More Classified Documents ‘Found’ That Were Illegally Taken By Joe Biden

You knew this was coming. When the initial report was released on Monday revealing that Joe Biden had illegally taken and kept classified documents following his vice presidential stint, many speculated there would be more “found.”
 
Sure enough, more classified documents have magically turned up. The original batch was found at the Penn Biden Center, reportedly placed there by Biden sometime in 2018, but this new batch was found in a completely separate location.
 

Aides to President Joe Biden have discovered at least one additional batch of classified documents in a location separate from the Washington office he used after leaving the Obama administration, according to a person familiar with the matter.
 
Since November, after the discovery of documents with classified markings in his former office, Biden aides have been searching for any additional classified materials that might be in other locations he used, said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to provide details about the ongoing inquiry.

We are starting to get a picture here that doesn’t match what Biden and his defenders have stated. With the first batch, the White House assured the public that it was just an accident and a one-off. Well, this is no longer just a one-off, and it seems improbable that the now-president “accidentally” took multiple troves of classified documents, spreading them out to various locations.
 
The FBI has to raid his other properties and offices now, right? That won’t happen, but that’s absolutely what makes sense given prior precedent. It is almost a certainty that more documents are out there, and they need to be recovered. At least that’s the line that would be used if we were dealing with a Republican.
 
Further, I think the fact that there have been two troves of documents found at two separate locations tells us something. That doesn’t just happen. It’d be one thing if a few briefings got swept into a box and sent to his post-vice presidency office. In this case, though, when you’ve got multiple locations involved, it belabors belief that no one knew they were there. These documents didn’t just suddenly appear. They were taken and placed there by someone, and the buck stops with Biden on that.

This isn’t partisan politics. It’s an entirely legitimate investigation of a serious matter of national security, and due process of the law.

Why did he take them? Aren’t you even curious about that?

Let’s see… idiot Biden is a great guy and deserves no punishment because when he got caught breaking federal law, his lawyers “did the right thing”, but Trump is a shitbag because, since he did nothing wrong, had documents he himself had declassified and had every right to have and keep them, was hesitant in just giving up all his rights and allow the DOJ to buttf**k him.

But, the situation is exactly as the lying pig Joy Behar put it. They KNOW Trump is a crook (based on the fact that, without any evidence or proof, they have convinced themselves that he is) so, naturally, the law is employed against him in ways that has never applied to anyone else. But idiot Biden’s lies, proven corruption and incompetence doesn’t bother them (because he’s a Democrat and lies, corruption and incompetence is usually assumed) so he gets the benefit of the doubt (read, no matter what proof of whatever crime is shown to have been committed, he skates).

We have valid proof, or the absolute necessity to thoroughly investigate to the fullest at the very least, that idiot Biden is involved with numerous foreign governments for profit but no Democrats want it investigated or are even concerned or curious. But, they are happy to invent terrible deeds committed by Trump or any other Republican and demand they be fired, imprisoned or executed for what they’ve invented. Truly despicable. As they love to say, “that’s not who we are.” That’s who THEY are, though.

18 U.S. Code § 2071 – Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a)Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b)Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both;

and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
