More top Democrats are pressuring President Barack Obama to slow down on immigration reform, further diminishing the chances that he’ll take sweeping administrative action before Election Day.
Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) wants Obama to wait until after November. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) said he has “concerns about executive action.” Sen. Angus King (I-Maine), who caucuses with Democrats, said it would be a “mistake” for the president to do anything significant.Until now, few Democrats have been willing to break publicly with Obama over his vow to issue an executive order on immigration. Democratic incumbents in this year’s most competitive Senate races have already voiced concern, but the calls from others to hold off on acting suggests Democrats are growing even more anxious about the decision and its potential to upend the fight for control of the Senate.
White House officials have been locked in an intense debate over whether Obama should announce a program to defer deportations for millions of undocumented immigrants before Election Day. A delay would mark a major reversal from June, when the president stood in the Rose Garden and pledged to issue an order by the end of the summer, and it would infuriate the Hispanic community.
But the flagging support among senators is particularly worrisome to the White House, which will be reluctant to make such a controversial move without the strong backing of congressional Democrats.

This shouldn’t surprise anyone who pays attention to what democrats do. Look at how they shamelessly lied about the effects of obamacare BEFORE they crammed it down our throats, then AFTER it was passed on a purely leftist partisan vote and the very negative effects predicted by conservatives appeared one after the other. These slimy, dishonest leftists sneered, twisted and lied even more egregiously that what they claimed before passage. They started off lying (“We never said that..”), then progressed after video clearly showed they had lied exactly as was stated to disingenuous deflections (“Well, of COURSE we knew people wouldn’t be able to keep their doctors and insurance plans but only if the plans were not worth having because they didn’t force people to have coverage for things they don’t need”).
Democrats are completely untrustworthy. They do not care about doing what is right. They care about fooling enough people long enough until they have enough power that they don’t need to hide their true intentions anymore. Look at what they are doing in Kansas, having their low polling candidate drop out in an effort to get the “independent” candidate (who will certainly caucus with the left if elected, while he pretends to not be a leftist before the election) elected. Because the officially labeled democrat waited as long as he did to drop out, his name has to stay on the ballot under Kansas law…so the democrats are now going to sue the state to have his name removed from the ballot in order to avoid having their stupid leftist base voters split between the dem and the “independent” thus benefitting the GOP RINO Roberts.
Anyone who votes for any leftist, whether officially labeled “democrat” or one trying to hide his true nature pretending to be a moderate or independent while voting in support of socialism with the rest of the democrats, deserves to suffer the enslavement they bring upon themselves.
Nor does it differ from the way Obama operates. Remember that he has a modus operandus of waiting until just after November elections and when Americans are distracted to enact his executive office “transformation” agenda, which means we should expect him to make his amnesty move in November, (just after elections,) When Americans will be too busy preparing for the winter holiday season to pay attention to political “Chicagonry”.
(Yes, that is a new descriptive word I just came up with, a merging of Chicago and “Chicanery”)
A vote for any present day Democrat in any level of office is a vote to support obama and his never ending assault on the US economy and constitution.
And a vote for any present day Democrat in any level of office is a vote to support parasitic public assistance funded lifestyles.
Note: the same thing can pretty much be said for a vote for any GOPRINO.
