members of his or staff would get government jobs?
… the government was going to “buy American”?

No one cares greg. The question is, why are you here? You are nothing more that a foil.

Last edited 1 year ago by TrumpWon

So what are Zelenskyy’s war crimes?

Your desperation is showing

Nothing is “an established fact” just because somebody says it is

You mean like “the border is secure”? Or “no one making less than $400,000 will see their taxes raised”? Or “this inflation is transient”? You seem to never have a problem believing something just because someone says it as long as that somebody is a proven leftist liar.

greg lies…a lot.

That’s because he’s a disciple of liars.

Thats the MSM story, you have no solid proof as Zelensky has shut down all media except his. Its the Nazis shelling civilians, while 30 missiles shot by Russia kill only 2 people? Putin doesnt want to kill people he wants to cripple the infastructure .I see reporters that Zelensky would like to jail reporting from the front lines. Ukrainians tired of being plundered for their food left to starve running for Russia, you bet they are, away from the drugged up murderous Nazis using them as human shields, just like the terrorists do.

greg’s argument boils down to “if the mainstream media didn’t say it, it’s not true”…a 20th Century paradigm that’s dead now in the 21st Century.

He’s fighting to maintain what is “credible” when he knows damned well in his subconscious that CNN, NBC, WaPo, the NYTs and the rest are all NOT CREDIBLE sources and cannot be taken as legit. This goes for the google/FBI curated internet.

Saying something and saying it’s true “because you provided a link” PROVES it’s not true.

  • Biden’s Director Of National Intelligence & British Counterpart Call For ‘Alliances’ With Big Tech To Make Government-Backed Narratives Appear ‘Trusted.’

Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines revealed the White House’s vast efforts to “debunk” disinformation and “false narratives,” including about the Russia-Ukraine War, while speaking with a leading British intelligence officer, who called on Western intelligence agencies to “prebunk” disinformation and use “alliances” between big tech and the government to make people view government-backed narratives with more “trust.”

The stunning admissions – which follow confirmation that American intelligence agencies have been colluding with social media platforms to censor Americans – came during an interview on BBC Radio 4’s Today program featuring Jeremy Fleming as a guest host.

Fleming, the Director of the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the United Kingdom’s Intelligence, Cyber and Security Agency, also called on intelligence agencies to take a more active role in countering “disinformation,” proposing that intelligence agencies begin “pre-bunking” allegedly false narratives before they become mainstream.

Fleming also alluded to “alliances” between “big tech” and government being used to mainstream certain narratives in a more effective manner in the interview.

Avril Haines, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, joined the BBC program to discuss how the White House was influencing the information landscape about the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war under the pretense of minimizing the spread of “disinformation.”

She admits that “we obviously tried to counter disinformation that the Russians were putting out” in the interview.

“We saw that they were looking to create a pretext for the invasion and we wanted to sort of debunk that and help people understand that this was a false narrative,” she explained in reference to Russia and the onset of the war in February 2022.

“We were able to have an impact in a sense on the conversation about this,” she adds. The Russia-sponsored narrative Haines set out to combat was “that the United States is provoking this conflict and that NATO and Ukraine are setting the conditions and threatening Russia and that sort of forced them into this position.”

Haines notes that U.S. intelligence agencies’ impact was “far greater in the West than it was in other places in the world.”

“So we recognize that we were able to have impact in countering disinformation but that there were limits on what we were able to do and that we needed to understand that in order to really understand how we can counter this moving forward,” she concludes.

In response, Fleming calls for intelligence agencies to better deploy the intel they gather from various sources, even calling on agencies to “pre-bunk” certain narratives:

“You’ve put a lot of effort into getting secret intelligence, but I always think it’s no point collecting it unless you use it. The sea change we’ve seen during this conflict of getting the intelligence out there and using it to ‘pre bunk’.”

Fleming also alluded to a fusion between public and private enterprise in efforts to counter “disinformation” and shape narratives about global events such as the Russia-Ukraine war.

“It can’t just be government and intelligence voices out there. There have got to be other voices. One of the critical things from this conflict has been the way the private sector has played a part,” Fleming explains before identifying “big tech” as an integral component.

“It seems to me there are different alliances which enable us to show and demonstrate that we are more trusted because it’s not just a government voice out there,” the British intelligence officer adds.

“Yeah, I absolutely agree with that,” replied Haines.

Fleming’s 7,000-person agency has been highly scrutinized following a whistleblower report from Edward Snowden revealing that it collected all online and telephone data in the United Kingdom. The grand chamber of the European court of human rights ruled that these actions violated privacy rights, was unlawful, and breached the right to freedom of expression.

One thing that might restore trust is telling the truth sometimes. They should try it, for a change.

Key word is narrative, its a story a fable a fairy tale.
Once upon a time JFK was assassinated by a lone gunman, who was then assassinated by a lone gunman, the end.
Once upon a time 2 planes hit 2 steel framed buildings and 3 buildings fell down exactly like controlled demolitions, the end.
