The weasel who changed the outcomes of the 2020 and 2022 elections is aiming at 2024

Above on the left is David Weiss, the US Attorney for Maryland. He is the weasel who singlehandedly changed the outcomes of the 2020 and 2022 elections and now setting his sights on the 2024 election. US AG Merrick Garland frequently refers to him as Weiss is overseeing the Hunter Biden situation while Garland refuses to appoint a Special Prosecutor. Let’s look at what he has in front of him. You know about Burisma paying off Hunter. You know about China paying off Hunter. You know about Hunter Biden failing to pay his taxes. But there’s more. A lot more.

Complaint: Hunter Advised Office of VP Biden on Burisma, a Potential FARA Violation

You might remember that they wanted to slam Paul Manafort in prison for life for a FARA violation while they let his boss Tony Podesta retroactively register.

Whistleblower Says He Gave DOJ Damning Information on Biden Family Foreign Business Deals

It’s all being stonewalled and slow-walked

The Treasury Department will testify before the House Oversight Committee on Friday about its withholding of 150 suspicious activity reports (SARs) generated by the Biden family and their associates by unusual foreign or high-dollar transactions.

2 SARS is considered to be a red flag. The Biden’s have more the 150.

James Comer is well aware and he is telling you what I have been telling you for two years.

“We haven’t even heard a peep from this Delaware U.S. attorney. It’s very odd. Everyone in America is keeping up with this case. Yet Merrick Garland continues to act like, well, he doesn’t know anything about it. He’s staying out of it. I don’t think anybody believes that now,”

This is the plan

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, told Just the News that he has summoned a top Treasury Department official to a hearing this week to explain why the agency is unwilling to release SARs, a prelude to a possible subpoena and financial punishment of the department.

He accused the administration of trying to delay critical evidence until after the 2024 election.

“That’s their whole strategy: run out the clock, run out the clock,” he told the “Just the News, No Noise” television show over the weekend. “You know, they want the subpoena. It goes to court. … They’re just sitting on the ball. They want the clock to expire.”

It’s always been the plan. Weiss sat on the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020. Disclosure of it and its contents would have altered the course of the election had people known. Then Weiss continued to sit on the evidence through the 2022 midterms. It’s not like there isn’t enough to work with. There’s a mountain of potential evidence of wrongdoing. What’s going on?

After Weiss stalled the Hunter Biden investigation for the 2020 election he was asked to stay on into the Biden administration.

The prosecutor overseeing the tax investigation tied to Hunter Biden will remain in his post, while the Biden administration asks other U.S. attorneys appointed by President Trump to resign, according to a new report.

U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware, who is handling the investigation into the president’s son, will stay on in his role, according to Fox News. It is standard practice for a new administration to request the resignation of all U.S. attorneys upon entering office.

Weiss was a team player. This game was rigged and here’s why you might think so:

Delaware Sens. Tom Carper and Chris Coons, both Democrats, had urged Trump to accept their proposed nomination of Weiss for the role and praised his selection.

“David Weiss is an excellent choice for U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware,” Carper said. “During his combined 16 years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he has prosecuted corruption, money laundering, drug offenses, mail and wire fraud, and he spearheaded the successful effort to establish New Castle County as a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area.”

Coons declared: “David is a career prosecutor and dedicated public servant, longtime Delawarean, and valued member of our law enforcement community. I want to thank the White House for working with Senator Carper and me to present an excellent nominee for U.S. Attorney.”

They both knew. Thus, we got this

Hunter Biden’s prosecutor rejected moves that would have revealed probe earlier

Hunter Biden prosecutor paused investigation before election: report

The top federal prosecutor in Delaware decided to pause a criminal investigation of Hunter Biden months before the 2020 election to prevent the public from learning about it, according to a report.

US Attorney David Weiss, appointed by former President Donald Trump, decided not to seek search warrants or issue grand jury subpoenas so as not to “alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election,” Politico reports.

The rest is history, but history didn’t end there. Weiss continued to stonewall justice through the 2022 midterms and still has taken no actions. Biden has added additional protections for his son

In December, Hunter Biden hired Chris Clark, a partner at the national firm of Latham & Watkins, as his defense attorney.

In January, upon taking office, Biden appointed Nicholas McQuaid to be the interim head of the Criminal Division of the Justice Department. Until his appointment, McQuaid had also been a partner at Latham, where he had worked on some cases with Clark. Justice Department conflict of interest rules would require McQuaid to receive a waiver to participate in oversight of the Hunter Biden probe. A DOJ spokesman, Joshua Stueve, declined to say whether McQuaid had received a waiver or recused himself from the case. Clark did not respond to a request for comment.

Subsequently:

A top Biden DOJ criminal division official is going to work for the law firm that is defending Hunter Biden amid the Justice Department’s investigation into him.

Nicholas McQuaid was appointed acting chief of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division for the Biden administration. McQuaid had been a partner at Latham & Watkins with Hunter Biden defense lawyer Christopher Clark and worked on cases with him until McQuaid took the job at the Justice Department, according to court filings reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

Today Jerry Dunleavy reports:

David Weiss, the little-known U.S. attorney for Delaware, will soon step into the spotlight as the Justice Department‘s prosecutor with the power to file potential criminal charges against President Joe Biden’s troubled son Hunter.

Multiple outlets reported Thursday that the FBI believes it has collected enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with crimes related to tax fraud and lying about his drug use when he purchased a firearm, and the decision of whether to charge the president’s son with those or other crimes rests with Weiss.

The information has been available for more than three years. I’ve seen this movie before. Now if they move on Hunter, it will be because they want Biden to quit after one term. Weiss has screwed two elections already. I would be shocked if he doesn’t add the hat trick.

Then again, the damage is already done.

The only reason Democrats open an investigation on Democrats is to shut down inquiries and provide cover for refusing to discuss the crimes and answer questions. When will we find out how much taxes Hunter paid on the millions and millions of dollars he has gotten from Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine and China and how much money he forwarded along to Pop/The Big Guy?

Yeah, a Republican will go to jail for life for violating the FARA act but Democrats violate it with impunity. This is why criminals gravitate to the Democrat party.
