BOMBSHELL: Key Evidence Undermining Ukraine Impeachment Narrative Withheld From Trump Defense

BY MATT MARGOLIS

In 2016, Burisma Holdings was being investigated by Ukraine’s then-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin while then-Vice President Joe Biden’s Hunter sat on the company’s board making $83,000. So Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine unless they fired Shokin.

Biden argued that his actions were above board because he was carrying out the “official policy” of the Obama administration to root out corruption in Ukraine. “It was a fully transparent policy carried out in front of the whole world and fully, fully embraced by the international community of democracies,” he claimed.

But according to official memos seen by Just The News, this is not the case. Instead, these memos indicate that U.S. State Department officials were “impressed” with Shokin’s anti-corruption plan and fully supportive of his efforts—undermining a key narrative during the Democrats’ first partisan impeachment of President Trump.

During the trial, House Democrats maintained that Shokin was fired because State Department officials weren’t happy with his anti-corruption efforts, not because he was investigating Burisma. But these memos obtained by Just the News and the Southeastern Legal Foundation under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request show that senior State Department officials, including then-Secretary of State John Kerry, were “impressed” with Shokin’s efforts.

“We have been impressed with the ambitious reform and anti-corruption agenda of your government,” then-Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland personally wrote Shokin on behalf of Secretary of State John Kerry on June 9, 2015.

Nuland currently serves as Biden’s undersecretary of state.

“The ongoing reform of your office, law enforcement, and the judiciary will enable you to investigate and prosecute corruption and other crimes in an effective, fair, and transparent manner,” Nuland added. “The United States fully supports your government’s efforts to fight corruption and other crimes in an effective, fair and transparent manner.”

The letter praising Shokin’s performance came a mere six months before Biden successfully pressured Ukrainian officials to fire Shokin. This undermines the Democrats’ impeachment narrative and Biden’s justification for Shokin’s firing. As such, this new evidence supports allegations that Biden’s effort to get Shokin fire was motivated by personal reasons.

But perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this new development is that these memos were not provided to Trump’s impeachment defense team.

“We did not receive this. We should have received it. President Trump’s defense attorneys also should have received it,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told Just The News.

“This just underscores how congressional oversight has really diminished over the years mainly because we don’t have enforcement powers,” Johnson added.

Obama and Biden their just about the same as always and both of them are globalists just like all Liberal Democrats are

Russia Collusion fell through. They went right on to the sham impeachment.

Then that failed, then the pee tape, then the “bunch of losers” failed, then….then….

…they had to release covid…and even after that, they had to rig the election.

They used COVID to help them rig the election with mail-in voting.

Biden argued that his actions were above board because he was carrying out the “official policy” of the Obama administration to root out corruption in Ukraine.

Yeah, using extortion to interrupt investigation of organizations known to be corrupt is the best way to “root out corruption”.

“We have been impressed with the ambitious reform and anti-corruption agenda of your government,” then-Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland personally wrote Shokin on behalf of Secretary of State John Kerry on June 9, 2015.

And Nuland testified against Trump in the sham impeachment kangaroo trial. The left consists of nothing but corrupt liars.

While it’s unlikely the revelation of this information would have altered the outcome of the impeachment vote, as Democrats intended to impeach Trump before he even took office, it is clear that Biden’s effort to get Shokin fired was not because he was carrying out official administration policy.

No, because this was a Pelosi/Schiff performance that was driven solely by the Democrats having enough votes to push an illegal impeachment through. Aside from the evidence withheld, the evidence presented was nothing but guesses, innuendo, suspicion and hearsay. We already knew the truth behind idiot Biden’s extortion; there was never any doubt.

The phone call was perfect. The democrats manufactured fake evidence that never rose to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.

This kind of politics is antithetical to a republic and it is the best reason the democrat party must be destroyed completely. The democrat party must be destroyed completely to its roots. There is no place in American politics for this type of partisanship.

President Trump won in 2020 there is no doubt about that. We are suffering in bidens America because of the democrats.

And, it was not that long ago that we learned that fiona hill was a lying piece of shit.

New York Times Sues State Department to Get Hunter Biden Information

Last edited 2 years ago by TrumpWon

Classified State Department email declared Hunter Biden ‘undercut’ U.S. efforts in Ukraine
Withheld from public for five years, memo conflicts with Democrats’ official narrative that president’s son had no impact on U.S. anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine.

“The real issue to my mind was that someone in Washington needed to engage VP Biden quietly and say that his son Hunter’s presence on the Burisma board undercut the anti-corruption message the VP and we were advancing in Ukraine,” Kent wrote multiple high-ranking officials in the State Department in Washington.

Ohio GOP Rep. Jim Jordan, the ranking member on the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee, played a key role in defending President Trump in the 2019-20 Ukraine impeachment scandal. He told Just the News Tuesday night that lawmakers and Trump’s defense team were not given the Kent email as best he could tell.

“This is frightening,” Jordan told the new Just the News television show on Real America’s Voice network. “And the fact that we didn’t have this information during the impeachment, I think is maybe the biggest concern. I mean, the President of the United States is defending himself from a ridiculous impeachment process that the Democrats bring on him, where he wasn’t allowed to be in the depositions, wasn’t allowed to have his counsel there.

“And now we find out wasn’t allowed to have information that he’s entitled to have to put on his defense. I mean, frankly, we Republicans who were in the rooms in that bunker in the basement of the Capitol, we’d have liked to have this information that you just described, and other information that wasn’t available to us as well, that you’ve written about.”

Pile of steaming Schiff would not allow any line of questioning other than those that supported the accusations and innuendo that supported impeachment. The whole purpose of Trump’s call with Zelinsky was to make sure the corruption idiot Biden and Hunter were profiting from did not continue while the US was sending more money but the corruption in question could not be discussed.

The impeachment was unconstitutional and anyone that supported it showed they have no respect for the Constitution or due process.
