New York Times Argues that Classified Documents Are No Big Deal Unless President Trump Is Involved

The Deep State FBI influenced New York Times is attempting to build their case on classified documents.  They are no big deal unless you are President Trump.

The TGP has reported since the Deep State FBI’s illegal raid on President Trump’s home that he had every right to take with him the documents he wanted to take per the Presidential Records Act.  He also had the ability to classify or declassify any documents he wished while President.

Attorney Mike Davis shared this right after the FBI raid.

Davis served under Justice Gorsuch as well as Senator Grassley.  He is consistent in his reasoning about classified documents and Biden.  Biden stole the documents found in his possession since he had these since he was Obama’s Vice President.  Biden had no right as Vice President to pilfer classified documents.

The Deep State FBI mouthpiece the New York Times does not see it this way.  In a report yesterday, they say the following:

Classified documents keep turning up in the homes of former presidents and vice presidents. First, law enforcement found hundreds of them in Donald Trump’s home. President Biden’s aides recently gave back classified documents that were found in his office and home, dating to his time as vice president and senator. And last week, Mike Pence’s aides found classified documents in his home.

After all of these discoveries, the National Archives asked former presidents and vice presidents yesterday to look through their personal records for any documents that should not be there.

The three cases have important differences. Notably, Trump resisted efforts to retrieve the documents, while Biden and Pence returned them voluntarily. But they have all raised the public’s awareness of what has long been a government phenomenon: Current and former officials at all levels discover and turn over classified documents several times a year, The Associated Press reported.

This is blatantly false.  President Trump was working with the FBI.  He allowed them on his property.  He kept his documents under lock and key with security and Secret Service all around his Mar-a-Lago.  He opened his doors to their review.  This is why attorney Davis says the FBI’s actions were unnecessary.

On the other hand, Biden had top-secret classified documents in his home, in his garage, and in the China-backed U Penn Biden Center since when Biden was Obama’s corrupt VP.  This is at least six years.  When these documents were handed over to the FBI it was not immediate or quick in any way.

We don’t know about Pence.

Biden’s documents were top-secret.  They should have never left government protection yet they were found in Biden’s possession.

The New York Times goes on to state that we classify too many documents.

In many agencies, officials “face no downsides for over-classifying something,” said Oona Hathaway, a professor at Yale Law School and former special counsel at the Pentagon. “But if you under-classify something, really dire consequences could come for you.”

So officials tend to play it safe. Of the more than 50 million documents classified every year, just 5 to 10 percent warrant the classification, Hathaway estimated, based on her experience at the Pentagon.

The Times says there are hazards to overclassification.

There is a huge difference in the 3 cases.

1. PRESIDENT TRUMP – declassified them, had them in a secure location and worked with the National Archives to further secure the location.

2. vice resident biden – had no authority nor remembered them being in his possession. Also the Penn Biden Center was the recipient of $50+ million donation from the Chinese. Hmm I am sure that is innocent.

3. Pence: I don’t care lock that bastrd up. He is so holier than everybody so he is obviously a criminal.

Biden hasn’t claimed he secretly declassified documents using his magical presidential powers. Of course, Biden knows his supporters wouldn’t be stupid enough to believe it.

But apparently you think those that don’t support Biden are stupid enough to believe what you are insinuating; that he has the authority to declassify documents from another administration.

But not only do we know he has never had declassification authority until January 20, 2021, and only documents generated during his administration, but he had no authority to have possession of classified documents AT ALL when a Senator.

Biden has been in possession of illegal documents for at least 14 years. If he was a Republican, you would be p!ssing yourself with anger. Instead, you’ll try to make the criminal Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. look better.

You’re an idiot. Stick with choaking your chicken. It’s what you do best.

I’m not insinuating. Both Biden and Pence have fully cooperated with the DoJ and the NARA. Trump did not. Trump lied, obstructed, made lame excuses, and claimed he was being unjustly persecuted. Trump isn’t fit to hold public office. Both Biden and Pence are, however much I might agree or disagree with their policies. Trump is unworthy of anyone’s trust.

Trust?
Who would trust any Biden to watch a kid?
Just look at the top photo that garage is as cluttered as Jills kitchen, It would take weeks to get through a search of that pigsty.
Biden has threatened citizens with F15s 3 times.

