The Biden administration will consider “litigation options” this week against Republican governors sending migrants from the border to Democratic cities, according to a report.
The Friday meeting involving White House officials along with Homeland Security, State, Justice and Defense departments will also discuss other border issues amid a record number of migrants entering the country illegally, Axios reported.
The meeting was scheduled before Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sent two charter planes full of migrants to affluent Martha’s Vineland in Massachusetts on Wednesday, but after months of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey sending busloads of migrants from the border to places like New York City, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Abbott also sent two buses of migrants to Vice President Kamala Harris’ Washington, D.C. home on Thursday.
Democrats have condemned the busing of migrants as political theater.
President Biden on Thursday said: “Republicans are playing politics with human beings, using them as props. What they’re doing is simply wrong, it’s un-American, it’s reckless.”
He continued while speaking at a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute gala, “And we have a process in place to manage migrants at the border. We’re working to make sure it’s safe and orderly and humane,” Biden continued. “Republican officials should not interfere with that process by waging these political stunts.”

It’s funny, but Democrats really enjoy the theater when they are putting on the show. For instance, the phony January 6th lynching, or selfies pretending to cry outside a fence of a vacant parking lot that is implied to contain imprisoned illegal immigrants.
I agree it is theater. It is necessary theater because thousands of illegal immigrants dying on our border, over 2 million a year overwhelming our facilities, fentanyl deaths in the hundreds of thousands, terrorists sneaking across along with criminals and cruel human trafficking doesn’t seem to get this corrupt, incompetent regime’s attention.
Despite the reality that this lying, corrupt regime is not above pretending their hypocrisy doesn’t exist and suing the states for doing exactly what they have been doing (only with destinations the liberals don’t particularly like), provided they can find a court and judge that will accommodate their ideological trampling of the justice process (not too difficult and order). But, in a fair court, they would have their lying asses handed to them, and probably expose quite a number of laws, regulations and protocols they themselves have violated.
If they held a trial in which actual evidence was allowed (unlike their preferred method where no defense material is permitted), the full scope of the border disaster and the total incompetence (or intentional mismanagement) of enforcing our immigration laws and securing our border would finally get coverage by the leftist propaganda media.
This regime should be held to accounts for flooding the border with over 5 million illegal immigrants since idiot Biden opened the border, not to mention making the cartels richer beyond their wildest dreams.
