He is a lawyer specializing in selling US citizenships:
Khizr Khan, the father of a fallen Muslim U.S. soldier, is an immigration attorney whose specialty is a program that critics say allows immigrants to buy their way in the United States.
According to Khan’s website, he specializes in law related to the E-2 and EB-5 programs, which hands out green cards to foreign investors that put at least $500,000 into certain American firms. The investor can also get green cards for certain family members.
Khan says he helps his clients buy real estate in the U.S. as well as start businesses.
“The E-2 and EB-5 are two of the most notoriously abused visa categories that essentially allow wealthy foreigners to buy their way to U.S. residency, and possibly citizenship, with a relatively modest investment,” Jessica Vaughan, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies,” told The Washington Examiner.
He’s written extensively about Sharia law:
“The Shari’ah-was completed during the lifetime of Prophet Muhammed, in the Quran and Sunnah. This brings up an important fact which is generally overlooked, that the invariable and basic rules of Islamic Law are only those prescribed in the Shari’ah (Quran and Sunnah), which are few and limited,” Khan continues to write. “All other juridical works which have been written during more than thirteen centuries are very rich and indispensable, but they must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims.”
And he’s thick with the Clinton’s:
Khan, according to Intelius as also reported by Walid Shoebat, used to work at the law firm Hogan Lovells, LLP, a major D.C. law firm that has been on retainer as the law firm representing the government of Saudi Arabia in the United States for years. Citing federal government disclosure forms, the Washington Free Beacon reported the connection between Saudi Arabia and Hogan Lovells a couple weeks ago.
“Hogan Lovells LLP, another U.S. firm hired by the Saudis, is registered to work for the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia through 2016, disclosures show,” Joe Schoffstall of the Free Beacon reported.
The federal form filed with the Department of Justice is a requirement under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, which makes lobbyists and lawyers working on behalf of foreign governments and other agents from abroad with interests in the United States register with the federal government.
The government of Saudi Arabia, of course, has donated heavily to the Clinton Foundation.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has given between $10 and $25 million to the foundation while Friends of Saudi Arabia has contributed between $1 and $5 million,” Schoffstall wrote.

Mr. Khan’s act is what is known as “consciousness of guilt”.
There was no other reason to do it.
In the Watergate investigation the best advice was given by ”deep throat,” Follow The Money.
Mr. Khan is trying to make that more difficult.

IF Trump had been president before 9-11-01 a family from UAE would have been happily admitted into the USA.
If Trump had been president in the 2002-5 years, the Khan family would not have lost a son in Iraq because, as president, Donald Trump would not have gone into Iraq.

You also correct about the term “draft dodgers” in the Vietnam era were referring to those who committed the felony by running to another country or hiding. College boys “avoided” the draft. I mean no disrespect for those boys in college at the time and make no accusations of them being un-patriotic. If I were them, I would have done the same. However, as I look at it now, it was a rigged system. The college exemption was put into law by the elite in politics who were putting their boys in college rather than war. They had a perfectly legal exemption.
I thought the whole Kahn speech was irrelevant to start with. I heard it and thought, What’s that got to do with Trump? A Muslim American died in combat. His parents entered this country legally and if vetted today they no doubt would gain entry. That had nothing to do with Trump and their accusations that he made no sacrifice in war. “Sacrifice” meaning the ultimate sacrifice. Bill and Hillary made no sacrifice of any kind.