Neither biden or pence had any legal authority to hold classified documents. Both are guilty of violating federal statutes and should be punished accordingly.

Depends on the classification type something as low as confidential would generally be harmless. Perhaps there should be a special office of packing used for when a person leaves D.C. even the computer should be ghosted for the archives then wiped.
If any material is found they should not have their pension and benefits automatically get removed and they get prosecuted accordingly.

Trump did not.

Yes he did.

Trump lied, obstructed, made lame excuses, and claimed he was being unjustly persecuted.

There’s literally no evidence of that. Rather it’s the opposite.

Trump isn’t fit to hold public office.

He’s much more fit than Biden, and Trump will…unless you fools rig the election again and spark off the second American Civil War, with yourselves being the new rebels…be our 47th President…if you are counting Biden as 46th, which most Americans aren’t.

Trump is unworthy of anyone’s trust.

So say all tyrannical regimes of their democratically supported opposition they can’t beat in an election.

Trump lied, obstructed, made lame excuses, and claimed he was being unjustly persecuted.

When did Trump lie, when he cooperated with the FBI when they wanted to see his documents? When did he obstruct, when he allowed the FBI into his home, see his documents, where they were stored and complied with their directions to further secure them? When was he persecuted, when after complying with every request and demand, the FBI raided (after notifying CNN) his home, would not allow any of his representatives to witness the FBI search? Oh yea, that WAS persecution, wasn’t it, since the DOJ allowed idiot Biden to just self-disclose THEN caught them lying and obstructing.

Means nothing now, I’m afraid.

Biden hasn’t claimed he secretly declassified documents using his magical presidential powers.

Of course he hasn’t because he had no such powers. He had no right nor authority to take and possess any of those documents, some Top Secret. He broke the law stealing them, he broke the law keeping them and he broke the law storing them in the most irresponsible and insecure way possible. His super power is super-stupidity.

Biden knows his supporters wouldn’t be stupid enough to believe it.

You would. You believe everything the Democrats put out.

The New York Pravda(Times)has been covering up for both the Commies and the Nazis since 1932 and Times Reporter/Propagandist Walter Duranty covered up for Stalin and Hitler then Herb Mathews did the same for Castro the liberal rag covered up for the Viet Cong and are behind the 1619 Project. this leftists rag should be on everyone’s Boycott List

A good look at the Classified documents would reveal a good percentage were classified, not for National Security reasons, but to protect the criminals running things from being found out.
I know, I know,, there is no way I can actually Know that.. Just like there was No Way I could have Known that the Jabs were going to be a slow kill weapon.

Why is it you can have private attorneys search for classified documents and have them tell the DOJ how many were found. Only to find out later a search came up with more.

Because no one expects idiot Biden nor anyone he employs not to lie.

In fact, only in Trump’s case is there NO case. Trump had no classified documents because he declassified them.

Notably, Trump resisted efforts to retrieve the documents, while Biden and Pence returned them voluntarily.

Yeah, Trump resisted efforts to take the documents because, like other Presidents, he had a right to them. But, he wasn’t refusing to return them or cooperate, he was negotiating. Idiot Biden, on the other hand, STOLE his documents and, since the CCP had already seen them turned them over after he was caught. What would you expect him to do, turn them back after he let the CCP peruse them and admit he stole them?

Yeah, hurray for idiot Biden, he returned the documents after he got caught. What a pillar of society.

Maybe documents are over-classified. Fine. Address and fix the problem. However, that does not excuse stealing classified documents from 20 years ago. And maybe there needs to be a better process for the President do declassify documents. That would be pretty obvious. However, it still wouldn’t make Trump doing the exact same thing all other Presidents have done illegal.

It’s simple Idiot Biden stole documents and broke the laws. Maybe Pence did, too. But Trump has violated no laws.

NYT was pushing “Ugly Americans” 7 years before Cronkite!
My Dad and 3 uncles fought the Japs. One Uncle refused to have NYT on his property! Said they hated America.

I could not believe this. In ’58 I went to library and got micro films of NYT ’43 to ’45. Uncle was right. I looked for “news’ articles saying Americans were killing jabs because America was a “White Nationalist nation”. I found 4 – and then stopped the search – in each of the 3 years!
NYT has published “Ugly Americans” propaganda as news for 80 years!
