They aren't concentration camps. They're "immigration intake centers" as of January 20th. https://t.co/6nyemexPLc

A new year, a new president, a return of an old problem: unaccompanied children crossing the border in droves.
Thousands of children — usually older teens, 16 or 17, but Border Patrol agents report increasing numbers of kids younger than 13 — are arriving each month from Central America.
On Thursday, a Customs and Border Protection staffer reportedly told top Biden administration officials to expect a peak of 13,000 unaccompanied minors to cross the border in May — the highest level ever.
“We’re seeing the highest February numbers [that] we’ve ever seen in the history of the [Unaccompanied Alien Child] program,” a Department of Health and Human Services official told Axios.
That’s right: a crisis worse than the one that brought the “kids in cages” backlash under President Donald Trump, and the earlier crises that prompted the building of those “cages” under President Barack Obama.
And it’s a crisis that we and others warned would come, as soon as President Biden started reversing every Trump border policy, even those clearly responsible for producing historic lows in illegal crossers, and returning to Obama policies that first triggered the unprecedented waves of children crossing without family.
Now Biden’s having to reopen shelters to house the kids until the feds can figure out what to do with them — shelters that his usual allies denounced as horrors in the Trump years. Yet, says White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, “There are very few good options here, and we chose the one we thought is best.”
When Trump was elected, the idea that he was going to enforce the existing immigration laws and not put out the red carpet for illegal immigrants that Obama had resulted in a MARKED reduction in illegal border crossings. Soon, though, it became apparent the liberal activist courts and judges would do all they could to keep the border open, and more illegals swarmed the border, soon in divisional-sized mobs designed (and organized by Democrats) to overwhelm the facilities and allow unvetted illegal immigrants to merely pass through and achieve free entry.
Trump circumvented that, forcing Mexico to finally cooperate and stop aiding and abetting the illegal immigration flood. Though drawing fierce criticism, he used the laws from the Obama administration to hold as many as possible until vetting and processing could be completed. ENFORCEMENT was the key, and crossings again declined.
As soon as the idiot Biden succeeded in fraudulently gaining the presidency*, the left began organizing more caravans and pushing more illegals towards the border. Of course, the media has a totally different perspective on “kids in cages” now, completely ignoring the problem the idiot Biden has, through stupidity and lack of concern for the country and the citizens, caused.
Though the completed wall is absolutely necessary, due to the threat of administrations that will not protect the citizens and enforce laws, it is clear that determined enforcement of our laws COULD be sufficient to greatly reduce illegal immigration and the associated crime and threat to the economy.
