Hunter Who? Desperate Democrats Accuse Trump Jr. of Treason, Demand Imprisonment

As Joe Biden and his crackhead son Hunter move closer and closer to the consequences of their own nefarious deeds, desperate Democrats have dusted off Donald Trump Jr. and accused him of treason related to the January 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, demanding he be imprisoned for his “crimes.”

Incidentally, it has amused the hell out of me for five years or more how both sides toss around the word “treason” at the drop of a politically expedient hat. Although, Trump Jr. can breathe a sigh of relief; wing-nut lawyer Lin Wood predicted Vice President Mike Pence would be arrested for treason and executed by firing squad, so it appears Jr. is going to get off relatively easy for his “treasonous actions.” </sarcasm>

As reported by Newsweek, “legal experts” are calling for Trump Jr. to face criminal proceedings after newly revealed text messages obtained by the January 6 House committee show he sought to prevent certification of the 2020 election and install his father to a second term. (Nonsense.)

While votes for the 2020 election were being counted, Trump Jr. texted then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows laying out a strategy to keep President Donald Trump in power by throwing out election results of key swing states, CNN (Who knew?) reported Friday.

The disclosed texts shed further light on recent revelations of Trump and his inner circle’s efforts to block the certification of the 2020 election.

“It’s very simple,” Trump Jr. texted Meadows on November 5, the text reads, according to CNN. “We have multiple paths We control them all.”

In a statement to CNN, Trump Jr.’s lawyer Alan S. Futerfas explained:

After the election, Don received numerous messages from supporters and others. Given the date, this message likely originated from someone else and was forwarded.

Futerfas’ supposition about the November 5 text message tracks almost exactly with the strategy suggested by Trump allies at the time. Trump Jr. allegedly also made specific reference to filing lawsuits and advocating recounts to prevent certain swing states from certifying their results, noted CNN, as well as “having a handful of Republican statehouses put forward slates of ‘Trump electors.’”

Back to those “legal experts.”

Newsweek conveniently quoted various people, none of whom were driven by the Democrat narrative at all </sarcasm>, including University of Minnesota Law School Professor Richard Painter, former chief ethics lawyer for former President George W. Bush, who said on Twitter:
[the_ad id=”157875″]

This was an attempted putsch. He belongs in the slammer!

Because all respected attorneys gleefully refer to prison as “the slammer!”

Next up, Glenn Kirschner, a former U.S. Army prosecutor, and current NBC News/MSNBC legal analyst.

The “Subject” line of Don Jr.’s email might as well have been, “I’m a member of my father’s criminal conspiracy to overturn the election.” How long do we have to endure this open, treasonous criminality by Trump and company before someone gets indicted?

Whoa, counselor — jump to a predisposed verdict without a trial, much?

And what professional, non-biased legal opinion would be complete without Democrat Rep. Ted Lieu (Loon-Calif.) tweeting:

This sure looks like an illegal conspiracy.

(Yes I know that in legal terms a conspiracy is itself already illegal and the word illegal is redundant. But I wanted to say illegal again to emphasize how illegal Donald Trump Jr.’s actions appear to be).

No word if Rep. Lieu also believes Hunter Biden compromised national security.

The bottom line.

All that any of the above suggests is that Team Trump, in many instances, planned to use the law and courts — legally — to their advantage, if possible, which is exactly what the Democrats do, ad nauseam.

Moreover, other than the November 5 text message, none of the above is new news.

A restaurant we were at Saturday had CNN on (despite the affect it could have on appetites’). They had the title at the bottom of the screen, “Trump Jr. texts prove he tried to block the certification of the 2020 election.” or some such variant. No matter what story was being reported, this was at the bottom of the screen. They seemed quite proud of it; “Trump Jr. got Wikileaks emails before anyone else” proud.

However, the accusation is hyperbolic; anyone that understood there was massive election fraud that needed to be investigated (and could have been for three months, but was totally ignored) didn’t want idiot Biden’s phony installation to go forward.

Of course, that title didn’t interfere with any reports of Hunter’s influence peddling, tax evasion or connections to corrupt idiot Biden… because none of that was covered.

Oh… and maybe now is a good time to point out, Trump Jr. was NOT a member of the government.

Who belongs in Prison Democ-Rats?! how about Both the Clinton,s and Obama , over this whoe sabatage of the election by the UN,DNC amd CFR

Hunter’s Hard Drive – Let’s Talk About Reality

Ever since Jack Maxey revealed that he and his technical team had succeeded in recovering large numbers of deleted files from Hunter Biden’s laptop a chorus of voices have piped up to suggest the claim is bogus. The intent of this criticism is obvious. The individuals behind the claims are very worried about what will be revealed and they want to get a running start on discrediting what could be very damaging information. We assume the words “Russian disinformation” might reappear at any moment.
Still, we thought it might be worthwhile talking to an actual technical expert on the subject and getting his take. Here are the comments of Harry Haury – who has actually seen the hard drive in question. We have quoted them verbatim.

