Biden Administration and Facebook Work as a Ministry of Truth to Push People to get China Virus Vaccine

Across the nation, there are reports of a reluctance on the part of some people to get the vaccine for the China virus. The Los Angeles Times reports that 50% of front-line healthcare workers in Riverside County as many as 40% of Los Angeles County’s frontline workers refused to take the vaccine. A third of members of the US military has refused to take the vaccine. Nationwide, 62% of nursing home staff have declined to take the vaccine. Despite guidelines intended to disadvantage the sick and elderly should they be white in favor of racial minorities, see CDC Is Literally Trying to Kill Granny by Using Critical Race Theory to Decide Who Will Get Wuhan Virus Vaccine, studies indicate that over half of Black Americans will refuse to get vaccinated for the Wu-flu.

This all presents a major challenge to the Biden regime. Should the infection trend line continue where it is going:

despite massive resistance to receiving the Wuhan virus vaccine, it will not be able to claim credit for something that would happen anyway.

The Biden administration’s worst enemies in their campaign to make Joe Biden look like anything but a dementia popsicle (h/t to my colleague Jen van Laar for introducing me to the term) are the truth and an informed populace. And we can’t have that, can we?

The White House has been reaching out to social media companies including Facebook, Twitter and Alphabet Inc’s Google about clamping down on COVID misinformation and getting their help to stop it from going viral, a senior administration official said.

…The White House’s direct engagement with the companies to mitigate the challenge has not been previously reported. Biden’s chief of staff Ron Klain has previously said the administration will try to work with Silicon Valley on the issue.

“Disinformation that causes vaccine hesitancy is going to be a huge obstacle to getting everyone vaccinated and there are no larger players in that than the social media platforms,” said the source, who has direct knowledge of the White House’s efforts.

“We are talking to them … so they understand the importance of misinformation and disinformation and how they can get rid of it quickly.”

The Biden White House is especially trying to make sure such material “does not start trending on such platforms and become a broader movement,” the source said.

…A Facebook spokeswoman said that the company has reached out to the White House to offer “any assistance we can provide” and has recently announced a new policy to remove COVID and vaccine misinformation along with pages, groups, and accounts that repeatedly spread such material.

You better believe Facebook is panting to do the will of the leftist trash occupying the White House. Under Facebook’s new rules, posting about deaths or miscarriages associated with the vaccine could get the RedState Facebook page totally shut down for violating community standards by discouraging people from taking the vaccine.

Interestingly, the White House and its subservient, stenographic followers in the media are framing the resistance to the vaccine as part of the anti-vaccine movement. That’s a lie. I have no plans to get the vaccine, and I’m willing to compare my vaccination record as a veteran of a Rapid Deployment Force unit with anyone pimping the China virus vax. Given the numbers of people resisting the push to vaccinate, I suspect that the overwhelming majority are people like me who have had significant experience with vaccines and are opting out of this one for any number of reasons.

Relatedly, yesterday I posted on how a large majority of Americans don’t trust the media, see Nearly 60% of Americans Think the Media Are Liars and That Is as Good as It Is Going to Get. In it, I mentioned a rather stupid article from the New York Times calling for a “reality czar.”

Several experts I spoke with recommended that the Biden administration put together a cross-agency task force to tackle disinformation and domestic extremism, which would be led by something like a “reality czar.”

It sounds a little dystopian, I’ll grant. But let’s hear them out.

Right now, these experts said, the federal government’s response to disinformation and domestic extremism is haphazard and spread across multiple agencies, and there’s a lot of unnecessary overlap.

Renée DiResta, a disinformation researcher at Stanford’s Internet Observatory, gave the example of two seemingly unrelated problems: misinformation about Covid-19 and misinformation about election fraud.

Often, she said, the same people and groups are responsible for spreading both types. So instead of two parallel processes — one at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, aimed at tamping down Covid-related conspiracy theories, and another at the Federal Election Commission, trying to correct voting misinformation — a centralized task force could coordinate a single, strategic response.

“If each of them are doing it distinctly and independently, you run the risk of missing connections, both in terms of the content and in terms of the tactics that are used to execute on the campaigns,” Ms. DiResta said.

This task force could also meet regularly with tech platforms, and push for structural changes that could help those companies tackle their own extremism and misinformation problems. (For example, it could formulate “safe harbor” exemptions that would allow platforms to share data about QAnon and other conspiracy theory communities with researchers and government agencies without running afoul of privacy laws.) And it could become the tip of the spear for the federal government’s response to the reality crisis.

That is exactly what has happened.

Given Biden a shot of Truth Serum he would end up with a Migraine

I wonder if it ever occurs to Democrats to take responsibility for their own rhetoric? As the prospect of Operation Warp Speed succeeding in producing vaccines in record time (and before the election), Democrats were denouncing the vaccines in concert, all declaring they would NEVER trust any vaccine “produced by Trump”, as if he was making it himself. Do they say these stupid things thinking everyone simply understands they are liars in the business of lying or did they intend to create the belief that Trump’s vaccines would be dangerous?

Though the vaccines went through the same testing as any other new medication, it is impossible to prepare for every contingency. Naturally, there would be an adverse reaction here or there. We have seen those trumpeted in the media. That, combined with Democrats previous accusation that the vaccines would be dangerous is naturally going to produce a resistance to some to having something they’ve been told is DEADLY injected into their bodies.

Leave these people alone. Democrats have created these doubts and the adverse effects of those who refuse the vaccine is a byproduct of Democrat lies. Place the blame where the blame belongs.

I intend to receive the vaccine at the first opportunity.
