On Aug 4th joe led emotional tributes to Congresswoman Jackie Walorski after she was killed in a horrific head-on car crash in Indiana. He said the 58-year-old had ‘spent a lifetime serving the community she grew up in’ and ordered flags across Washington DC be flown at half mast in her honor.
Now, if I had done likewise for Jerry Lee (who, as far as I know is still alive) or for Dick Van Dyke (who also is still alive) I’d remember it. Joe can’t remember anything! His brain is fried.
As for Sulu’s cognitive dissonance, he’s been a hypocrite a long time now.
Joe Biden, 79, has a lot of very serious issues on his mind—inflation, a Russian lunatic who could start World War 3, a continuing influx of families fleeing violence and economic chaos to the south, epic disasters in Puerto Rico and Florida, an internal threat to American democracy, continuous fires and a looming water crisis in the west, etc, etc—all on the heels of a two-year pandemic that killed 1.06 million Americans and shut down global supply chains that the economy depends on. He’s got all of that to deal with daily. I can overlook misspoken words, or the fact that the death of one of the many hundreds of politicians that he has dealt with since taking office slipped his mind.
Trump expressed surprise that being president was harder than he expected—even with all those days on the golf course.
Biden knew damn well it was the hardest job and the greatest personal responsibility that any American could be burdened with. He’s giving us his last years doing it anyway. So yeah, people should cut the guy some slack.

After becoming president he used golf to try to deal with world leaders as well as political friends and foes.
Biden has never demonstrated an ability to solve anything. He instead creates more problems by his actions. Even Obama has stated this. He like many in his party are economic illiterates. He and his party trying to shut down fossil fuels shows they have no idea how the modern world works. Today’s decisions become tomorrow’s new disaster in waiting. The rest of the world isn’t so understanding or forgiving as you when it comes to his competency. They notice he has trouble with stairs, riding a bike, shaking hands with the air, calling on people who aren’t there, failing to read a teleprompter coherently and rarely taking questions. Trump would stand on the White House lawn and take questions until the press tired of asking. Biden simply cannot do this. Biden has two more years to stumble and bumble his way as he leads us into recession and maybe worse.
Two years into his term and the majority of those 81 million voters don’t want him to run again. They have scattered like roaches when the lights come on. You instead are that rare roach that didn’t move when the lights came on.
