Those who shut down Judge Kyle Duncan at Stanford demand not to be identified, so here is a list of some of them

As you know, Appellate Court Judge Kyle Duncan was invited to speak at Stanford by the school’s chapter of the Federalist Society. He was ambushed by the fascists by the Stanford Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild

When I arrived, the walls were festooned with posters denouncing me for crimes against women, gays, blacks and “trans people.” Plastered everywhere were photos of the students who had invited me and fliers declaring “You should be ASHAMED,” with the last word in large red capital letters and a horror-movie font. This didn’t seem “collegial.” Walking to the building where I would deliver my talk, I could hear loud chanting a good 50 yards away, reminiscent of a tent revival in its intensity. Some 100 students were massed outside the classroom as I entered, faces painted every color of the rainbow, waving signs and banners, jeering and stamping and howling. As I entered the classroom, one protester screamed: “We hope your daughters get raped!” …

When the Federalist Society president tried to introduce me, the heckling began. “The Federalist Society (You suck!) is pleased to welcome Judge Kyle Duncan (You’re not welcome here, we hate you!). . . . He was appointed by President Trump to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (Embarrassing!).” And so on. As I began, the heckling continued. Try delivering a speech while being jeered at every third word. This was an utter farce, a staged public shaming. I stopped, pleaded with the students to stop the stream of insults (which only made them louder), and asked if administrators were present….

[A]fter the partial walkout, I dispensed with my prepared remarks and opened the floor. That went poorly, and the plainly hostile questions were the least of it. Students hurled abuse, including vile sexual innuendo; some filed past me spitting insults (“You’re scum!”). Two U.S. Marshals decided it was time to escort me out….

The most disturbing aspect of this shameful debacle is what it says about the state of legal education. Stanford is an elite law school. The protesters showed not the foggiest grasp of the basic concepts of legal discourse: That one must meet reason with reason, not power. That jeering contempt is the opposite of persuasion. That the law protects the speaker from the mob, not the mob from the speaker. Worst of all, Ms. Steinbach’s remarks made clear she is proud that Stanford students are being taught this is the way law should be.

Judge Duncan has it wrong in one respect. Stanford is better described as “effete” rather than elite. The animals are running the zoo. These things are future lawyers. I read somewhere that this will have repercussions in that none of them has a chance of clerking for anyone other than a radical lawyer or judge. They should be expelled.

Besides the hideous creature, there were three other administrators present who did nothing to suppress the obnoxious fascists

At least three other administrators—acting dean of student affairs Jeanne Merino, associate director of student affairs Holly Parish, and student affairs coordinator Megan Brown—were present throughout the event, according to Tim Rosenberger, the president of Stanford’s Federalist Society chapter. None of them told the students to allow Duncan to speak without interruption.

The fascists of the NLG were not the least hesitant about public shaming the members of the Stanford Chapter of the Federalist Society:

But now, as news of the ruckus spreads across the country, the little fascists do not want their identities revealed.

Yet when Free Beacon reporter Aaron Sibarium quoted the group’s board members describing the protests as “Stanford Law School at its best,” and named those board members, we got a note from one of them, Lily Bou, demanding that we remove her name and those of her classmates. “You do not have our permission to reference or quote any portion of this email in a future piece.”

That’s not exactly how the First Amendment works.

This is a perfect example of “woke.” But there’s a lot more

We’ve gotten similar complaints about publishing images—pulled from social media—of Stanford Law School dean Jenny Martinez’s classroom, which protesters covered end to end in flyers after she issued an apology to Judge Duncan.

We received the following note from Mary Cate Hickman, who identified herself as a second-year law student and describes herself on LinkedIn as “passionate about social justice” and a graduate of the Sorbonne.

Hickman demanded that we “anonymize the face of the student in the red hoodie” because “California is a two-party consent state, and you have no right to publish this student’s identity/likeness/face without consent.”

California is a two-party consent state for the recording of oral communications, not photographs, and even that only pertains to situations in which there is a presumption of privacy—that is, not a law school classroom in which student activists are snapping photographs and posting them to Instagram. Hickman did not respond to a request for comment.

