Michael Avenatti has appeared on CNN and MSNBC dozens of times and made all kinds of scurrilous claims against President Donald Trump and his attorney, Michael Cohen. Yet despite that, while giving him that free platform from which to spew, liberal media has never held to him to any standard for truth or accountability.
Now, conservative outlets are finally starting to call out his propaganda and examine his own questionable history.
And he’s not happy about it.
Avenatti is now threatening to sue The Daily Caller for having the temerity to write about his legal and business history.
He sent them a threatening email titled ‘Cut it out” which he obviously hoped they wouldn’t share, marking it “off the record.”

“Let me be clear. If you and your colleagues do not stop with the hit pieces that are full of lies and defamatory statements, I will have no choice but to sue each of you and your publication for defamation,” Avenatti wrote in an email to TheDCNF.
“During that process, we will expose your publication for what it truly is. We will also recover significant damages against each of you that participated personally. So if I were you, I would tell Mr. Trump to find someone else to fabricate things about me.”
“If you think I’m kidding, you really don’t know anything about me. This is the last warning,” he warned.
If he thought he could threaten them and they weren’t going to tell anyone, he had another thing coming.
