Just as Roe v. Wade would have had it….had it not been fudged forward in recent years.
Originally Roe v. Wade:
1st trimenster, legal.
2nd trimester, only if a doctor thinks the life of the woman is in danger.
3rd trimester, illegal.
Bill Clinton echo’ed this standard when he said abortion should be safe, legal AND RARE.