“Let’s talk a little bit about disk drives, data capacity, and recovery of data in a forensic investigation. Many people that have worked with computers, even as technicians, understand little about how they actually work. Hard disk drives store information as individual bits across the drive using what is called a File System, Disk Operating System or is sometimes referred to as part of the Operating System. Since the early days of computing these terms have evolved and can be a bit ambiguous, but the issue has come up about how Jack Maxey and his team might have found a lot more data on Hunter Biden’s laptop than previously found and why the size of these files might appear much larger than the size of the original disk. There are many reasons that this occurs and without an exhaustive discussion I will cover the primary reasons we see this:

1) Header and descriptive information added by the extraction software:

This is a small but noticeable expansion, but almost all forensic recovery tools write out a lot of information about the drive, the files encountered and other various information that might be relevant to examining a drive.

2) Erased or deleted files:

Except for Hillary Clinton or her Tech, most people do not realize that when you erase a troublesome file it does not actually disappear. The File System usually just deletes the reference to it. The original data remains. People expert in hiding inconvenient data not only erase a file but over-right it multiple times with a Wipe Utility like BleachBit to make it impossible to recover any data. With NSA-level tools, it is possible to read down a number of layers into the disk to see what was written and overwritten, so a system has to write and rewrite over deleted data several times. Otherwise, it is possible, often to pull data from a hard drive that no one knows is there. Why is this important? It speaks to the travesty of the FBI and NSA never fully investigating the original laptop and its contents, at least not publicly. But it is completely plausible that the copy of the hard drive Jack Maxey has contains numerous deleted files that could be recovered.

3) Compressed and archived files are smaller than they would be in their native format.

Archived and compressed files can often reduce the file size by as much as 90%. What this means is that after extraction a 50-gigabyte compressed file might take up as much as 500 gigabytes. While not familiar with Maxey’s extraction, the claim that he has a tremendously expanded number of emails and text messages is completely believable if his copy was a bit-by-bit sector-by-sector copy or disk image.

4) Corrupt or fractured file recovery

When doing disk recovery work you often encounter places where the original file information cannot be fully recovered. Pointer table and file entries that have been erased or damaged may overlap. When the extraction and recovery software runs, it will copy and attempt to resurrect each file independently. This can expand file sizes tremendously because large parts of the original files are being copied into multiple attempts to recover damaged or corrupt file structures.

I am an expert in cyber security and forensics and worked on and off for the Intelligence Community, Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, FEMA, Treasury, and others for decades. The current attacks on what Jack Maxey has found regarding the size of the extracted files are irrelevant.

The important issue is that no one took the laptop seriously with the now-famous false defamation of the Hunter Biden laptop by 51 former leaders of the Military and Intelligence Community trying to make sure the Joe Biden was elected President. These people had bad advisors, were ignorant of the issues, or, worse, are potentially corrupt. This matter should have been deeply investigated years ago, and need to be now. If the FBI has the original in their possession, a thorough and professional cyber forensic investigation should be done by the NSA immediately.”

Harry Haury – Former Senior Information Assurance Architect with high-security clearances worked on a wide variety of technology assessment, cyber security, and cyber forensics issues on defense and attack supporting program development and operational capabilities for the DOD, DOJ, CIA, DHS, DTRA, DARPA, NSA, NRO, NGIA, White House, and others.

One wishes that the individuals who devote so much time to telling us not to pay any attention to Hunter’s laptop spent half as much time examining it and following up on serious issues it raises. Ultimately, this is not about Hunter, hookers, or cocaine. It is about Joe Biden and the very real possibility that we have a man in the White House who is compromised by hostile powers including Communist China.

The important issue is that no one took the laptop seriously with the now-famous false defamation of the Hunter Biden laptop by 51 former leaders of the Military and Intelligence Community trying to make sure the Joe Biden was elected President.

Oh, they took it seriously. They took it VERY, VERY seriously. They took it so seriously that the FBI risked looking ridiculously corrupt by just sitting on bombshell information directly related to national security and all those “intelligence” representatives risked looking absolutely UNintelligent in order to try to keep this information from ever seeing the light of day. The media simply put their already cratered credibility on the line; no one expects them to be honest anymore.

In the end, they were successful in suppressing this from those who feed their ignorance with MSM media, but it couldn’t be suppressed forever. It may have allowed idiot Biden to be installed by the puppet masters, but it is not a valid reason for impeachment and removal.

The Democrats want to lynch anyone who don,t agree with their radical agenda for America since most of them are Globalists scoundrels and traitors

Well, political protestors that the regime in power chooses to prosecute.
