Both my mom and my MIL had brain damage from cancer before dying and went from perfectly cogent to blithering in less than a day each.

so who is wiping his butt? this type of verbal behaviour is very indictive of cognitive loss. explosive, inappropriate and at time sexually or bowel related outbursts are common as the brains ability to control and compose verbalization of issues. the pedophile’s staff is receiving the brunt of this behaviour.
It is time to invoke the 25th Amendment or have him voluntarily resign. Involving the 25th. would be a major DISGRACE on the demorats esp mid term and in 2024. No president has ever been removed by the 25th in history.