Then Aaron Sibarium drops the hammer

What’s eminently clear from the drama unfolding in Palo Alto is that while Stanford law students may be the vanguard of an anti-constitutional revolution, they don’t know much about the law.

Here is a list of the Board of Directors of the SC of the National Lawyers Guild:

The school responded by suggesting the SCFS tone it down and be more conciliatory. When the Dean apologized for the insurrection she was targeted by the fascists

If you thought you knew how effed up Stanford is, think again. Here’s a pretty good scrutiny.

Stanford’s IT department created a list of banned words and initiated purges of university websites (they didn’t finish)

It included the word “American”

Dec 2021: when Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted, the Stanford CS department denounced him. That same department encourages students to read the memoir of black nationalist terrorist Assata Shakur.

Do read the entire piece. And then check this out

No matter what the apparent major, Stanford is grooming fascists. As Willie Nelson might say, “Mama don’t let your kids grow up to be Maoists.”

Only those who fully realize their own ideology is weak and worthless seek to silence those of other ideologies. The left know theirs is a failure. Only by silencing or denouncing the opposition can leftism survive.

But these fascists shouldn’t worry; there are plenty of far leftist, racial, fascist attorneys and judges that will hire them. Competence and knowledge of the law is secondary to ideological ardor.

The spirit of brutal Mario Savio lives; after 59 years. Granted Mario’s goons were at Cal – East side of bay – but thugs are thugs. Farm did not originate thugs; just copied Cal!

Name them all so they can all be the defendants in a lawsuit brought against these Bolshevik scum suckers

So where are all their names?

Its like the reporter for that liberal rag the New York Daily News give out the home address of gun owners then hiding away

The Monster Behind the Case That Drove Stanford Students to Protest

The Gateway Pundit reported that Stanford officials allowed law students to berate and shout down a federal judge who was invited to speak at the university.

Students shouted at Judge Kyle Duncan, a Trump appointee, and made it impossible for him to speak.

The far-left students were reportedly upset about Judge Duncan’s refusal to use a transgender sex offender’s “preferred pronouns” in a 2020 opinion, the Free Beacon reported.

According to NBC news, “Kathrine Nicole Jett, a transgender woman who was known as Norman Varner when she pleaded guilty in 2012 to attempted receipt of child pornography, moved to have her conviction records updated to match her changed name, according to the decision. A lower court judge dismissed her motion because there was no ‘defect’ in the original judgment paperwork, in that ‘Norman Varner’ was her legal name when the documents were produced.”

When Judge Duncan asked for an administrator to quell the chaos, Tirien Steinbach, Associate Dean of “diversity and equity, instead berated Judge Duncan for almost 10 minutes.

Following the disgusting display, Stanford University President Tessier-Lavigne and Stanford Law

Dean Jenny Martinez offered Judge Duncan issued an apology in a letter.

Angry with the apology, hundreds of masked students stormed Dean Martinez ‘s classroom to protest,

This is the transgender pedophile at the center of a mass protest at Stanford University against a Trump-appointed Judge who refused to allow the felon to change her name on conviction records.

DailyMail.com can reveal the mugshot of Norman Keith Varner, 42, who failed in her bid to change her name to Kathrine Nicole Jett, 42, on court records.

Varner has twice been convicted of possessing child pornography and failing to register as a sex offender.

In 2012 Varner pleaded guilty to one count of attempted receipt of child pornography and was sentenced to 15 years in prison which will be followed by 15 years supervised release.

By 2015, while in prison, Varner came out as a transgender woman and began ‘hormone replacement therapy’ shortly after trying to change her surname to Jett in Kentucky.

However, the US Court of Appeals rejected Varner’s appeal to change her conviction records to her new name. Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Duncan and others ruling it as ‘meritless’ because the pedophile was known as Norman Varner at the time she committed the child sex abuse offenses.

This is who future judges, prosecutors and DOJ Stanford Law students chose to defend.
