We don’t even know that what the NYT reports is even in Bolton’s book. Regardless, Biden publicly bragged about extorting Ukraine to protect his bastard-producing, crack-head son and Trump had the DUTY to have his corruption investigated.
Bolton may not have liked 2016 election interference by the DNC investigated.
The President was requesting or looking for things they already had, things that the Ambassador did not want delivered to the DOJ and denied the prosecutor a visa.
