The law has existed since 1924, and was never considered to be in violation of the 4th Amendment until Donald Trump decided he needed to keep his financial dealings safe from lawful congressional oversight. The law was specifically written to warrant such an oversight examination.
Think of the possible abuses that could occur within an executive office immune from both examination and prosecution. To advocate that there should be no oversight safeguard to prevent such abuse from happening is nothing less than moronic. Trump is essentially putting such stupidity into practice.

It doesn’t matter; it isn’t Constitutional, it is being challenged and these idiots will NEVER see Trump’s taxes unless and until they can produce some evidence of an actual necessity to see them.
They aren’t immune… or shouldn’t be. Obama and Hillary certainly were, but that is not the legal norm. However, there must be some credible reason for suspicion, not just a bunch of fools that lost an election WISHING to find something politically useful. Of course, expecting someone that supports using the DOJ, FBI and IRS as political weapons in the service of the Democrats to understand this is a waste of time.

It’s not that Trump supporters don’t care: they just aren’t going to hand over a duly elected president over weak charges when strong charges against your former candidate were ignored.

When he continues to use the universal left wing verbiage and fails to explore the comments of others to find truth and real facts, he can be nothing but stupid.
