Among those not objecting:
The record does not reflect who specifically was on the floor in 2006 for the 95-0 vote for Gorsuch, but it would have included most, if not all, of the following Senate members that year:
Four former top Obama administration officials (President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry) and 12 current Democratic senators (Sens. Schumer, Ron Wyden, Dianne Feinstein, Patrick Leahy, Patty Murray, Dick Durbin, Jack Reed, Bill Nelson, Tom Carper, Debbie Stabenow, Maria Cantwell and Bob Menendez).
Liberals oppose Gorsuch becuase he would uphold the U.S. Constitution as it was written and reject the poppycock from the idiot seattle and hawaii judges and the 9th Circus Court just like Clarence Thomas
As long as we’re strolling down memory lane, let’s also not forget that Republicans refused to consider any Obama nominee, regardless of qualifications, regardless of history, regardless of how well liked or respected by his colleagues. If he or she was an Obama pick, it was a big “hell no”, no way, ain’t gonna happen. And it didn’t.
So with that in mind, Dr John (and no, not his band of merrymen distractors) what precisely is the difference?
From Aliens:
Somebody wake up Hicks!
Well,
Somebody wake up Durbin!

Yup.
Durbin forgot that he once voted to confirm Trump Supreme Court nominee, Judge Gorsuch!
