That’s it! America has spoken, and you have told comedian Kathy Griffin’s venues to cancel her shows after a despicable video severing the head of a sitting president.
On Friday, Kathy and her lawyer Lisa Bloom got in front of cameras with the boo-hoo defense and reaction from that was swift. Griffin had one remaining venue that held out to give her a chance to perform, but they nixed that after that fake performance this afternoon.
Today, Griffin claimed President Trump and his family were going after her and hurting her career. No, Kathy, that would be all of the conservative consumers that probably went to your show that is saying no more. That would be online social media who went after you non-stop and called the venues asking that they shut you down.
It wasn’t President Trump who shut you down; it was the American people.
Kathy Griffin’s offensive against Donald Trump Friday apparently fell on deaf ears … because the only remaining venue that would allow her to perform has just pulled the plug.
We’ve learned Kathy’s concert at the Uptown Theatre in Napa scheduled for June 17 has been canceled. This follows 6 other cancelations, including bergenPAC in New Jersey which canceled hours before Kathy’s news conference.
The Uptown Theatre cancelation is especially significant because the decision was apparently made after she took the mic with her lawyer.
The Uptown folks said on Wednesday the show would go on, but they clearly had a change of heart.
People are saying well Griffin made a mistake. What would you say if a celebrity had done the same thing about Barack Obama when he was president. They would be called racist and everything else.
That was so orchestrated. I can’t believe that lawyer thinks were so stupid to believe her explanation and excuses. Just sincerely apologize and move on. No one is bullying you. They’re just calling you out sister.
I would expect this type of behavior from a small child that doesn’t know any better, not an adult, talk about creating a diversion when your faced with the consequences of your actions! She wanted to play with the big dogs this is what happens.

When a woman warns months ago that she will go after Barron Trump to get Pres Trump, this was No Mistake.
What she did was premeditated as much as the head-on-the-stake of Pres Bush in 2012’s Game of Thrones.
An apology just doesn’t make it all better.
She will have to make some atonement.
Perhaps she can start doing free entertainment of our wounded vets, and clean up her act so as to get laughs from them.
If that’s too repugnant to her, she could really clean up her act and entertain sick children for a few years.
I wonder if she can even be funny to children.
